Your bus drivers every Wednesday keep skipping my stop even though there seems to always be room on that bus. I am beginning to lose faith in this transportation system as I need to get home ASAP but my stop keeps getting skipped.

I use suntran app at least 30 times a day because I like to plan my day by my appointment so in between I can see if they have places to eat near by that is healthy and LGBTQ friendly

App doesn't show any stops nearby, even when sitting at the bus stop. Also it says my bus is 100m past my stop even though I can clearly see my bus 10m from my stop on the other side of the stop light.

Won't tell me anything. Claims no Internet connection even on network connection. "No nearby stops " when at a bus stop. Basically the app doesn't work at all.

The very thing its supposed to do barely does it correctly and never shows the correct times. "Real time" monitoring is making this app almost unusable.

It opens up to me being in canada or africa. I have to find my location for the app every time. When it's sunny and no shade at most bus stops these days this is totally ridiculous. Unreliable app.

Utterly disappointed with this garbage. Ruined plans on multiple occasions due to bus times changing so goddamn much. So either bus drivers are SPEEDING, or the app just SUCKS and I'm willing to put a whole lot of money on both. Just use Google maps.

Live tracking is far from perfect, but did significantly improve with the recent update. However, at least for the streetcar, the live arrivals list for a particular stop only shows whichever direction is arriving soonest. ie if East is arriving soonest, that stop will show all the upcoming arrivals for the eastbound train, but there's no way to see upcoming arrival times for the westbound train for that stop.

I actually like the SunTran app because since I got my new phone and lately, I've been using the app for bus schedules and it looks like it's been very helpful and accurate since the GPS been very helpful to track the progress of the location of the routes I've been using. Good job, SunTran... 1,000% excellence on your side. Great job...

Uninstalled Used 2 work perfect&wouldve given 4 stars but in the last 2days it completely stopped working. It kills the app whenever I try tells me no nearby stops found try a different location&that is just BS! I could be sitting at the bus stop and it still tells me this. Update 9/14/21 still only works once in a blue moon which is such a same because when working it's extremely useful and would be an app I used daily. But alas tis not so, at this point just takes up space (✖﹏✖)

It's about time there was an app we could use here in Tucson.There are two issues I have encountered. This one may correct itself on its own if used enoungh? AI? Pretty darn good directions and times. Downtown can be confusing enough, the app had me exit the bus 10 minute walk before it got there so I can walk 13 minutes to catch a different bus. Well, the bus went to the Ronstadt center where I could have stayed on the bus then walked 3 minutes to Broadway, its new, I have faith in you. Thanks

This app is a must have for anyone that takes the sutran transportation to get around. It takes out the guess work and leaves very little of the wondoring when and if the bus is coming or already passed. The drivers are pretty good about being on track withthe tracker. The tracker doesnt stop for the traffic control lights though...so keep that in mind. But they are still usually right on give or take a few blocks.

I would give it 5 stars except the app didn't update when the bus number 16 changed its route. I sat at a bustopfor over an hour before I had to call customer service to find out the bus no longer picked up where o was but it picked up a mile away. It was 109°outside. Also I frequently have to Uninstaller the app due to receiving error messages stating invalid agency profile. Other than that it's fairly accurate. It's pretty much spot on when I go to track a bus live.

I'd like to plan a trip, so I downloaded the app. I tell it where I am, it loads that into the "going to" box, then leaves the "coming from" box open. I click on the "switch" button and it jumps back to the previous page, to before I opened the app. Back to printing out the route info from the desktop -- I hope that works.

When it works, it's great! You can check when the bus will be at the stop, plan your route, all that good stuff. WHEN. IT. WORKS. Every other week it seems the app is having some issue or anothet, and, the last few days, the app has somehow lost track of every single bus stop, making it little more than a glorified street map. Even for freeware, this app is unacceptably broken.

Like the old app better ...it helped me out a lot ...it gave me the exact times ...also, it helped plan a trip better ..this app I have trouble planning trips , having trouble to figure how to get from one place to another on the bus ! Also, the bus tracker is very inaccurate! ...I don't know why you could not keep the old app better.

I heavily rely on this app as I am CONSTANTLY on the go especially with work. I walk and take the bus everywhere. But as of the past 6 months when I put in the location and destination it shows that no buses or routes are able to be found. I've been having to use Google as my map. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app many times and NOTHING!!!! WTH is going on???
