Everytime I try to sign in it tells me my password is wrong, when I change my password and type in exactly what I just put. It still tells me my password is wrong.

Tried to log in, It says passwords incorrect, I change password, "can't use same password", retries old pw says same thing, changes password, STILL SAYS WRONG PASSWORD WITH NEW PASSWORD.

This app does anything but work. I tried to login with info and it says my account doesn't exist. It clearly does because I got the QR code from the website.

App makes you register again even though you already registered on the website. App doesn't recognize your email or username from the website. It's 2025. Let's get with the program already.

Imagine, created an account. Wrote down my password. Trying to log in while I was making an appt, it keeps telling me, "the combo of UN & PW doesn't match". I changed said password and still can't log in to get my member ID. What type of 💩 is this app?

My experience with this company so far is terrible. First I can't get my id cards, now I can't use the app because the website made me sign in with a USERNAME and the app wants my EMAIL, so I can't log in to the app with my credentials and if I try my email it says there is no account with that email (but in my settings it shows that email!)

The app will open but signing is a no. I try to sign in a different way and the loading screen will stay on forever. I have to close and reopen the app to try to get it to work, but still never does. My coworker Sun Life app works fine. It's probably something to do with my phone. I was able to open up and sign in earlier in the year (01/2025). but I can't currently (06/25). Will update review if changes happen.
