This is a good game. The only issue is you don't give the player the option not to use the power ups you Force them to use the power ups regardless of whether they want to or not. Don't do that. That just takes away from the player. And then once you force them to use it, they don't have anymore. O k don't do that

I play this often l, & love it. I do have 2 problems: firstly, after losing a round, it now goes to a blank, grey/brown backlit screen & that's it; I have to go back later to play. Secondly, when the "charms/",(on those levels), go into their bucket, it takes about 2 more turns without another charm falling, kinda cheap.

I've been playing this game daily for over a decade. Recently l completed all the levels. YOU say there are over 4600. My levels ended at 4180. This new update does not add any new levels. I have reported the game lagging, crashing and getting kicked off the app numerous times. Spent many hours back and forth with troubleshooting followed all ur instructions. Still no new levels and inspite of 3 updates and weeks of troubleshooting NOTHING has changed. Happens on windows 10 desktop PC And in app

Since the new rewards system came out, after every level, my screen either blacks out completely, or shows the rewards with top and bottom of screen missing. I can't close it out, or accept the rewards and I have to close the game completely to progress to next level. I also can't accept daily rewards because if I close the pop ups, it immediately goes to the rewards and I have to close the game again.

I have been playing Sugar Smash since it was released. I don't mind watching ads to earn rewards but today, I have had to watch two 87 second ads and one 49 second ad in order to claim surprise box gifts and preserve my streaks. I don't mind that there are 10-, 20-, and 30-seconds ads, but 87 seconds is too long. 49 seconds is too long. I will be taking a hiatus from the game.

I've been playing for over 10 years. A week ago, I started freezing after every win and had to close and reopen the game to continue. I cleared cache, cleared browser, no fix. uninstalled and reinstalled the game, lost all my boosters and charges, now freezing after every game. A support ticket was sent 3 days ago and no response. Ready to uninstall permanently. Great game when it loads and plays properly

It's all good! This updated version is smoother and the graphics and sounds okay...if you like puzzles that have the basics of a match 3 game...you may enjoy it. Personally, I would like to see more prizes won like unlimited lives for 30 minutes or gifts for reward of advancing three or four level's or even an avatar of your choice, you know...make it realistic.

I'm finding more and more wanting to play this game. It's getting to be a more reliabe game to play! Most of the candy crush games are freezing up, and saying there's no server up, can't connect with server, and even app closing while I'm playing it! And then I have to open the apps all over again, and I don't have the patience to do all that when the damn things are very slow to load up to begin with!!

use to have it on my S7 and I loved it. now that I upgraded to S10 it is horrible. can't turn off sound, too big for screen, dont see a settings button, not sure of it is too big that it "falls" off the screen and so cant access certain areas of it. just absolutely disappointed. this was the only game that I ever used and now it can't even keep up w the new phones. please fix it, then I'll reinstall it, until then I won't bother with it.

Only four stars since the tutorial nanny is nothing if not completely aggravating and when you have a chance to get a free bonus by watching a video, Lo and behold the game freezes and when you reopen it, no bonus!! Otherwise it is a fun and addicting game but for those issues!! 😉 Won't even open on my tablet... What's up with that????

I had to delete and reinstall the game recently. The would not past the Loading Map screen. I had reached level 2514. Kind of a bummer to start over. After starting over again, I managed to get to about level 2564 before game stopped playing ads and giving awards. Back to level 1 for the third time. The game no longer shows any ads.

Been playing for a long time. Never had big issues. Now the game takes forever to load. Piggie doesn't advance to the next level after a win. I have to completely shut the game down and go back in. I'm not receiving rewards out of the chests or the extra games. To many problems not worth the effort. Don't want to delete app but if not fixed I will. Game is not loading. 2 days now and still won't load. This was a fun challenging game. Too many issues!! Well had to uninstall.

My phone or apps running in the background are not the issue. The problem occurred after one of your updates about 8 months back. I've been playing about 12 years. Force stopping apps can actually damage a phone. I occasionally toggle Airplane Mode 'off' and on resulting in temporarily closing all apps and clearing junk out of available air space. The problem is in your court. You find the glitch and fix it, Please and Thank you.

The game is cute and offers some challenging levels. Only gave 3 stars because, I have been having issues with my game for a number of times now. Ex: I watch a video to save a streak, videos freeze, I have repeat the watch or have to close out of it and lose the save. My game freezes, my pieces don't move when I want them to, which somehow causes me a lost move. Lots of little glitches in this game. Would be great if the hiccups in the game were ironed out.

The design is very beautiful. I love the pig.... But the controls are off - it sometimes refuses to move the one I'm trying to switch and sometimes switches it in a different direction than where I was moving it. My suggestion would be to make ways to earn boosters to make you want to keep going enough to buy new lives.

Good game overall with lots of challenging levels. Very slow to add new levels once you come to the finish line....I keep waiting. Recently game keeps crashing on startup so can't even open. 8/9/2020. Game no longer works. Crashes every time I try to open. Followed instructions from game support. Even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won't open. Have now deleted permanently. Guess I beat the game.

Update: when are you making more levels? Lol 4509 and now what do i do with my life?? Since I updated, everything works properly when you lose the level. If you win, it freezes, turns to a blank grey screen after chuy's charge, or just goes back to the level screen and you can't push any buttons, then having to shut down and restart the whole game.
