Don't buy...specially Don't fall for minute raid.. most of the product show in catalog is not addable in bag.. but still they show it. Just to wait you time and money.. however nothing like that mentioned in t&c also there is quantity restriction is also you cannot add more than 1 thing same to same..Don't waste your money

I have received wrong products inside the box with a wrong invoice also inside. Only the box outer packaging has my name. This is so strange and my order was a gift which is so embarrassing. Didn't expect such things from main Sugar website.

Zero percent review such a bad company bad delivery I also dosent want to share I percent reviews also I have ordered a eyeliner and its totally dry. And the 6 shade lipstick is also a bad. If you trust me then I suggested to you all that dont buy any products. The are not talking in proper manner also. You ordered from nayaka, colourbar such a nice products.

Very Bad experienced.. Feeling very bad. I didn't expect it from Sugar Company at least. I have not recieved wrong product but I have recieved different colour because what you have showed (the colour) on website that you didn't give actually to customer and also you don't want to refund for that product. So very disappointed. So, this is my rating to you. Thank you....

Really disappointing recently I have purchase some sugar products from sugar app but that sugar products are completely duplicate those powder base foundation nd sum other products r not working like a original one which I hav used earlier and as they r offering free foundation on their birthday bash but the free foundation cream is fully empty they r just making us fool free foundation cream tube is completely empty there is no cream inside

bought liquid lipstick.not good at all.total waste of money .I want my 444 rs back. a very known brand but lipsticks are very poor quality. I want to give zero rating but no option for this .never by any thing from this app at all.

Bad experience with the delivery. Despite speaking to the delivery agent and getting promises to receive the products on time, still not received the products for days. Also, unable to connect to help center due to technical glitch. It was my first online order from Sugar app but got highly disappointed. It's an advice to keep the app up to date or do not accept orders if unable to provide on time. Now, I hope to get appropriate and quality product without any tempering whenever I get in future.

Although I like all sugar products but this time i am little angry with sugar nailpaints bottle design, recently i have bought 10 different different colours nailpaints of sugar, I was going in a party and i wear a very costly dress but my dress was totally spoilled because of this nailpolish, their brushes are wrongly situated and because of the whole design of these bottles and brushes makes very uneasy to apply them on nails. I have used lakme ,colorbar nailpaints but this never happens 😭😭

Bad service provider and product also not worth it. My order is in transit when I try to tell them to send on time they are giving reasons so I raise query put my rating 👎 so that time they are active. Convincing me change rating but not ready to send delivery on time. I order my product on 17th and came to 27th. While ordering the product it shows that product will deliver by 20th. There customer service is also very poor. They just want good rating but dont give good service to there customer

Firstly, the gave anniversary offer when placed they also received the order and then cancelled my order while they delivered the same products to many people excluding me saying it's a technical glitch that's not right sugar you need to keep your customer expectations right as we get disappointed when it's not recieved only for you while it's delivered to others 🥺 why to accept order and then cancel it? If it's really a technical glitch you need to either cancel everyone's orders or fulfill

Worst delivery experience ever. They can take orders easily but it is very difficult for them to deliver it. My order went for out for delivery for 2 days & is not delivered yet. They have no value for customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed with their services & customer care response.
