How to play Sudoku Club? What are the rules?
If you are a really Sudoku solver then you will master the game within seconds! Although solving a daily Sudoku puzzle can be quite hard, the rules of our online suduko game are very easy. A sudoku puzzle is a grid of nine by nine squares, which is additionally further divided into nine sub-grids of three by three squares each. Follow our tips in the game as well.
The numbers 1 to 9 must be entered into the sudoku puzzle in such a way that:
- in each horizontal row each number appears only once
- in each vertical column each number appears only once
- in each sub grid each number occurs only once
This is also where the name of the puzzle comes from: sudoku in Japanese means something like "numbers only once". How hard can it be?
Solving sudoku puzzles, contrary to what you might think at first glance, does not require mathematical knowledge, but only logical understanding (instead of numbers, you could in principle use letters or other symbols, as long as there are nine different symbols).
In a sudoku puzzle, some numbers are already filled in; those numbers are "given" and may not be changed. Easy levels have more numbers filled in compared to hard or expert.
It is the puzzler's task to fill in the daily puzzle further, such that the above requirements are met.
In practice, this proves to be an addictive daily online and offline activity, and sudoku puzzles have therefore enjoyed growing popularity since the middle of 2005.

I am going to uninstall this game because it often does not work. If I want to insert a 9, it mostly hangs for several seconds before the 9 appears. Otherwise I love this version of the game.

This app will download games on your phone without your permission through its ads. It downloaded two games without me opening the app store or allowing it to. I clicked nothing it just started loading up random low quality games after its advertisements. Do not get this game

I'm starting to notice a pattern that works against my style of play. The more I play, the more it splits number location possibilities. I feel like the board setup at the beginning of the game is not random. Prove me wrong, please.

Unfortunately, one star down! App doesn't update time statistics correctly. For the x-time I did easy level much faster than currently saved record but stats are not being updated. Will be back 5 stars when fixed. Otherwise, very good Sudoku app. can't complain about anything

I love this game! I like that you can choose what difficulty level you want to play, and that it has daily puzzles, and events that have a mix of difficulties! It's a great way to pass the time, and great workout for the mind!

The game is laid out and designed nicely. The difficulty levels are right on. This is one of the better sudoku games, if not the best. Love Lightning Mode. My only gripe is that there is no explanation of what "magic note" is in settings.

Too many ads. Can continue game. I meant I can't continue the game after viewing the ad. I see no way to close the ad and start a new game. I have to close the app and reopen it to continue play. I understand that ads are necessary but I do not believe that they should force me to restart the app each time an ad plays.

Great design with all the little attention to details that makes it easier to see the numbers. Has all the features & tools I was looking for, like auto-complete, lighting mode, and daily challenges. But it is not very optimised for a foldable phone (e.g. cannot open in multitask window), or else it would be perfect. Is there any chance an update for this is coming?

Edit: Editing because of the reply. I've also already been signed into my Google account and still lose progress so that's not the issue. ---- I do like playing this and challenging myself without using the features that can aid you, but today is the second time my daily progress is randomly just gone. It's a focused aspect of the app and it doesn't feel great losing progress yet again. If it weren't for that I'd have given it a full rating.

The app keeps me coming back for more Sudoku. I like how it tells me the % of people who have successfully completed a game. I also get good vibes when it awards me points for a completed game, as well as daily points just for playing. the points are used to buy a revisit/2nd try to a game you've lost without having to view an ad. Other than that, I don't know what the points are for, except to watch them pile up, lol. Thumbs up to a nice game.

FULL 45s unskippable ads after completion of each level. Used to be not every level, then it was every level but skippable. Now they aren't skippable. Forget it. RE: Your reply below: I understand that you want to get paid, every app has this payout model. But you have too many ads. Many other games on here have a more enjoyable ad experience.

This is without a doubt the worst Sudoku game available on Android. The program misses many screen presses and responds seconds later on other screen touches. But the worst thing about it is that it fails to tecord your points earned. You gain points by solving puzzles. But the next time you log in your points are gone. The app also lacks the capability of automatically generating notes. So most of your play time will be creating your own notes. Unacceptable! Uninstalling this crapplication.

I like the dailies and trophies. It keeps many statistics & best times which are fun to compare when playing frequently. I've lost progress twice even when signed into Google to "save" progress, ID 1 880 956. The lack of significant change on the Notes button when turned on is frustrating when trying to beat best times. I wish it turned green or stood out better. Also the Hints button is too close to Notes which is used frequently. I wish there was share daily time results and direct messages.

Pops up Google Play without a click in the middle of a game. Deleted. *Update 3/26/23* -- tried again, still an issue. Not Google Play this time, but browser links. I don't mind ads. But don't take me somewhere I haven't chosen to go. Especially in the middle of game play. It's a shame because the game itself is great. I like the way it highlights rows, columns and blocks for the selected number. I'm looking for a better app.

A good app, I like the pleasant sounds and haptics, and I like the way it highlights all of the identical number when I click one. Also it has dark mode! One thing that is frustrating is it offers a "hint" button, which instead of giving you a hint (like highlighting a square that you might be able to figure out), it just tells you one of the numbers. And unfortunately, it's right next to the "note" button that I click to mark candidates, when I click it on accident it's like I get a spoiler!

I was hoping to purchase this and get rid of ads forever. however, there are two features that are preventing me from doing that. 1. No support for screen rotation. When my tablet is plugged in, it is more comfortable upside down. The lack of support for this is a deal breaker. 2. The highlighting feature that everyone is raving about is only half-baked. It doesn't highlight the pencil notes like all of the other similar apps. Let me know when these are available and I'll pay the full price.

Although the game itself is amazing after a week of trying to be patient, I gave up. Ads are intrusive and no way to control the volume on most of the ads. Win a game,watch a ad to see score, need a second chance watch a ad, start a game watch a ad. With no way to control volume plus the sheer amount of ads (most of them are 30 seconds) I give up. Definitely not a game I would recommend.

After a couple months, I finally caved and paid for the ad-free version. That's pretty uncommon for me, but I have to say that this one's worth it. As a beginner Sudoku player, this app has some great quality-of-life features, like highlighting filled numbers and a good-quality correction system. I agree with other users, though, that the placement of the hint and power up buttons are too close to the notation button. I'd love to be able to disable them entirely.

I installed the app within the past week. I enjoy playing the daily challenge. Today, when I completed the daily challenge, a notification popped up telling me that I had to update the app before going any further. I clicked on it before I realized what I had done. When I closed the app out, I noticed another game had been installed on my phone. That is really SHADY!!! Uninstalling the app.

One of the best Sudoku apps I've had. I still have yet to have a repeated puzzle out of at least 500 games, unlike other apps that cycle through the same puzzles way too often. My only complaint is that the "bomb" button is too vulnerable. I don't need this feature as I play these games for a brain challenge, not to give up and cheat if it gets too hard. However I have now accidentally bumped this button 5 times thus ruining my puzzle. There should be a failsafe on this function.
