It was great when I wrote my first review - but now spoiled by long, loud ads. I will be looking for an alternative. I had written: A great app! No ads, works offline, newest update even fades out used-up numbers. Best of all is the "Jigsaw" option, which I enjoy much more than standard Sudoku. A big "Thank you!" to the developers.

It was great until after the latest update they started showing Temu ads after every game. I understand that ads are necessary when it's a free game, but I would gladly pay for an uninterrupted play session. Not sure whether I will use it as much now as I've done before.

This used to be a great app - No ads, great gameplay, but recently it's been weird and glitchy and constantly needing updates. Now it shows Annoying Ads!!!! Will be uninstalling and finding a new ad-free version.

Great game RUINED by adverts. I've been using this app for a very long time and enjoyed it immensely. However, your recent update has included the introduction of adverts after every game completion that I must wait to play out. Extremely annoying to the point that I cannot currently recommend it to anyone. I may even have to give up using this app and find a version of it by a different vendor.

I like that it doesn't have ads and I think I can play it without wifi or internet and it has several levels. I also love the note parts, they might seem a little confusing at first but it's cool. I don't really like that it marks my mistakes, but at the same time I like it because it holds me accountable. I messed up twice because I didn't fully look at my surrounding spots before placing a number. But I finished it in under 15 minutes, hopefully my next one will be faster. I really like it.

It's taking me a second to transition from my old sudoku app but the layout is very simple and efficient, which is amazing. I wanted to have an app where I could focus on playing the game and nothing else, with no extras, and this app is delivering perfectly so far.

Interface needs work. The autofill notes option is a redemptive feature but it needs the option to pick a number and then just click any spaces you wany to put that number its a much better way to play. Then clicking the space then going to find the number. Statistics are broken as hell. Ive never lost a game but each category shows a loss for every game won. Even if i lost 1 and didnt realize it. Please. Upon further investigation the game allows you to continue games you have already beaten.

Great simple app for sudoku. Probably one of the best because it's simplified and has no ads. I would recommend adding a lightning mode so you can select a number and click on the cells to turn that cell to that specific number. I tend to do sudoku by thinking of one number at a time and filling in notes/cells as I think about one number at a time. This feature is available in sudoku made by beetles studio. But they have a ton of ads.

Simple, elegant Sudoku with genuinely no ads. I love being able to just unwind with a puzzle and not have to worry about dodging ads. Features are customizable and helpful, like the count of remaining numbers, highlighting rows, columns and cells, and highlighting identical numbers on the grid. I also really like the animation that plays when you complete a row, column, or cell!

long press mode causes bugs with inputting numbers, sometimes overwriting a highlighted cell instead of switching input type. when this happens, it doesn't change the remaining counter of the overwritten number, resulting in a cell with the wrong value, and being unable to put the right number back in (because the game thinks you have used all of those numbers). probably works fine if you don't use long press mode. No ads though, so hopefully this works for other people!

Ad free sudoku, with both the regular and the jigsaw format, is fantastic. There are buggy/incorrect puzzles that cannot be solved. I took screenshots of the most recent one I encountered. There is no feature to report unsolvable/incorrect puzzles in the app and the website contact info does not work. Very disappointed as this is an otherwise perfect app.

literally love this app. genuinely no ads, works offline, and has multiple great game modes. my only complaints are that it's hard to see the notes in dark mode, and that once you've played a lot of it you run out of new levels... i've played so many of the hard and expert mode levels that i've started realizing there's just a set amount of patterns that can be generated, and i've played all of them. would love to see some more levels added.

The ad free experience is great. Once you reach the "Hard" level though, at a certain point you just have to start guessing because there's no way to narrow down any of the remaining spaces to less than 2 options. It tells you if you made a "mistake" but it's not very satisfying when you feel like you just have to start guessing to solve the puzzle

I've had this game for awhile now and have enjoyed every minute of it especially since it is or should I say was ad free. If you wanted us to pay for this app why did you wait such a long time to notify me. I would of been more than happy to have payed the fee if it was needed because I truly loved this app but now I am being forced to uninstall it because of the new ad feature.

I like the UI better than most Sudoku games I've tried. My only minor complaint is that the difficulty isn't very consistent. Sometimes I can finish a hard puzzle in less than five minutes, and sometimes I get stuck on a medium so long that I give in and use a hint. Update: suddenly there are ads after every game, the most common of which is a misleading ad pretending to prompt the viewer to update the game. Disgusting.

WHAT'S NEW? ADS! ADS! ADS! This app now has ads! You went from 5 to 1 stars cuz the userface is more complicated than it needs to be, but Ok, I'll use it in exchange for no ads. Most Sudoku games, you tap the number then tap all the places it belongs. With this one you constantly tap the space, tap the number. The extra buttons don't turn off if turned on and don't appear to do anything. There's no instruction. 🙄 So with ads, I will no longer use this. Sorry. 🙋♀️

I loved the jigsaw play. The app has a few problems like having to tap the square then number rather than allowing multiple squares. But it was worth using because it was ad free. Now ads with audio show up after every game and one ad that claims to be an upgrade (also with a dumb song) is actually a different app entirely. So, that's it for this app. I'm uninstalling it. I'd have paid decent money to continue it as was.

NOW WITH ADS! Good game, and I enjoy it a lot. However, they recently added irritating, loud video ads which play after every game is completed. I can no longer play in idle moments at a restaurant or other public setting, because of these ads. I'd be happy to buy a version that didn't have these things screaming at me when I finish a puzzle.

Okay, this was a great sudoku app, I like the gameplay features and interface. Then they added 5 second ads. Then this most recent update changed them to full length 30 second ads! After every single game. And, there's no option to purchase the game to not have to deal with ads. So. I'm done. I found another sudoku app with similar features that cost me $0.99 and there's zero ads. My advice, look elsewhere and pay a dollar or two for a sudoku app you like.

Downloaded it because it was highly rated and ad-free. For a while anyways! They updated it to have loud video ads after every game, many of which have no skip or even mute option! It's still a fine sudoku game, but the change has spoiled the experience and the utility, if I have to turn off my wifi connection before playing not to be blasted with ad sounds.
