App errors out after saying the order is accepted. Third out of three times (since the most recent update) the app has said the restaurant "received" the order, just to have it error out after that and be left with no lunch. Even when it is working, it takes forever to load the essentials and never fully loads everything - even when within arm's reach of my own router.

Ridiculous! I've contacted customer care w/ZERO response through app/website info given. I had to search & search online to find any kind of number to call to try to resolve my issue. When I finally did call any of the numbers I went through some automated system to only have it hang up on me & never be able to get through to anyone. I'm get emails letting me know deal/my rewards but can't get in to my account. Tried deleting & adding app. clearing cache etc. Jersey Mike's get my business now

Your app is still not mobile friendly. I'm trying to select a location and it won't allow the pop-up to scroll up or down. It's just like it's stuck in one central location. You can't even select anything! What was this update supposed to fix? Because so far me attempting to use this app on multiple occasions has yielded nothing but frustration. I'mma need y'all to go back to the damn drawing board on this one!

Updating this from a 1 star. It's still incredibly slow but is functional now. The payment screen lags the worst--wait about 30 seconds after it looks like it has failed to process and you may get a confirmation screen. Update made it slow as hell. My phone got so hot from this laggy app trying to order 3 subs. Functions, but barely. Rating downgraded as a result.

This app is somewhat useful in the sense that it saves me from having to wait in long lunch lines, but man this app is stupid. There are so many flaws. For starters, the lack of a confirmation before you place an order. It'd be nice if could make sure my order was correct before I accidentally push 'place order' and get stuck with something I didn't really want (yes this happened). Or how about the ability to edit a previous order reorder without having to get chips and a drink first.

Buggy and broken. App down the entire weekend. Buggy and difficult to use. Needs a CANCEL button, becuase it misdirects your order to the wrong Subway location. The location search is pathetic, you have to scroll thru locatioins many miles away, before you get to the one 1-mile away. Would be easier to build a time machine, travel back ten years, and order from Quiznos. Oh for crying out loud!

The app is fine (when I can actually use it), but very time I've tried to place an order lately, there's always an issue. Either I'm told "Something went wrong" after trying to log in, biometric log-in doesn't work, or my entire order gets wiped after trying to leave the app for a moment to message someone just to confirm an order. It's infuriating how inconsistent this app is. Even when I can use it, there are very long delay times between pressing an option and anything actually happening.

Constantly crashes at the very last step when it's time to submit the order. Edit: 2024 App continues to get more bloated and slower, with the checkout process still regularly failing for unknown reasons. App is extremely slow to load. I want to know why the app takes up over 70MB yet it still pulls every single asset from the internet. Even when the graphics load properly, taps are not recognized until several seconds later, often leading to more tapping which just makes the problem worse.

Lackluster performance. You can get deals that are only promoted through app or online but every morning the app crashes under the load of people using it so it's useless. At least the website doesn't crash. I placed an order with the app, got the cc usage confirmation only to show up at the store and they never got the order. I was refunded the money but I did lose time. Only reason I visit is every other week buy one footlong get one free.

To use the APP why does it require the permission to change system settings? Aside from the SLOW connection and the order placement and the required permission to change my system setting to display the code for 2.00 dollar off at the register it's a bad app. Really. Permission to change system settings. I guess this is what happens when American companies outsource to other countries that Really don't understand the desires of America.

Pure misery! Tried to sign-in, no luck. Tried viewing the Contact Us page, no luck. Reset my password. Still couldn't login. Tried the biometric login, no luck. Tried placing order as guest, worked until stuck on "processing payment." Had to call the store! App was a fail for me. I have used it in the past. But this was the second fail. I think I'm done now.

All payment methods fail. It doesn't matter what we do. Different accounts, guest account, different phones, reinstalled the apps, different cards, using just reward points so there is a zero balance for the charge, VPN, website... Nothing. The only thing I can think of is that the database blocked my billing address or name. I have submitted multiple complaints and no one has done anything to help. Welp. They won't be getting my business anymore. Shame too. I really liked eating Subway.

Every time I am forced to update this app, more features are broken and the app runs slower. If the app absolutely needs to be updated, the least you could do is tell us what you changed. I'm tired of seeing "bug fixes and UI updates" with no actual details. It doesnt help that you halved the value of my reward points right before outright removing my favorite sandwich from every subway's menu.

App barely works. I'll tap various buttons and the app won't recognize the input. Additionally I'll select to use a deal, and it won't indicate when I've selected an option that prevents the use of the deal. So I just order in person, since dealing with people is somehow more convenient then dealing with an unoptimized app with more transparency.

The app doesn't allow you to make substitutions that you can make in the store and I've yet to find a place where I can tell them I want the substitution made. For example, I get a turkey Italiano (no longer on the menu but think Italian bmt sub turkey for ham). I can't order this through the app because you can't sub proteins and it's not on the menu. If you want to compete with the other food apps there need to be some serious enhancements made.

Used to work great, then I was told that I needed to update my phone to continue using the app. So, I updated everything to the max! Now, I can't even log in. I had biometrics set up, and that does nothing. I enter my username and password and get an error message. I'm still getting deals in my email, but I was told in my local store that without a physical coupon or the app that it's basically useless... not happy! Can't even cash out my rewards points!

Been trying to use the app the last 20 minutes to place a pickup order and everything about it is bad. Signing in kept glitching out but when you continue as a guest it signs you into your account and not a guest. Finally get to the place order screen and it just keeps loading. Sat on the payment processing screen for 10 minutes before giving up. Terrible app.

Previous bad experience deleted. Tried new version of app & found much improvement. App still gets "glitchy" once in awhile. Overall, it's well worth trying. Only four stars for the occasional lock ups. UPDATE 6/6/24: I use an app for speed & convenience, *NOT* to watch a spinning whirlygig! If you like getting error messages, here's an app for you!

Terrible experience. I just tapped on a favorite, was told it wasn't available, but it got added to the cart/bag anyway. No sandwich customization or in-app nutrition info (the Nutrition link opens a page, but clicking on the Data Tables button or whatever doesn't work.) On top of all of that, the app is extremely slow, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. My advice: just use DoorDash (Pickup) instead of this app unless you enjoy frustration or want the deals.

App is completely unusable now. App used to be awesome, good deals. Though there was no way to get help for order issues such as missing items. App did an update and now is completely unusable. Cannot start an order or add items to my cart. Just get a generic error and it's been this way for months. Tried all troubleshooting on my end, no change. Seems to be a common issue and hasn't been fixed in months.
