I paid for the app and I can't use it. I can't get my money back and it's really upsetting me. Doesn't print in the right sizes

It works okay, just not a lot of options and creating your own seems to be troublesome at least through the android app. Haven't tried on a pc yet, but I downloaded for ease of using my phone

I purchased the lifetime deal for 32 bucks. I haven't been able to edit anything. I've sent 2 emails to support about this issue and no one responded. Since I can't edit anything and no one has responded, my rating will remain the same.....
