App gives us variety of video visuals for us to create to our taste. Good but I request for EQ adjustment in vocal, which not given at present. Should be given to fine tune vocals to music.

Developers are really morons it seems.. there is no search option given to search for your styles.. especially if I have created style using one ID and want to use it in an invite in another ID.. how difficult is it to add a search box when using styles app on its own or using styles when opening invites... the objective of the search should be to search for styles based on name or maybe the Smule ID that created the styles

Great app and fun to make styles but most times when I want to edit a style that I created from scratch, it says "style not supported by this version, update the app and try again". So frustrating! My app is updated and I created the style using the version I have, so how is it not supported when I want to make a change to my style? Please help!

I am a solo performer and this app seems to be permanently stuck in duet mode. It only allows for two singers. There is no way to delete one and use the full screen for your own solo performance. I watched the tutorial but it did not provide any explanation. I give up!

The Android app is a joke. Can't sign with Google, automatically kicks back to log in with page when you choose a Gmail account. Says all passwords are wrong. Couldn't get past setting up an account. Can't even find a way to delete or log out.

Maybe I should have said I have a perfectionist problem my finally give video Perfect speding hours on it maybe b/c putting an effect on ever beat or line of the song 4 the app to closes out then tell me how youd feel. It would be awesome if it did take so much time but it's not worth it. Kinda like mv or likee apps it's not that you don't know how to work them its x u put into lossing it all.

I could never use center stage layout without my face annoyingly appears as tiles in the bg when singing. And I can't open my existing styles in the studio every single time. Edited: A year has passed, and there aren't many improvements for Android. My problem above still persists. As the most common platform in Smule, why can't we get more love from the developer?

The developer is bias towards IOS than Android, just like their other app, Sing!. They have more feature of this app in IOS than in Android. Why can't they just make both OS having the same feature? Also, I have reported a bug of this app, where upon scrolling to the right of the videoFX until lyrics fx, you can't scroll back to the left anymore. But after years, they are so lazy that they still didn't fix it. Same as the bugs in Sing!, they also never fix them for years.

How do I edit a video of just me singing when it only allows for 2 people. Every video I upload its me and an empty spot. I mean your app is great and all but not very helpful. In any case tried it out for fun. It's not necessary for our music ministry.

It doesnt need for a good Singer.. Smule and the basic settings are more than enough.. I would really appreciate If you can make an option to fw/drag the track while recording just to sing the particular part..It can save a lot of time especially while re recording.

While it's funny enough to participate in the creation and inspiration of creating new sounds to go with your vocal stylings. I'm not sure that the other person would be too pleased if they didn't possess the same skills or qualities that you do in other words I'm not sure that it's universal. You may just get lucky though if somebody was able to work it out quite well. I have found myself spending hours on a song to optimize the vocal sound. Just to have it be lost or not carry over to the app

A lot of bug fixes to take care of. The following situation needs to be handled. The music book needs a place for music and a phone book for people, not combined because you cannot find a song without finding the name of a person of everyone on Smule that has the name that is in the song. When recording videos you do not get enough lines to sing in time before it makes your timing off.. for that reason I love the off-camera lyrics animation! That way you can save it to YouTube🙌 I love Smule

I would give this app 5 stars however, since I've had the app, when I slide to the end of the video fx options, the video fx options become limited, which doesn't make sense. Also, if I ever want to add time bandit to my filters (which I LOVE), I have to have an IOS user edit it for me, which is super inconvenient because I open ALOT of intense group video projects on Smule. It would be nice to not be limited as an android user.

'Autumn Mist' doesn't open in editor and Gives error message that "not supported by this version" Give the name and link of that version which opens 'Autumn Mist' style in editor. I have checked it already in this latest as well as previous both versions and regret for wasting my time. Same happens with my own styles too. Posted this on 26 Sep '23 and revising today. Care to respond?

I've made tons of styles & it's fun but I do have a couple complaints/requests: 1- Sometimes it takes so long to scroll through all the FX that by the time I find what I need it's frozen up & I have to start all over 😵 FIX: Adding a search feature to find elements faster!!! 2- Unless we sing with a style CONSTANTLY it eventually disappears from the Smule carousel 😭 FIX: Another search feature for styles while on Smule! 3- Can we please include Super Harmony voice FX? 🙏 (Droid user)

Ok.. so lesson here is do not spend hours. Do the bulk in that very first vertical row. Customize very little otherwise in the department boxes only do some changes. Some transition differences or a couple video fx changes. Too many freezes it. Second- When saving it is way easier when you save it up front first filling in at least the title and one hashtag. Then again when halfway through and then set your icon at the bottom, add extra #'s and publish it. O hope this helps because this is good

I like the app and use frequently but the glitch i spoke to smule about still hasn't been fixed, every time I go onto video fx if I swipe to the bubbles/oil reflection effects it crashes that section then you open it back up and it shows only the last two pages of video effects. Please fix! It's really annoying, it limits the creativity and I really like those effects at that end!

I don't know why people are bitching about how to use this app! Literally takes about 5 minutes to create a style. Just Load a song up and fill the little colured boxes in with what you want 🤷🏼♂️ Gives you so many options for both sound and visual, even to the point you can have different vocal effects at different parts of the song making it easier to get the sound you want 🙌🏻 combos are endless really. Glad it finally came to android as I used it on iOS before and always use my own setup

It's fun, but still buggy. When you scroll thd video FX to the most right, it will only shows 4 sections (Lyrics, Liquids, Neon pop, and Summer) while the rest dissappeared from the selection amd you can't scroll left to get them back. And when trying to load a style that I already published, it always say "style is not supported". And the lyrics fx doesn't show on the preview video. And there is no description foreach color coded song parts, like which color is verse, chorus, bridge, etc.

It was slightly limited as to what you can set and how you can apply the styles. It now shows my sound in my list so editing review. It did lag on playback and didn't appear to save the new version when I applied the sound to an existing recording. I tried twice and it doesn't replace the original song and the style created was gone. It also allowed me to upload one of my new beats for 'auto' rap, but I can't now see it or if it's being used. I don't have autorap, but it asked for a beat?
