Pretty neat so far. I'm more of an old-school tablet and pen type. I wish you would add cluster sets or rest pauses, whatever you prefer—the same. Guess you can use drop sets and keep the weight the same. Update: now, when I add my exercise, it enters all of my previous sets from last time, and it's really annoying. Can I get it back to the way it was? Why do updates seem to make things worst?

simple to use and provides a lot of quality workout programs. I use this app for all my strength and conditioning. 10 months later: This app is only getting better. Not sure if this was always available, but recently started using it to build my own programs. It's the only app I've found that allows me to build months of workouts inside the app, calculate percentages, provide alternative exercises if needed, and track everything without needing to pay a fortune. Those features are actually FREE

Tried out a few options and this app was the best for my need for programming in my own workouts and tracking my progress over time. The video clips associated with each exercise are especially useful and nice in this app. I wish the workout planner let you associate a custom rest period with each set, but that's a very minor thing, and I was very impressed with the statistics view, which helps me understand and look at trends over time. The free tier is pretty full featured, too!

Arguably one of the best workout logs I have ever used. The UI is simple but concise and there is a very large workout logs for weight lifting exercises. It feels very seemless to build a workout and add exercises and lots of programs available if you want premium. I love how many free features there are that are included and it is a great app even without the premium features. Highly recommend this app and it has helped me so much with my goals!

This is the best tracking and planning app for training that I have used yet. It has a very intuitive UI and was clearly designed by people who lift. I have made custom exercises that allow me to track the exact fractional sets for each muscle group (including tibialis, forearm flexors, forearm extensors, and neck). Better still, there are unlimited custom exercises, and you can edit them after creation (unlike boostcamp). Also, the data collection is superb. This app is for lifting nerds.

This is a great app. Interface is pretty intuitive. The logging is simple/smooth to not be a problem to use while working out. The list of exercises is pretty exhaustive. The video examples are cool. The muscle map showing what muscles are hit, and how much, in each workout is really cool. No issues so far.

Love the app. Have not thought about a full purchase yet, but will be considering in the near future. Waiting to find an new gym close to my area with more free weights instead cable machines. The only downside (not a big deal), is the automatic cooldown timer stopped working after the 6.0 update. I will try to uninstall and see if it fixes it. Great job!

Wow. What a gold mine of free information and workouts. But there's some I will pay for too in premium in the future. This app is very detailed, very well layed out and easy to use. Nothing flashy or colorful. These other apps are really gimicky feeling. This feels like it's getting right to the point. I love the weight totals and everything tracked. I'm impressed. Dark mode is great too!

I'm a new lifter (35F) and I really love how user friendly this app is. I LOVE data and tracking exercises (both strength and cardio) and I find this app is well organized and very easy to use. I've been using it about a month now, and I'm looking forward to seeing the data on my gains in another 6 months! And THANK YOU for keeping the app free of ad clutter!!

The timer should make an audible sound when it's finished counting down. I switched over from a very primitive workout logging app and that always gave either an audible sound or it lowered my music for a couple seconds so I knew when it was time for the next set. App is amazing. Very detailed and easy to use. Demonstrates the exercises and provides preset workouts that you can accomplish. Edit: App still doesn't make audible sound when timer expires. Phone is not on silent.

I am so glad I found this. not so much for cardio, (it has cardio but not that great) but for my new weightlifting including bodyweight too. I'm a beginner and this app has made it so easy for me to track my progression. I know it's good for you pros too cause there are like a million features in here that are way over my head lol. I upgraded to pro almost immediately. I've been using it for about a month now. love it.

Chose this as replacement for the body space app after 10 years. The app is easy to use and has options for pretty much everything I would want to do. it's very intuitive as well. without any training I was able to figure out exactly how to do everything I've needed to so far. Highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to track their workouts.

This is the weightlifting app that you have been looking for! It's adaptable and you can make it what you want there's a chart showing a body image that shows you which parts of your body need more working out for the week. It is sufficient to use at the gym and you can absolutely use it at home. you can use it with kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bands, machines. I rely on this and I absolutely love it. and has changed my workouts, changed my body changed my outlook. thank you strength log.

Over the years I've tried to keep up with fitness and muscle training but it never stuck. I cannot overstate how critical this app has been to my success over the past THREE MONTHS of consistency. The developers have thought of everything to make training easier. My favorite parts are the muscle charts for each exercise, and the alternate exercises. I am new to weight training so I am sure there are some faults, but as a beginner, I don't think there's a better app.

I'm using the free version, and it has all I need. once you figure out how to navigate it lol, it becomes super easy. Another plus is the fact that if you are using a different app/coach/whatever, and an exercise is called one thing, but you can't find that name in the list of exercises... you can custom make it. An example is my Ski Row. The closest thing listed was either a straight arm pullover or a dumbbell tricep kickback... both have part of the movement, but not exactly, so I created it

I can't recommend this app enough. it makes tracking and planning your workouts super easy, has a built in timer so you can track your rest periods, and has graphs to show you the progress you've made so far. it also includes fun little monthly challenges. there is a paid version, but it does not lock users out of the most essential functions. basically, it gives you access to more statistics and preplanned workouts.

this is the best, most comprehensive strength training app I've been able to find by far. this is the only app I've found that made it just as easy to create workouts on PC and mobile, included helpful videos, has an extremely comprehensive selection of exercises to put in, a good rest timer, and a 1RM percentage calculator to include in each exercise since all my training is % based. well worth the premium price

I've tried a number of apps similar, but always come back to strengthlog. I particularly like the monthly challenges. They feel both challenging and still accessible. I think the layout and interface is more intuitive than other apps. I've only used the free version so far, but now that I'm further along on my growth, I'm considering the paid version for the extra features.

Great app! It does almost everything you need to track your weightlifting. Most features are free. The only "ads" you see are the occasional offers to try the premium version. Only advanced users probably need to pay for that. It can be a little overwhelming at first due to all the features, but it only takes a small amount of time to learn them. They also have a great podcast that provides helpful advice on training.

It seems like there was an update. More features are now behind premium at a higher price. I've subscribed in the past and I'm fine with premium features but I don't like the practice of dropping the quality of the free version to encourage more subscriptions. If you want to charge more, add more premium features instead of taking away free ones.
