After the update, I cannot skip the login any more. It requires me to login (twitch/fb/youtube, etc...). My password is long and complex. I cannot copy and paste it into the input box? Same as the verification sms text, I cannot copy and paste into the input box. After I login successfully the page is blank, no remote appear. You have to fix this!

The app will not scan the QR code on Streamlabs. My generic camera on my phone recognizes the QR code, but when I try to scan it in the app, it does nothing. I tried manually entering in the IP and API token and it still will not connect. Devices are on the network, all permissions are open, and have tried multiple resets and codes. Would be nice if Streamlabs would give something more than a generic response too. I won't be using this and will find a different route.

Trying to switch from mixer to twitch. Streamlabs is making it almost impossible including but not limited to a non existent customer service area that only let's you select preexisting issues with no email easily available and Trying to bully me into a subscription service. Functionality was great. I still want to use it but I'm not going to work that hard for basic streaming out of a streaming program

The use of the app was very disappointing. It is very useful on the PC, so I wanted to try the mobile remote too. It was terrible. 1 - I tried scanning the QR image but always had am error. I tried for 1 hour straight trying to get it to work, but of didn't. 2 - I emailed customer support, but out was terrible. They emailed me back a website showing me details. They were all useless, it didn't shoe me the problem I and obviously others had.

Pretty sure this app is broken. It won't connect to my pc. It keeps saying to "make sure phone and pc are on the same wifi" but they definitely are. And it says tap here for more info but it doesn't do anything when I tap it. I can't find anything that will let me troubleshoot to fix whatever problem is happening besides to check that that the devices are on the same wifi, which again they are.

It was extremely helpful and useful app until this new update. (Now updated) It still doesn't work, the camera feature for scanning the QR code doesn't work at all. How can I use the app if I can't even link to the pc? Even putting the ip address, port code, and Api token still doesn't work. It just gives me a error about not being on right wifi. My phone is connected to the pc, fix the camera. A small time app maker made the same thing, and scanning the QR worked. It's called StreamControl.

It's pretty handy, but it's still got some bugs. For example all the audio buttons only mute NOT unmute. I'm hoping this will be as sick as it could. No customization that I could see other than adding/removing default buttons, so not mappable like a true stream deck. I have high hopes, and it beats using the mouse. Had to deduct the 1 start for the audio source issue. Should be a toggle button.

Keeps randomly disconnecting mid-stream and scanning the QR Code to try to reconnect doesn't work until I completely shutdown the stream and SLOBS on my computer (which stays running, despite this app disconnecting). Not only has this issue not been resolved, but they've added one: Apparently we were supposed to receive some sort of code that allowed us to login and continue using the app? Except I never got that. Why does "Free" always have to mean "terrible user experience" to tech companies?

It's okay after the most recent update on 2/27 things were broken, but erasing the cache data and reinstalling fixed it after a few tries, it works well but my only complaint is that when viewers use channel rewards they don't show up on the deck, I won't use this once I get a second monitor, also I use a song file /media source in my stream intro, it would be cool if there was a way to adjust the volume from the deck instead of just on and off

Terrible experience with the app, fought with it for 3 days to get it to connect the first time, now with this update; can't connect to the desktop app, refuses to acknowledge that both devices are connected to the same wifi, refuses to connect even with new api tokens. Only thing I haven't done and refuse to do is port forward anything. If it comes down to that I'll just continue opening the desktop app while streaming.

App issue with recent update. Synching via the qr code doesn't pull the overlay dataset into my mobile. And when it does finally populate something in the list of overlay items, it never populates scenes. Thus when changing scenes, the information on my mobile doesn't update either. Should we have internal firewall ports open? I've tried to get this to you, going through the feedback, but it just loops, so there may be another problem there. Otherwise this app is fantastic!

Can use the app to control most things. Unfortunately, switching scenes doesn't seem to be a feature of this software. This is one of the main things I would like to do, and this an app either doesn't do it, or it's not intuitive. P.S. it also doesn't reliably mute and unmute audio sources.

I was using this for a while when I was streaming and it worked really well and I would've gave it a 4 or 5 star rating. the thing about it is that you have to be connected to a wifi source on both whatever you're using Streamlabs on and your phone to have it work. and even then the code it gives you will never always work which is why it sucks in my opinion. now everyone may not have the same experience I will, this is just my take on it. also the QR scanner NEVER WORKS!!!

Have been using this app for many months now, and it's worked flawlessly. Until today. I uninstalled, and reinstalled the latest version, and now I get no buttons available. What got broken? I am using version 3.2.22+35. I believe this is the latest version, uploaded just yesterday. Update: Changing my rating back to a 5. Thanks for the quick response and fix. Worked like a charm. Thanks. One suggestion I could make: It would be great that when in studio mode, there is an indication as to which scene is "active", and which is being previewed, ready for transition. Different colors perhaps, or some added icon on the button to indicate its current state.

Functional as an accessory to the desktop program. There are features I'd love to see, but I could understand being complicated to implement (being able to change scene layouts from my phone, for example, rather than clicking out of my game and going to the other monitor to make adjustments). Haven't experienced any bugs so far, and it's responsive and straightforward to use if you understand the main program.

The app is definitely more for turning off sources than anything else. I wanted to use it to switch scenes within a collection, but it doesn't seem to do that. I can change scene collections, but I would have to have several collections with only 1 scene in each for it to work with this app. Save yourself the frustration and just get a wireless mouse instead; at least those don't need wifi to connect either. Edit: change to 1 star because of the hoops I'm jumping through to troubleshoot this

For everyone having issues connecting, check the network & firewall settings on your PC. Make sure you're on "private network", not "public". You can also check the firewall and adjust the settings for Streamlabs specifically, so that access is allowed. My issue now is that there are no buttons to change scenes within a collection, only options to toggle sources within the scene you're currently on. The mute function seems to work for me. Please fix Scene selection functionality. Thanks
