This game is quite fun. There are a few bugs, mainly in the beginning when the horse and carriage are the focus for change but the components do not show on screen, and when candles are lit and a shadowed box shows around the candles. The game play is excellent and the rewards are obtainable without spending money. I did purchase the event golden ticket which at first I thought was too much money but I quickly realized I was rewarded with more than typical game amounts. Very pleased!!

Played for quite a while... started out really nice. As another reviewer stated, the game then froze. I tried reinstalling, nothing happened - still frozen. You have a nice game here, fix your issues! No one wants to waste time getting into a new game and then get frozen out...on DAY ONE. Update: I contacted the developers...got a quick response. It was not caused by lack of memory, as they guessed. I ended up reinstalling, still frozen. Exited game, came back in after doing nothing. It's fine!

Reinstalled just to write a warning review! I was initially excited about the game, the graphics were really good and I liked the initial storyline. But then once you get in the game and you have to play a level to do one individual thing I realized what a colossal waste of time it would be! When I say play a level to do one thing, I mean play a level to wipe off one table! It took four or five levels just to clean the papers off of the table! Don't bother downloading!

I love the fact the story line is based in the Victorian era and the plot keeps things interesting. Events are really fun and useful. The optional purchases are well worth it and imo inexpensive compared to a lot of other games. You have in game ads for boost or lives as needed so spending isn't necessary if you're patient enough. Customer service has been prompt and helpful the one time I had to contact them with account linking issue. Wish more games were like this!

Waaay too difficult to play without paying for extra boosts. It's not easy to earn boosts, there are no daily freebies like most other games, and things purchased with in-game coins are too expensive. The prices increases each time too! All the instructions in later levels is redundant. It's a great concept for a game but don't play if you don't have $. Big suggestion - have different color combos for the pieces for people who are colorblind. The tiny shapes in the pieces are very hard to see.

I like this game. It's interesting and fun. But the latest updates and ads have been causing glitches. Even when connected to wifi, the game says I'm not connected. The Solitaire Dinosaurs ad repeatedly locked up the game, which was frustrating since it was for a bonus move or something similar. And upon winning a horse race, instead of going back to the game, it freezes causing me to restart. It's nice winning but frustrating when I lose time for restarts. Fix these issues please.

Love the game but it's having issues loading every few levels. It don't load the graphics when getting back to the home screen. It loads a purple background. So if you can fix that, it would be perfect. It's every few levels it does this then I have to force stop the game and load it back up. It also sometimes loads me out of the game if I'm on too long.

The game has potential. Like the storyline, i like being able to decorate the house and dress Jane. However, the reason it doesn't have a great rating is because, not even on level 200 yet and the levels can be really hard, and I'm talking about normal levels. You run out of lives too fast and there isn't enough reward to really keep you going. Some levels you spend all your lives just trying to beat. I prefer casual play, not me wanting to throw my phone across the room.

Fun game. Wish that you didn't have so many tasks to just decorate. Wish the discussions or stories were a bit longer. Really would like to get to know each character better. Easy to play, since it's like every other match game. Wish you could alter more stuff and had more designs to pick from. Can't wait to fix the property. Easy to play and change stuff. Interesting game.

The story line and the graphics are perfect. But the BEES are the most stupid ones- always go where you don't need their help and messing up the progress. Very often after them " no moves left " . A lot of bugs- game freezes and need to restart it . Gives you 25 moves for over 75 need to clear up squares. No" help a friend "option or "pass a very hard level" . Made from a very greedy people- I lost a lot of my booster just to pass 1 level .No investment, no progress at 787 and good bye 👋

Love the storyline! Fun game. Challenging, yet not too difficult. One problem though. I don't think it's right to make everyone use (i.e.) 3 stars to complete one task. That's really spreading it thick! Gonna have to delete. It costs too much money to keep paying for boosters when I have to keep playing levels to complete one simple task. It was fun while it lasted...

The graphics/animations are good but it feels slow with the story line. I have to wait longer than I'd like to skip a cutscene, and the cutscene takes just as long as waiting to get the skip button to pop up so it really just feels like a drag. Story isnt great. The puzzle and main aspect of the game, however, is good. If you can look past the story bits, the puzzles are entertaining and I don't feel super pressured to spend money just to get to the next level.

Really cute game. The story is actually fun and engaging and it's easy to win boosters and coins (unlike with other similar games where it's near impossible to win them, the only way to get them is to buy them). The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because it's glitchy. I've had all of the scenery blank out a few times and had to restart, and every single time there's a closeup on something, like an artwork or an item, all I get is an empty white box. Very frustrating.

The game is cute & actually HAS a story line, not just: "pink curtains, with purple stripes! Great choice!" Why, then, not a 5 star rating? 2 reasons. 1) the controls are a little sticky, sometimes & 2) I'm at level 100+ and the game has become difficult to the extent that I either have to use power boosters (not just 1, either) or pay for extra moves. Generally, that doesn't happen 2 me until around level 1200 or later. Enough said. I'm going to use my remaining boosters & uninstall.

Too buggy! A real shame bc I love the story, game play and contests and events. HOWEVER, first, my background became covered by bright pink blocks of color, instead of the graphics. Customer support replied that they would fix it, but nothing was fixed, and it has been a couple months. Now, the game is stuck, even after uninstalling and re-installing. Kind of ridiculous.

I want so badly to continue to play this game but it's just to glitchy. I can't change the door without the entire game freezing, Jane has completely blacked out during the characters conversations (I can't see her), and it freezes up easily. Edit: I raise my review from 2 stars to 3 because of how quickly the development team responded. Thank you for your quick response.

Love the game so far, as of now I'm level 44. It would be more enjoyable if the characters talked while reading along with the dialog, as well as earning 2-3 stars or more every round of the puzzle games based on how every person plays, to make the most out of the game so everyone can continue on with the story without the constant need of stars/puzzle games for every little detailed situation within the story. PLEASE FIX
