You have to forgive me but after trying an other game with much better graphics and visual quality and storyline 4 euros seems a bit too much to pay for this game . I hope you will improve in to the future cause the other team has raised the bar a bit too high .... sorry again but that is my honest opinion .

Love!! The graphics are beautiful and sharp even when you zoom. Thank you for the zoom ability! I love the mini games because they're challenging which is nice for a change! Definitely recommend. Great job developers!!

New phone has helped with previous issues. I'm not sure if the phone was the issue, but i have a new device now, and the issues I was having before don't seem to be there anymore-i was able to advance past the previous stuck point. I still haven't played much, but wanted to revise my 1star review so I didn't forget to.

I really liked the game however I was unable to find a way to save my progress and had to start over from the beginning and play to the end. when trying to play the extras the next day it didn't save my progress and would have to start over. Again.

IMO this game is great! The story and the graphics are really well done. Good clues that get you thinking and go with the story. You do have to pay for the full game, but it was worth it to me. I'd rather pay $5 for the entire game, than sit through ads and/or have to pay for energy etc.

Haven't played but just a snippet of the first part, clues are a little vague and could use some red control. Meaning that the hints could give you a better idea instead of putting you in danger of not solving the puzzle correctly, anyway I stopped playing bug have reconsidered cause this game just keeps popping up on my games and I'm willing to raise my star review from 2 stars to 5. But as of currently it's still downloading so I have yet to consider my options! Hopefully this has a goodstory

I really enjoy these types of games and as far as demos go this was a good one. Graphically it's well done and I liked the voice acting, the story is intriguing unfortunaely all these pros come with one con which is tied to the key component in any game: the game play. I felt you gain to many items to soon and because everything is story driven you'll be mashing the hint button just get an idea of what you'll need to do next. I think though if your familiar with the genre you'll enjoy this game

I just finished the main chapter and started the BONUS chapter. I accidentally selected the wrong difficulty mode. I wanted to change it but there was no option at tall (all Big Fish games allow people to change difficulties). If I change player's name, I have to replay the main game. It's not a glitch but more of a design flaw.

Great graphics and puzzles but in order to continue to the second part of the game, you had to purchase it. I don't believe one should have to pay to finish a game.

I played the demo to see if it was worth purchasing the full game. Absolutely not. Rudimentary and quite boring at best. Not much thought or care was put into the graphics which are extremely simple and the games are beginner level. With the multitude of free games of this nature, that are so much better than this, I would not spend a red cent of my money. I use Fivebn Games as a benchmark and this game was not even close to their standard....not even in the same stratesphere.

Beautiful graphics, well-thought story, challenging puzzles and captivating game environment. It was definitely worth the price and I would really recommend this game if you're a puzzle/escape/adventure game enthusiast like me! I love how the bonus chapter ties in perfectly with the main game! The characters are also quite memorable and I can tell the developers put a lot of effort into this game. Keep up the good work! I will surely play all other games by this Specialbit Studio as well.

It was well done and long enough to be worth paying to unlock. It seemed like a lot of thought was put into it, like how every action in the bonus chapter matched up to the condition of the house in the game. I wasn't a huge fan of the ghosts all the time and not having to unlock things because they'd suddenly knock it open.

For people who presume this is a HOG, it's NOT! It's adventure, strategy, puzzle solving, not point & click @ meaningless random objects that've nothing to do w/the storyline ie "smoking pipe, seashell, ballon." This game is wonderful! Excellent story line, background music that isn't repetitive, superb graphics, puzzles that make you think. Where IS the sequel? What happens to Julianne's Father?

I wanted to like this game. It has potential. Lost 1 star because 1st mini game wouldn't work. Pieces of "key" wouldn't move at all so I couldn't assemble. Backed out & came back a # of times. Skip wouldn't work. Exited to home & returned to it working. Lost star cause game won't allow stylus - only finger. Lost star because it took (30 min?) to reach pay wall $5.49 is too much for such a short game. I would pay $2...

Fun and Worth It Good job, guys. The demo portion is sufficient to draw you in and the story, music, and graphics make the game. The puzzles, for the most part, are intuitive and inviting. And the postgame bonus gameplay was a neat cherry on top. Totally worth spending money to help support good gamemakers. Gracias por todo. :) P.S. Make more games

This game deserves a much higher rating - the free portion was quite long, and the full game price is very reasonable based upon length of gameplay and the extra game thereafter. Graphics were good, the story was logical, and you can choose what level you wished to play. Great job, developers, I look forward to more of your work!

Entertaining game, good way to pass a few hours. Good scene graphics, the story and animation is minimal but the puzzles are good. The game includes a map that saves time hopping around to collect items. The bonus game was good and gives a little bit more play time. Not much pizazz, no hidden object areas, but a entertaining point and click adventure game if you need to pass a couple of hours.

Don't expect epic characters or voiceovers but scenes are excellently done and creepy atmosphere due to background effects and music. I usually turn that off completely but I'm turning this one up. The way you accomplish tasks is just different enough to make this game more than the same old same old. And NO glitches so far. Very smooth. How many games can you say that about anymore? Loving this one.

Edit: Customer service was great. The issue was resolved. Great game!!! I was really enjoying the game, however the hints are not available and i came to a standstill in the game. I resorted to looking up a walkthough, to which I realized a few options weren't available. I love these kind of games but without being able to move forward or access options to move forward, I might uninstall.

So I went through and beat it and enjoyed it tremendously. It says at the end to remember to play the bonus chapter. Went through everything and couldn't find it. 😔 I'll hang around a bit to see if I can find it. Was a great game. Kind of cool how things would change and open up after the story called for it. Would love to see another one like this. 😂 UPDATE: Second time playing the game and completed it. Found extras menu and extra game play but won't open up to anything just highlights.
