Terrible app, horribly slow, annoying, and frustrating. Can't say how many times I've been in the store trying to do simple navigations, and the thing just spins or stays blank. How many times I've said how much faster and easier and LESS FRUSTRATING it would have been to have simply circled things the oldfashioned way on the flyer or simply written a list! But they force you to use the app if you want the coupons which are downloadable. But forget trying to access them quickly while shopping!

I was trying to give Feedback through your app but was unable to. I love your app, in many ways it's easy to use, such as switching between stores since I patron several Stop & Shops. But there's one way it could be better. If I look at the Weekly Ads on the app, it tells me if there's a Digital Coupon. It would save a lot of time if I could enable the Digital Coupon for that item right there instead of having to go to a separate page to find a given Digital Coupon.

Both the UX and UI are worse in the newly restructured app. Everything has more steps. Using it no longer feels fluid. Even the branding and colors feel more clunky and off-putting. They may have consolidated multiple apps for various goals (in store shopping, peapod, etc) but now it is more jumbled, and the paths that were once distinct and easy in their own self-contained apps interfere with each other and make this a chore. Bad choices by the team working on this app.

Hard to use, confusing. It takes me over an hour to place an order, and you loose your spot while trying to navigate the app. It's the only grocery store around sadly, I have to use it. Hands down the most frustrating app I've ever used. The screen is immediately confusing right from the home page, there's a lot of pictures of different items but the list is hidden between pictures of people and kids playing or eating features items. I'd rather just see a picture of the actual item.

Went from working to unusable in one update. How hard is it to leave something alone? Everything that worked before is now super slow or doesn't work. Why does it take 4 minutes for the app to open? Just horrible update. Seems like nobody did any testing or basic feature checking. Edit: Tried the app a few more times on other devices. Completely unusable. Basic stuff takes forever to load. Basic features that were there before are gone. Still horrible.

I have been using this app for over 10 years. The biggest problem is the longer you shop the slower the app gets until it eventually freezes. Lately there have been issues with sale prices reverting back to regular prices before they expire. Customer service is hit or miss when there is an issue. Some reps are clueless and others are great. They're always pleasant. Sometimes they don't answer or even acknowledge emails, so you have to call. The drivers are terrific without exception.

Upgrade is terrible . Prior app was amazing, now it's just confusing and honestly a downgrade. 1. You can't even view the circular it only shows you the weekly specials. Old one you're able to view the entire circular and digitally circle it 2. The coupon is not one continuious page you have to click on "more pages" which brings you down the the end of the coupons where you have to scroll from bottom up. And if there's another page? Same thing happens after you click more pages again.

Since the last update, the app does not work at all! I deleted it and restarted my phone. Nothing fixes it. I can't see my past purchases or view coupons. I can't even pick a delivery date at all!!! I searched for products that I know I have purchased and it can't be found. Now I am forced to shop in store or at other retailers. Please fix this and make it right or lose a customer that has been with you since "Pathmark" days!!! Very unhappy and disappointed.

I have always liked shopping at Stop and Stop. However, their policy where you have to manually input the digital coupons is NOT customer prioritized. If it were, then ALL coupons would be synced to your Stop and Shop card. Also, why is there an expiration date for your points? And yes, I have mentioned this to the store manager several times.

I know things happen. But when you have a company saying the order is coming. Pushing the time later and later. Makes you jump through hoops for any answers. When the drivers can cancel your order at their discretion. My order never came and S&S was still going to charge me. This is my second experience with this service. Problem: hard to get answers, still was going to charge & can cancel you without notice. While leading you on thinking it's coming. Thank God we didn't get the nor'easter.

App is absolute garbage. Removed it, I just won't shop here anymore. Can't load digital coupon or sign in the majority of the time. Tried for months to change old phone number to my new one, even after calling multiple times they didn't fix. Too many other supermarkets to be bothered with such an apathetic one. If my business isn't important to them, neither is my money.

This current version of the app, whichever one I have, is better than the previous versions, which were intolerably slow. This one is better, the pages seem to load a little faster, and the navigation is somewhat improved and not too bad. But the best supermarket app I've used is Acme's. Loads pretty quickly, relatively easy to navigate and find your way around and to what you need.

This app is so slow when clipping coupons that I don't shop here as often as I used to. I can clip every coupon on the shaws app in 2 minutes. This stop and shop app isn't very responsive. You can only clip one coupon, then have to wait 5 seconds as it spins and disappears before you clip another coupon. I despise this app and won't go to stop n shop anymore. Now the app says "Unable to clip coupon"

Coupons don't stay "clipped" and this causes issues when checking out and paying more than you expect. I've had numerous conversations with the help desk and staff at my local store, but they're clueless and not helpful even though they've observed the issue. The whole system actually sucks. What do I need a coupon for? What's just on sale? It's a mess. Keep it simple.

Sone good stuff, like ability to search aisle for item you need (no guarantees there are any on the shelf), but no way to save a payment card with a 4-digit security code (yes, even if that's a card they accept in the system!), and doesn't actually connect to the Wi-Fi in store to use phone as a scanner. You should also not have to mess around with adding coupons to your account if you already have a card or this app. Okay also for making a list and checking out an in-store scanner.

Changing my review from 2 to 1 star. The app either force-closes, makes you prove you're not a robot after every scan, the scanner won't work, items will appear double scanned in your cart, your the whole app will have a loading screen preventing you from even using it. Once I was finally able to transfer the order to an actual scanner, my order was audited and required rescanning most items. Total waste of time and effort. This will honestly keep me from shopping at Stop & Shop anymore.

This app needs a LOT of work. My son tried to use it to scan-as-you-shop since all of the scan guns were either being used or currently charging. He has to restart the app 6 times during his shopping trip because it kept crashing. Additionally, I didn't want to "upgrade to go points", but the app would not key me see my rewards tab unless I tapped "upgrade". Now my receipts no longer show my gas points, only Go points, which is not helpful. I hope the devs can fix the bugs.

I used to love this app. It was sometimes a little glitchy at pickup, but the convenience was worth it. But since this latest update, it doesn't work at all. It just crashes. I've come back multiple times, restarted my phone--nothing helps. I'm happy to adjust my review if it's fixed but as it is I've got to go elsewhere to order groceries because I can't get them here. EDIT: It's definitely gotten better since my initial one star review. The app works most of the time but it's slow and glitchy

Cannot get all of the digital coupons because it's filtered and cannot be changed. Stop and Shop's solution is for me to check the print ad, find coupons that aren't in the app, and tell the cashier at checkout which ones need to be rung up manually. Uninstalled, reinstall and all coupons are there until I login. And then they're filtered. What a waste - just apply the discounts and stop this idiocy. I understand that it's a common problem. On the bright side, there's a Shoprite nearby.

This app is so glitchy. I have been doing store pickups lately and I have issues every single week trying to place my order. It freezes up, doesn't load correctly. If there are replacements for items in your cart you get an email showing the replacement, and it asks you to open the app to review the replacements and accept/deny. There is no place to do this in the app. Even clicking the link to review in the app brings you to a blank screen. Just very frustrating
