I like the way it works like the market and there is a large amount of availability with some rare products. I'd like to see a complete data base, regardless of sales or lack of sales history, which would allow a more comprehensive portfolio feature. Otherwise simple, still tons to buy and if you have product that meets the requirements, selling allows access to a directed market and real time value based on what people are willing to pay at any given time. Will continue to use frequently.

App is trash and customer service is worse. App was malfunctioning. I made them aware after one of my sales were canceled. I was never notified that a product had been sold. Same thing happens again but the app doesn't tell me it sold until 10pm of the last day it was supposed to be shipped. I inform them of the issue. I let them know to cancel the order because it's too late to ship it and also to delete my account. They refuse and charge me a penalty. Then proceeded to charge me again today.

I was bidding on a shoe for a month. Once the session was over it continued on for another month. I was the highest bid and no notification of me or anyone being the winner. I emailed them and was told to use the "Buy now" option. Guess what? That didn't work either. I canceled the bid all together. Highly disappointed and frustrated! It'll be a long time before I try that again or ever.

This app used to be great, but for the past few months it is nearly unusable. It struggles to load pages and then it constantly asks me to click and hold a button to prove I am not a bot. This would be fine if it worked, but it often gives an error message and then pops up the same screen multiple times over and over again. I have sent multiple messages to their customer service with the error code, and haven't heard anything back, not has the problem been resolved.

Great experience. I've ordered before and have never had an issue. This time I was a little curious on the express shipping. I could not find a less expensive option. I really didn't need express but they will be at more door in four days and that's with the holiday thrown in. Since I am spending a good amount it's nice to have them authenticated with a enclosed certificate.

Always heard horror stories about stock X because thats where all the scalpers go. That's not the case at all, I mean I'm sure it is. But it's also a great place to order hot items over seas and things that are sold out everywhere or no longer manufactured. You place your order, and it takes a little bit more time to receive your purchase because the seller is forced to send the item to StockX to verify that the item purchased is authentic. After its verified its distributed out to you. Dope af

You get what you bid on! I bid on several pairs of shoes at the lowest bid and won. Only recently, have I been fed up with with receiving items that had been worn and cleaned. I'm not aware if the authentication process includes checks for wear and tear on what are supposed to be deadstock, conditioned shoes but it is seriously flawed. Upon bringing this up to StockX they offered 2 options, keep the worn items and receive a $20 coupon or return the item and money will be refunded.

I am not receiving all push notifications for followed items. I have to physically check and see if items are lowering in asking or bidding prices. Also, I am missing several items in in my following folder. Ive even tried to re follow successfully and they still are missing. Push notifications for $1 bid promos, take me to the blog page where I have no access to special promotions, and can't place a bid as a result. Fix errors and I will re rate.

Good experience with the first pair I bought. Fast shipping, everything was great. The second pair I bought had a lot of issues. Two separate sellers claimed to have the shoe but neither had it. There were no updates on the order. Was refunded which is great. Still not sure about buying another pair due to false advertising from sellers saying they have it but they dont.

Terrible customer service, good luck if you have any issues. Be prepared to send endless emails each answered (if you're lucky) by a different person each of who seems to know less than the other. Absolutely no phone number provided. Easy to see why with this type of service. Bottom line they suck. Don't even bother if you expect to get paid in less than a month. Still waiting to be paid on 4 sales from July 6th!!!! Used to love app. It's a mess now look elsewhere. Wish 0 stars was an option

Unfortunately, there often is a glaring flaw with the app that noticeably detracts from the experience and/or functionality. At the moment, I am often seeing incorrect recent sales, asks, and bids. For example, the Yeezy 350 clay (sz 6.5) shows the most recent sales as having been on March 31, 2020. Each size has a different date that it appears stuck on. The current low ask and high bid from the main item page are correct, but the additional listings for these are usually also out of date.

I never search for collectibles, yet it is the unchangeable default category shown when I open searches (when it would be more beneficial to show the featured sneakers). Let us modify this setting! Let us turn OFF product follow-up notifications. I don't want them & you send them at odd hours of the night WELL after the fact. You keep messing with the ability to select "All" in the size filter grid when browsing sneaker pages. It was very broken at one point then fixed & now is very misaligned.

As much as this disheartens me, I feel my experience with the StockX application needs to be addressed. Of the 4 purchases I made from StockX, 2 did not have any issues; the other 2, I was sent the incorrect size on 1 order and the incorrect colorway on the other order. Each were returned and refunded without any issues. The biggest issue I had with the app was a service breach made in Sept. 2019; twice. My card on file was charged twice, each item exceeding $800 without my consent.

2 years back I would've looked you in the face and told you StockX is the best app to ever come to the app/play store. It's changed significantly since then. They've added new fees for purchases for seemingly no reason (what even is a "processing fee", why is it $5 extra on top of sales tax AND $14 shipping?), and their seller fee is one of the highest at a whopping 12%. Not only that, but many people including a friend of mine have received fakes from StockX. Just get goat/grailed, seriously.

Very bad experience with the past 2 pairs of shoes I ordered. Never received either pair. The first pair didn't make it through Stockx verification which is fine and I was offered a $10 discount. Tried to use the discount on a different pair of shoes less than a week later, but they wouldn't allow me to use it. I still ordered the shoes regardless, but it after 3 weeks of ordering Stockx never shipped the shoes to me so I cancelled. I do not plan to use again as a result.

This platform works great everything you need it to. Very trustworthy and supports collectors markets. Very little to not like. Only issues that it's a little bit high skill for the user base. If you're new to the platform and fairly inexperienced towards online purchasing in general, it's not very friendly. Just a harsher learning curve than one might expect.

I think Stock X itself is great, and their authentication is definitely on point, I only have one issue and that's been the shipping. My purchases have always taken extremely long to ship, way more than anywhere else. Sellers just sit on the item I purchased, and when they finally do ship, it takes weeks to get to stock x and to my front door. And the whole time shipping gives you zero updates and almost no information. Besides that, they're great!

Garbage app. Interface is trash, you pay more fees than the product itself in some instances, they take more than half your profit in other instances as well, make dumb promotions like half off seller fees and further ruining the market. Miss the old days where you only paid for shipping. Yeah, you heard that right. You only used to pay just for shipping if you were in the US. Trash app. Looking at the graphs is the only useful thing on here.

Great idea, bad experience. Had attempted my first purchase with them, they said "unable to verify billing address" and so I went through my bank to get the right address. Attempted again, same issue. Made a PayPal so that they don't have to do any thinking at all, and all of a sudden I have to verify an alternate email or phone number. Then I get sent to an external loading screen when I try to verify. Seriously. It ain't my fault your glitchy app wouldnt verify my email in the first place.

I don't like that they've taken away the [total value] of your collection from the portfolio. Was very helpful to know how much your sitting on, see it increase/ decrease with the market and also the total count you have. Please add this feature back. Other than that, it's a very good app for buying/selling sneakers. Also good for checking the market value so you know if you're paying too much or really getting a steal.
