I love it. It's fun having your own stylist shop for you. It does take a little trial and error to get the right style/fix to what you like, but that all comes through communicating with your stylist. Also check out your daily/weekly fix suggestions. This helps pinpoint your individual style. The more you "like" or "dislike" an item, the more accurate your fixes will be. Also communicate woth your stylist. There's instructions on how to use this service.

I love that the stylists take time to research your style and review your requests. I've had 4 fixes so far and have kept the majority of what they have sent me - they really nailed my style! Customer service is phenomenal!! I've had to reach out a couple times for my mistakes on exchanges, return period, and a necklace. They went above and beyond for me every single time with impeccable timing. I'm hooked and have signed my husband up for their service as well. Love it!

I LOVE this service. I have been with Stitchfix for a few years and it is only getting better. I dont enjoy shopping but I love having clothes that are fresh and up to date and Stitchfix makes that possible. They have made great enhancements like the style shuffle. My stylist gets it right everytime. The one enhancement I would like to see is the ability to indicate if I "own it" or "need it", specifically as it applies to closet staples. A sort of virtual closet for my stylist to reference.

Been an awesome experience. Helped me try things on that I wouldn't normally. Men's clothes have some limitations, but still a wealth of great options. That being said, this app is worth 5*. Even after canceling your subscription, you can still buy items individually. The stylists listen to your needs & match items to the best of their stock. The app gives opportunities to communicate clothing needs, give stylist feedback, etc. Only real downside is you may end up with too many clothes =]

My app does not function properly anymore. I do not have my personal preference button where you can see your purchases, change account preferences, update style profile ect. Also whenever there are items to slide to from left to right, it will not move over. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and it just installs the same way. Super frustrating.

I've never liked finding a top in one store and then have to search through all the other stores to find a cohesive outfit. I don't really have the eye for it. The concept of having a personal stylist works perfect for me. I've only had amazing experiences receiving the clothes in my box and my stylist has nailed my style. It's allowed me try new things I would have never even tried on. The app works well and I enjoy the flexibility of getting your next box. I would definitely give it a shot!

The app itself is one of the slowest apps I have ever used - really not a fan of it. As far as Stitch Fix itself is concerned, I find it to be overpriced for most of the items. For my most recent fixes, I find only 1 or 2 items worth keeping, however those 1 or 2 make it somewhat worth continuing the service. I don't think they actually find items to fit your body type as myself and a coworker got the exact same item 2 weeks apart and let's just say our body types aren't even remotely similar.

I absolutely love this app, the service, and my stylist. She is top tier and we work splendidly together. The clothing options she sends me are to die for! I recommend this app. It changed my relationship with clothes for the better. The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the app doesn't notify me when I can preview my order. I missed out on a fabulous dress because I missed the email that they sent. If this could be fixed, I would change my rating to 5 stars in a heartbeat.

Don't even bother. They say the items are starting at $25, and you get to let them know a price point you'd be comfortable with. I selected the lowest cost for everything and every single item I received was over $50. Half of the items in my box were not even remotely my style or were things I had asked specifically not to get (blouses). I also asked for color and fun prints or designs or unique items and literally all 5 items were black & white and so plain. A complete waste of $20.

Rating only the app not the service. It is terribly slow at loading. The " Is this your style?" feature i can click on one and the whole app practically has to reload and that is using data and wifi. Incredibly frustrating as it has not always been this way. It used to work well when I first signed up in, I think, May2019. Something changed a couple weeks ago and it has been dragging so slowly. This is not discussing the service provided just the app.

App worked great, products were quite expensive! Cancelled automatic shipments, and will not order from them again! I consider this a $20 (nonrefundable styling fee) lesson learned! Not recommended unless you can afford a minimum bill of $264 plus tax. I requested lowest cost items, not sure if that's what they did or not, but I can't afford this for 5 items. Yes, I'd like to treat myself every now and then, but can't do this! Hope others have better luck than I did.

The app has become more user friendly over the past year, but it isn't always easy to find things. Style shuffle sometimes messes up and shows the same thing, so you have to restart the app. I wish we would get notifications when our previews are ready and a new style shuffle is ready. By the time I check my email it's too late and I miss my preview!

The app is fine. However, I was very specific with my budget and received clothing that was way beyond what I specified. I have no doubt this is intentional, and common. Of course you can return it all but you lose the $20 "stylist fee". Hint: there are no stylists, it's a computer :) App was fine, this service is somewhat of a rip-off if you're in the lower budget tiers - the products are generic brand quality at banana republic prices.

Very hard to see the pictures of the items. Very inaccurate rudimentary rating system. A lot of the same kinds of shirts, for example, a usual session of style shuffle consists of two rounds of lookalike button down long sleeve shirts just with different colors and patterns, a round of suits, and only about 1 round of stuff that i would actually wear. Theres not enough variety in the style shuffle to determine what my style actually is. The app is also very slow. I love the clothes though.

This used to be a good service, but there is no way a human actually gives more than 2 minutes of consideration anymore. The fixes seem put together by an algorithm, with no consideration to my style board, Pinterest board, or past fixes. 1st world problems, but it's still pretty disappointing. You usually don't get the quality of what's advertised on the website. If you want anything like that they only allow you to buy directly from the website. The fixes themselves are of poor quality

The app could be more intuitive. The loading image & time to navigate from one page to another are annoying. Redeeming a promo code is difficult depending on the origin. I used a referral code from a friend & the app didn't take it, so I had to contact customer support. The service itself is ok. I specified typed of items I wanted and, out of 4 boxes, MOST items did not meet my requests. I will try again now both parties have a better idea of how the other works/thinks.

This has been great for me to get new clothes and try things I wouldn't normally pick for myself at a store. The stylists have been very receptive to notes and feedback. One major downside is they don't allow color swaps. Several pieces I've received, they've had a color I liked better in stock but I'd have to return it and pay full price for both the fix and the item. It can also be alittle pricey but you can adjust your budget. It's good and convenient, but no color swaps is frustrating.

The app (and website) is horribly buggy. When trying to change anything in the Style Profile, the changes don't stick when pressing Save all Changes. No wonder the stylist has been so off...she doesn't have the right sizes! In general, all clothes you buy through Stitch Fix (with the exception of their low end "exclusive brands"...which are all poor quality) can be bought on a substantial discount elsewhere online.

*EDIT* Even after deleting the automatic fixes, I'm still getting charged. There's no option to delete my account or even speak to someone Not what I expected at all. My fix was over a week later than the expected arrival time and the products chosen for me were disappointing. Not my style, incorrect sizing on some items, and most of all way too expensive. If you are looking for affordable personalized style- this is NOT the app for you. Not using again and not recommending to anyone.

I used this app pre pregnancy and loved the process and most of the selections. Many things were over my budget, though. Yet I did find a few items I loved and kept. Now I am postpartum and my size has changed in several ways but the app is not letting me update. I go to select a different size or try to add in nursing styles but when I hit "save" nothing happens. I won't order again if I'm unable to get the correct sizes. Must be a bug, I tried to update the app but there wasn't an option.
