Worst customer service and app. I have never experienced such careless response from any other customer service. I had an issue with uploading ID and photo. I have called and complained several times in their toll free number. But the problem is still not resolved. No response for email. Not able to login. Even if you tried uninstall the app and reinstall again, the app will come up with same verification issue.

Since one Year I am using this AAP I liked but now since 3 months service are very unprofessional and our families can't receive money exactly time always have to complain still taking 2 to 3 days but still can't solve the problems finally they return you money back

The exchange rate in the Widget is not updating even after tapping the refresh button. It will only update after logging in to the app itself. This app is great if in Dark Mode.

It's really very hard to add my bank account here as STC PAY BAHRAIN facilitating only IBAN, NOT SWIFT. ALSO DIFFICULT TO LOCATE BANK ADDRESS AS THERE IS NO OPTIONS. MAYBE IT IS USEFUL FOR LOCAL PURCHASE BUT NOT GOOD FOR REMITTANCES. I DONT KNOW ABOUT OTHERS.

They are cheaters. do not trust the exchange rate of what they are displaying on their application. I sent remittance on 1 jul 25. that time rate was 765.65 PKR but after I finished my transaction I noticed they gave me an exchange rate of 753.16PKR. but their application still was 764.45PKR. like this they are cheating

Really thoughtless UI. They have Platinum Classic & Platinum Non-Classic card (distinction not mentioned anywhere). Everywhere they mention just Platinum and its benefits. I applied for a Physical Platinum Card and they gave me Platinum Classic which has no benefits! charge for Platinum Non-Classic and Platinum Classic is also the same (4.4BD), further adding to the confusion. Once you pay, you can cancel the request but there is no refund! Their UI is designed to cheat you. Caveat emptor.

Very good for use in Bahrain. However, I tried to use it many times for online purchases (Netflix, paying some fees online) but it always shows error / failed or some other message that the transaction wasn't successful. I called the operators and sent multiple emails but non of them could solve the issue as they themselves don't know the problem. I would give the app 5 stars IF you could solve this issue.
