Doesn't even allow me to register an account. Giving error "ID verification Failed". Even though I made a mystc account yesterday and it worked without issues.

After iqama renewal updating service is very poor and I called customer service and I requested the solution for my problem that i cannot add money . also there is no response. Poor technical service.

I have problem. I couldn't sign in stc pay account . I forgot passcode . I contact helpline but thay told me to update your phone and app . I also did. But there is no any forget password option what should I do ??? Any body help

The application is great, but for the last 3 days, the application has not been working with me it logged me out, and when trying again, it's giving me error of service not available at last step of entering the pass code, need your support, thanks, please note i am currently outside KSA.

Worst app on S24 Ultra. Takes up to 2 mins to open the app, up to 5 mins to be able to send money because reasons for transfer have no options and won't load until 5 or 10 mins passed. Reloading the app will not help either. I guess all the attention is for iphone.

Am so disappointed in this app.. imagine I lost my 1000 riyals all in the name of "your account status is not valid to perform this transaction " yet all ma information was verified... I contacted the customer care but no help.. they just say we forwarded your issue to the management but still no help... I hate the gu app.. I lost that money bse I even left Saudia, means It will never be worked upon 😔 even after updating the app they want to verify with a call yet thy even cut off my stc line..

Pathetic app with almost most of the times only loading when working on data pack of STC. Works fine only with WiFi but what if I need to pay in a place where I do not have a WiFi? Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app number of times to only face the same issue again and again

Device verification takes a lot of time. I been waiting for 20 mins for the call but no one calls. Why not use other option to verify the device than a call l. Or at least let us use our account until you can handle the verification. Very inconvenient way of management.

The worst customer service ever, they don't answer your calls even when you text them they don't answer your messages, bad experience with them also they are writing that the transfers will be during working hours of the local banks but they are liers, very bad app, I deleted from my devices

One of the worst customer service you can met ever , No responses, no issues is being fixed from first time, No transperancy of admitting issues, almost of the agents looking to receive the call and close it without fixing any issue , common responses No issue from our side , wait 3 days , Until you creatise an escalation and noise , then your issue will be fixed without anyone will let you know what's happening or what's the issue.

Used it for almost 4yrs now but nowadays my money is being deducted without anyreason i see purchases scams already taking my money from my stcpay saved balance. Too much angry on this issue and they cannot even fix the issue quickly you have to wait for 21days which is too long and at the end nothing will happen they will leave your case without following up.

Used to be a great snappy fast app and international STC Pay to bank transfers were quick, usually within minutes but now since 2 months, it was 1 day and now it's been 2 days and money is not received in home country to the same bank account I have been sending money since ever. Chat option in "Help" is helpless as no agent joins the chat. I called their phone number given in app but only has automated IVR without any option to talk to a human. Also, delay in login and no OTP are other issues.

I used to like it so much because of the hassle free transactions, especially on international transfers but lately the app doesn't load anymore... I had to uninstall and reinstall in order to open the app again. please fix it.

Unfortunately becoming very annoying and useless app. It doesn't open and stays on the stcpay loading page forever. It occasionally works. Shame as it was one of the best apps. A clear example of developers laziness when they see themselves ahead and now they become way behind competitors

The best app I ever have for money transfer , online buying , international payments and investments.its easy to used and easy to cancel transaction of sending money if the recipient got problem to receive or got wrong spelling name , and also provide a physical card for emergency handling payments to those who can't pay through apple pay,I'm having very positive experience in this app and I'm using it for how many years already.

The app used to be great. A good way and quick way to transfer money. It has become terrible lately with the lack of updates and optimization from the developers. I can't get past the launch screen sometimes even though my phone can open other apps in less than a second. It needs more attention, more updates that will optimize the app further and make it faster.

It used to be a good application. But now it's really irritating to do international transfers. Evey now and then they ask for documents and verifications for already verified and self accounts. Customer service is very poor and they Tak a lot of time to understand and resolve issues. Better to use some other app if you are looking for remittance outside kingdom

In this trying times, maybe your company can reconsider the transfer fee. Most of the expats are using your app, because it's convenient. Just convenient. You don't even have a good exchange rate. It's always the lowest. Some money transfer companies already have their own kiosk in which you don't have to be in line. Just a thought that maybe, you can reconsider lowering your transaction fee a bit. Thanks.

This was a great app until the maintenance and update they did in mid February. The app broke. My stc debit card disappeared. The external card I had linked to stc pay to add money also disappeared and I can't add it again for some reason. The history of all transactions is not there anymore ( I hope it didn't get wiped out on their backend/db). It's a mess. Clearly this app is developed and maintained by amateurs.
