The app ask you to add your vehicle first. I was planning to buy a ev car and was trying to see how many charges are available on my common travel locations. But this app didn't helped in that. Asked to add you vehicle first then you can proceed. App must add an option to see how many charges are available on our planned location.

very poor charger not responding. Had attempted almost 10 times. charging gets haulted in 1 minute. please check. had loaded the wallet as well. Kindly refund.

✅ App looks awesome! ℹ️ The clustering is a big issue, always hides the stations and only if zoomed so close it appears, this basically makes 90% of stations invisible to users

Statiq is the best chargeing company because they have listed the other chargers like BPCL etc. The best thing about their charger is it will immediately start charging without any hassle. I have tried many other company charger but I have wasted 10..15 minutes because either they will fault or you have to restart but in case of statiq I have never waited . this is go to charger for me from now on. I request statiq to add other chargers as well because it will widen your network .

We were stuck at the Behro statiq station at 11:30pm because our charging gun was stuck in the car and we were not able to remove it. After several failed attempts we contacted the customer support team and Mr. Rohit helped us resolve the issue within minutes. The customer support team is very cooperative and they are available 24/7. We have faced issues several times but the customer support staff always come to the rescue and they know exactly what needs to be done to resolve the issue.

Worst application. To connect and configuration OTP is required it was taken around 20-25 mins to receive that. I tried with my friends mobile and able to get in 5 mins. That is also worst thing. Most important before we need do the payment as per the application. I need to do the charging for 300 rs not more than that. But application given to add the money for 536 rs. Which is too bad.

My vehicle received no charge from your stations, yet full amounts were deducted from my wallet. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I've received no assistance or refund for these failed charging sessions. This unauthorized charging despite service failure is unacceptable. An immediate refund of all failed charging sessions and proper resolution of this issue is what every customer expects, but statiq ensures that this is never the case.

please try avoiding statiq, mostly there stations are not operational. please check station is operational or not before adding money. nearby stations were also unavailable/not working. No customer service. try to avoid statiq.

excellent charges, hope we get to see more in tier 2 cites. excellent customer service, was stuck with a non responsive charger today and they helped me reset the charger however it wasn't responding yet they initiated the charging from the backend. recived help right on time. Kudos to the team.

The app is pathetic, it was showing charging initiated successfully, when I got back after 45 min there was not a single unit transferred. Now its more than 2 hours, I re-installed the app but it is still showing an ongoing charging session. WA support is poor, response is too delayed.

a new useless feature of flux has been started which blocks / disable the chargers additional gun. if somebody needs a chrge in emergency then you are stuck at the mercy of the other person. also the app is proving delayed status. standing gin front of the charger and it is showing 2 connectors available, but the cars are already connected from last 15 min. this feature has made statiq charges totally unreliable.
