I took a trip to NY I had luggage. I was leaving late at night, so I found this app that secured my bags in many parts of NY. Went into the address and made sure it was going to be open when I went back to pick up. I got a ticket with my bag number and off. I went free of luggage to see the Yankees. Went back, gave my ticket number, and had my bags. Everything was easy. It secured my luggage. It wasn't overpriced either

Useful but slow and unorganised. I mean, the app works fine for the purpose. So, you can book a luggage store easily and just drop it off and then pick it up again without any issues. However it is very slow and even just to enter on the App I have to put my details in every single time,very annoying as there should be a tick box for "remember me" or "stay logged in"

Great service, easy to use, good locations. The only downside was the small extra hidden costs (insurance and Stasher's cut) when you go to checkout - it would be better if this was included somehow in the daily price on the location map.

I'll preface this by saying the service is great, and so is the website. But the app has serious problems. For instance, it will not let you select a time slot for pickup or drop off, which affects the availability you're shown. If you try to book without it, the app applies the next hour window to dropoff, and adds an hour for pickup. I gave up and used the website instead. I thought the app would display my ticket info, at least. But the pick-up and drop-off times don't show correctly.

Great idea. We had a 10 day trip and didn't want to drag a big bag with us. So we stashed it with the stasher app, and it was so easy and simple to use. Pick your spot to stash, and then how many days. The rest is easy. Just drop it off at the selected spot and pick it up when done. It saved us so much hassle of big luggage carrying.

Convenient, swift answer to storing luggage. Great price and well worth it. Simple, easy to use app. Absolutely brilliant!

I thought this was app was a great idea. However, the one time I tried to use it, the shop didn't open when it was supposed to meaning I had to scramble around for another solution and nearly missed my flight.

Useful app and shows lots of locations in your chosen area. Would be great if you could use the map to see distance between certain areas. We wanted to find the closest Stasher location to the train station in Dublin but the map didn't allow us to track this. We had to instead use Google maps. Would still recommend as this is a great app and cheap luggage storage prices!

Left my luggage at Premier Inn in Cardiff. Ot was great to be able to shop without hauling it around with me. A lovely, friendly member of staff greeted me and put my bag into store, issuing me with a receipt. The same person retrieved my bag when I returned. Would use again.

we attempted to cancel our reservation before the scheduled drop-off time, but unfortunately, the app did not support the cancellation process. Due to this issue, we were unable to complete the cancellation as planned

We had a few hours to kill in London before we could check in to our accom and Stasher was amazing and enabled us to explore without dragging the cases all over London. Would definitely recommend.

I booked storage with Stasher due to the ability to cancel for a refund as I wasn't sure if I needed it. However despite trying multiple times (using the cancel button referred to by Stasher below) I was unable to cancel. However Stasher then did refund me when I raised this issue with customer service. Just frustrating the app cancel button didn't work at the time.b

Please ditch the American way of providing dates. it is super error prone for most of the world. At least provide the option to change it or make it consistent across the app. This inconsistencies are very bad for an app that is based upon time. + Please implement the back gesture to go to main screen. I'm closing the app all the time.

Stasher had a lot of options in Lima which is where we needed this service. Booking was easy and flexible and the locations offered easy to find. We used it once for a few hours for 2 small carry ons and also left our checked bag for 3 days since we didnt want to haul our stuff all the way to Ica. It made our trip way smoothier! The app itself was easy to download and personally I thought easier to use through one's phone than the website. Would definitely recommend!

This was a lifesaver and so easy to book a storage location! While at Charles deGalle airport, we found the app on our phone. It was simple to find a location to store our bags near our apartment and when we arrived there, the staff made it seamless. They immediately accepted our bags & even recommended things to do in the area until we could check-in to our apartment. It was a high-end hotel, we knew our bags were in good hands. Best of all, the rate was very reasonable. Definitely a winner!

We were getting off a cruise in Seattle, that morning, and our wasn't until late that night. I actually researched and found Stasher months before we needed them. Once, booked (few months out), I was able to cancel and rebook easily. I received my refund when they said I would. The only problem was when I originally booked, the app changed my times, this is why I cancelled. Come to find out, since I was using a place that was open 24 hours a day, times didn't matter. We will use Stasher again!!!
