I was called that item is on its way of delivery without proceeding to checkout. Now that I want to purchased the item, it cannot able to checkout. The cart has 3 items on it but upon proceeding the cart displays empty.

Very bad experience ordering from Starlink. They advertise same-day delivery but don't keep that word. They won't inform you why... send an email or make a call. Nothing. You have to call them. When you call them, they will say excuses like the item is with the supplier, so it will take time to be delivered. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all.

Downloaded app, pressed 'tech and gadgets' button to see list of products. Waited for 30 seconds, screen remained blank and locked up. Uninstalled app. What a complete waste of everyone's time. 🤷♂️
