App doesn't work at all. StarHub TV - Couldn't install the channels, requiring set up via App. Can't watch free to air channels as the router is not next to the set top. Need a long network cable to direct connect router to set top. Never had such issues with older set top box. New one is slow, not straight forward to switch channels, lesser functions and UI very user unfriendly.Tried calling StarHub several.Feeling shortchanged by this App, new service (TV+) and no customer service follow up.

Other telcos are going forward but you are going backwards. The app was fine last time but it's so sluggish now, took almost 30 secs just to view my mobile plan quota, totally unacceptable. Not to mention that the Star Plan is also terrible. Going to port out soon.

Absolutely horrible app. Most functions donot work. When you try to recontract or buy anything, you will enter all your details and press add... it will bring you to filling up screen again. They are moving everything to online to cut cost but infra is lacking ++.

The app is fast to load but when I tried to re-contract, it fails at the final step. After getting an appointment at the store, I tried to change the scheduled date. Again the app hung. Got to call the helpline to reschedule. Starhub must find a way to improve the app as it is a telco with internet services.

Most infuriating esim setup ever. First the digital ID feature never recognises your face/passport. Took around 20 tries before it finally glitched and just accepted it. Esim activation then didn't go through because the page kept rejecting the information with no prompt Just brute forced it until it broke/accepted the details.

You know, starhub is one of those companies which I truly DETEST dealing with when it comes to their digital platforms; be it the app or the website. What's wrong with this app? What isn't wrong with this app?! Logging in with my hubID fails to show any of my address/billing details which I'm trying to access, the app home doesn't even show me as having logged in (but does on another part of the app). Most links just ask me if I'd like to sign up for something. Do us all a favour - kill the app.

Viewing of "full" mobile plan details doesn't even include start/expiry date of plan. Tried to download pdf of service agreement but it just keeps loading and does nothing. Back for more negative reviews: received notification saying that I have free Amazon prime, but app continuously runs into error whenever I try to activate it. When using overseas, app auto logged me out and would not prompt previously activated autosave or biometric login.

A bit less buggy but still relatively unreliable. Make sure you give the app enough time to update the info every time you switch to it (give about 10 sec) else you may be seeing either no info or the wrong info! Also, even though it says you can set the default phone to display, I can't see how this can be done. Bad UI!

finally there is a feature to add credit card in for payments. apart from the $1 charge to adding the card, it doesn't even work after adding! There is still a need to manually key in the card number!! So far, all apps that allows to add card, doesn't have a $1 as a charge but fine, I'll take it as an administrative charge but not working after that, it doesn't make sense for me to charge for something that doesn't work at all. It's frustrating

Frustrating when you need help and the bot just bounces you round and round and then back to the beginning. Buggy, laggy and not intuitive. Can't seem to see all the necessary payments in one place. We have homehub, mobile plan and starplan, all with different due dates so end up always missing this or that and that's a $5 fine without warning. Last straw was missing one payment and straight away auto termination and a bill of 1k plus. More like paying fines for bad app.

Keeps crashing. Doesnt even perform the function its supposed to. So buggy and its not the payment provider. Its the APP. Also, after i login the app has a bug where it auto resets and shows as a guest LOL in a perma loop

Why does this app download so many megabytes of data before it will open? It makes the app impossible to open on slow connections... For example if I am on in flight wifi en route to my overseas destination, and want to use the app to buy roaming data.

Rubbish app. The app is literally flashing. Blink on, blink off. Pop up ads can't load so app kept trying to. In vain. This beats the last update where app kept nagging for GPS location to be switched on. It was so bad cos GPS nagging window popped up every other second. One thing is consistent with both updates. In both instances, I cannot use the app. Whoever in charge of the app needs to get their idea of UX sorted. And really invest time and effort into testing before release.

Terrible experience on the app. I was not given the chance to review my order before pre-ordering. Fortunately for me, only the colour of the phone was incorrect. If I had chosen my phone model incorrectly, it would have been disastrous as preorders via Starhub app (and website as well) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If that is the case, why bother with the app? Just walk into the physical store instead. Or visit other stores with better apps and online services. Geez.

Opps, we encountered an error. Please try again. Report Issue not yet implemented. Frequent login and app loading issues. It is a miracle if I am able to view my data usage. Additionally, getting more unnecessary shortcuts that clutter the user interface. Unable to exit the app with the back button. Uselessly large app size.

Latest update sucks. Try paying a bill and you get a blank screen. No options, zero, nothing happens. Old version worked perfectly, so why do you feel compelled to keep changing things for the sake of doing it. Well, even if you do, can't you ensure the bugs are sorted out before inflicting it on long time customers?!!! Truly, we deserve better than this Starhub.

This app is one of the most glitched apps from a big company ever, it's been like this for years. They mix web and mobile together, the Ux is terrible, things are hard to find. I tried subscribing to Euro 24 today, unsuccessfully. Continuous generic error 001, on the box it directs me to the app, and on the app I can't complete the journey. They seriously need a new team on their app. And this is from a starhib customer of 15 years.. the app quality is enough to consider switching providers.

If the point of the app is to lessen the burden on physical stores, this app is an epic fail. Even the store personnel advises us to avoid it & it's easy to see why. Apart from paying your bill, nothing else really works.. Wanna see "special promos"? Nope. Wanna recontract from that enticing promo they occasionally flash? Good luck! You'll have better luck being struck by lighting.

this app only focusing on selling its product, not at all intuitive nor providing clear direction on required information such as broadband only billing or not even have sufficient/smart bot support. also, no option to connect with real human agent. frustrating and waste of time. the dodgy part, why it require to access photo/video and biometric as well?? all sensitif information:( uninstalling the app..

Jesus Christ, how do you even screw this up so badly. The app sometimes literally DOES NOT RESPOND TO INPUTS on the home page. Its performance also leaves MUCH to be desired, given it's just WebView (in layman's terms: an embedded [and also sluggish] webpage and a browser to display it) with a coat of paint. I cannot even list my active services, much less attempt to delete my account.
