It's a great way to handle all the cards without carrying them around. I don't like that sometimes the 'rewards' or balance amount is not updated unless I open the detail twice, but it's not a real concern

Before the updat it kept signing me out of my account, after it, won't even let me sign in, it only gives out an error message. Worst time ever, it would be better to undo the update! This sucks! I loved the app!

It never works, always I try to sign up the App shows that it has an error, the same happen if you try to sign up by the Internet and if you forget your password, they won't sent you your new password to your email because the page is horrible!

Since the last update, the app sucks. I don't know who had the great idea that replacing a barcode with a QR that refreshes itself everytime you open the app would be awesome. Sometimes it just doesn't loads.

It had been working but suddenly it is crashing in the background and when I open it up it starts flashes and crashes. I have reinstalled and cleaned everything. Seems like a recent update of android has caused this. I am on Android 12

The app has a lot of issues, for starters I can NEVER read the news that arrive on the feed, I can only see the ones that come on my e-mail; sometimes my rewards can't be read by all the stores and that is frustrating.

It is actually really good, it makes it easier not to carry the card around and to keep your balance in check. The problem is that sometimes it signs me out for some unknown reason. Also I have tried to add money and it doesn't recognize the payment method and according to the Bank the opperation went through but the money doesn't appear in the Starbucks card.

It's ok. However, it does take time to refresh and or reflect real amounts. In addition, it has happened to me that when I have my 15 stars but also have another free gold beverage in line, it will erase the second one and it won't show up after I consume the first. That is annoying... so what use it for me to have accumulated more than 15 stars if I can't use them?

It's a great app, but I think that you can add more functions like a menu to order and purchase your drink or food in the app before going to the shop and just pick it whenever you want or put a timer o something, that's would be great and faster, doing this, me and other people buy more products because they will have the time just to pick it without waiting in the drive thru or checking what they want. Love Starbucks, make me gold now haha thanks.

The thing is useless. I tried to sign up but after I tapped on the final Accept button the app went on an infinite loop of crash and restart (without closing the app) so I closed it manually, tried again and told me the email was already registered, checked my email, nothing, so I tried to log in and it goes on to the crashing-closing but not closing rant loop again, finally a message appears telling me I am trying to acces my account so they've sent an email to confirm?, checked email, nothing.

The app freezes constantly and requieres frequent reboot to load. Just today I had to uninstall and install it again just so I could get a real amount on the credits on my card. That being said, I think it's improving and the issues are being solved, albeit slowly.

Can't add founds via DC or CC When I try to add founds with a visa or Mastercard the app just displays a message saying "something went wrong". Tried to restart the app or even tried different cards, still got the same error. Also who design your UX? Is just horrible. Neither the front or the back end works properly.

Loved the update the app got, much better than the last one and easier to use. It's pretty stable and fast to select the card to pay on store, haven't tried out recharging money through the app yet. The only thing that I miss is the feature of the app recognizing the music that's playing when you enter the store and telling you the name and artist, would be great to hace that.

App stopped working suddenly a month ago. Displays message "Error, something went wrong" ;every time I attempt to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times, and the problem continues. All my other apps work perfectly fine. Months later and Still no resolution. App crashes all the time, uable to log in, full of bugs. No attempt from Starbucks to fix the problems. So sad 👎🏻

Really terrible quality app. it keeps crashing just opening the menu or trying to check out. This app should not have been released with those crashes in there, come on Starbucks, hire a company that can implement better apps. UPDATE: I cannot use the app because it shows that I need to update and I go to the store and it says my phone is not supported. They don't take into account older OS versions on their upgrade plan, really bad experience!

App hardly works, never loads menus. Coupons are not available even when I receive emails about it. Not able to see my rewards since day one. Almost a gold member and 0 benefits shown on it.

App never loads, it does not allow me to log in, I've reset the password multiple times. It just displays en error message and that's it.
