Extremely bad experience after update. Tried to log in, kept getting error. Tried to reset password, the link came through but gave me error after I put in the new password. When I did manage to reset, tried to log in and it said my account is locked. WITHOUT TELLING ME WHY IT WAS LOCKED!!!! It was only when I tried logging in on the computer that I found out it was because I tried to log in too many times. YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE WHY THEY KEEP GETTING ERROR ON THE APP!!!

The app is LIKE RUBBISH after upgrading. I would like to give ZERO star if I can. The app does not allow me to auto-reload, needs me to sign in every time even I chose stay signed in. And it ALWAYS does not give respond especially when I want to order through the app. It is very inconvenient and gave me very HORRIBLE experience. The upgrade of this app is a COMPLETE failure and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED about it. I would rather to keep the old version, which is way more successful in my opinion.

absolutely worse than before it was upgraded. Kept logging me out though I clicked keep logging in. The balance only shows briefly what the order was on specific date but not in detailed for the balance before and after payment. Even when I paid partially in cash plus a voucher, it wasn't stated. I don't have confidence in recharging money into this APP now. why upgrading!?

app takes ages to load, or just doesn't load at all - and this isn't just at the startup but every tap to select anything. store menu items are never up to date. neither restarting nor reinstalling the app helps in the slightest.

As much use as a chocolate teapot. Crashes every time you open now, even after reinstall. tWhen it was working, the app that doesn't let you order the products you want or pay for them (pay order failed, add to basket failed). Payment methods work.sporadically. Much food is not included (defeats the purpose of selling.....). Often does not remember my store, have to log in every time now and the app is slow. They've ruined something that worked fine.

If I could give it 0 I would. I used this app very often for delivery, but since its update NOTHING works; log in only works sporadically, menu never has items (the whole drink section is empty, is that even possible?), and it's not just the store "nearby" either. I am SPEECHLESS at the incompetence. Will not recommend until they fix all these bugs.

After the update, the app has been extremely slow and horrible. Constantly logging me out and giving errors when i try to log in. I also tried logging in on the website, but it also presented errors or took way too long to log in. The final straw was when I told the staff that I have my SB number and they told me that it wasn't possible to type it. They needed the app and or the physical card. 😳 I asked if the staff had an app to confirm of they experience a similar issue, but they didn't have

Like everyone says, the update made it worse. The more I use it the more problem I discover. First, I couldnt finalize order coz the drink was actually not availble, then i couldn't remove items from cart. Then the app froze, and now I cannot add money to my account via electronic payment. SB must have gotten wrong batch of beta testers 😅. Either that or you need to change your IT department. Please fix it!

Tons of problems post update. Most importantly, it cannot remember your customized order like before. Also I get logged out every day. It takes 2 minutes to do my regular order versus like 10 seconds before the update. Several times app just threw off errors and did not work at all. Very frustrating.

You would think that an app upgrade will benefit the user ,instead it actually hinders more than help. While the old design had it's funks, it was somewhat usable to order on the go. However, it crashes when I use specific credit cards to pay, payme doesn't work as an option and instead of writing sold out for items u just can't search it, but u wouldn't know as there is no indication and u have to top off outside of your order instead during order. Did you guys test this before releasing?

I use the app often, but there are a few little problems: 1) The menu items do not display the prices (until checkout); 2) Sometimes, items available at a store were however "out of stock" on the menu, so a purchase may have to be either done totally offline or broken into two transactions! 3) Navigating between sub-menus/items isn't as smoothly n quickly as hoped due to "page reloading"

The service is terrible. The reset password feature does not work and session expires as soon as you reset the password. Do not download this app until a more stable version is released. They will lock your account and your money associated to your account. On order, they throw Exceptions without proper error handling. Truely one if the worst app in the store.

Absolutely rubbish upgrade!! An upgrade is supposed to make the app better, that's why it's call an UPgrade. But since the recent upgrade there has been problems with logging in, fingerprint, favourites, etc. Simply put, anything that could go wrong would, and did, go wrong. Clearly the ones writing this app did not think things through, and Maxim's HK (Starbucks HK franchisee) is too slow / lazy to sort things out.

Nice UI but really slow interface. Many of the features take really long to refresh, I first doubted my 5G connection but it's consistent everywhere I go, there is not quick about "quick order" half of the time I am hundreds of meters away, but the time I arrive the shop it only confirms my order. Food menu is the same, takes forever to refresh. It has potential but the poor user experience result in two stars rating.

New version is slow, has wrong menu items. Old version was much better. Autoreload setup is terrible, poor English text. Extra, 's even worse! Couldn't edit order, couldn't remove drinks, ignored customisations I had selected, but then again couldn't review them either. Free extra shot ignored... I'm not using it for mobile order again until it's improved. New! Online top-up doesn't work, but it will verify your card okay. Terrible.

Is this a scam app? It asked me to top up during registration, and after I did, I couldn’t log in! Give me my money back!!! Don't top up during registration!
