***ADVICE***: Save often, and when your done and close the app, don't just quick save, save and upload to cloud. Quick save may not reload upon return. Finally rebeat this game on my phone. played it all the time on the original xbox. I used a ps4 controller with a cable (otherwise you get lag) with no issues (it thinks its an Xbox controller, but it'll work). It has controller support, achievements, and cloud save. So cool they put so much effort into a golden classic.

Great but problematic - I LOVE this game, it's one of the top RPGs of all time in my opinion, but the mobile port has issues. Normally, it's just small things like buggy controls or intermittent freezing despite my brand new S10. however, as of today, 5 hours into my first single player run, the game crashes every time I try to load (On Taris Upper City North). I really hope my issue gets resolved, it would get 5 stars but if I can't play a game I paid for and sunk 5 hours into, I'm not happy.

Simply put, this is one of the best games I've ever played. I deleted a ton to make room for it and it runs fine on low memory. The touch controls work well enough, usually (I would enjoy having a way to bring out the lightsabers/twirl the melees menacingly, like in the old days) I still find swoop racing ridiculously impossible, it seems... should have known better... wasted about an hour trying to beat the worst track time on Tatooine.

The game itself is awesome and the fact that it was adapted for my mobile devices is great. However I played this on my s4 and it was great. When I upgraded to the s6 edge it said it wasn't compatible. Now it says it is and that they fixed the issue with it loading into a blank screen on the edge. All I get is a blank screen when I open this up on my edge. The game logo comes up and than nothing. It is responsive to touch while on the blank screen though. I was excited, now disappointed!

Personally my favorite RPG of all time. Same KOTOR as was on the pc. If you haven't already played it get it. Controls take a minute to get used to if using touch but work just fine once you get used to them. Controller works a lot better though. Graphics look great. You also get the same pc graphic options. Color is so much better than the pc or xbox.Voice overs are done really well. I really hope for KOTOR II. Only bad is that auto save sometimes gets corrupt so make sure to save 2x.

So the game got updated and now actually plays on my samsung s6. Now if it dident crash every time i try to load a saved game, that would be nice. Its like hard core mode in diablo 2. Not fun. Edit: they actually fix the crashing issue a while ago and I forgot to update my review of the game. it works fantastic and I can't wait until they released Kotor 2 on the phone. I already have it on my computer but I'm definitely going to be purchasing it on here as well.

This game has got to be of the best Star Wars game available. The fact that it works on mobile is an impressive feat. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is due to the glitches and bugs that ruin the experience. One such bug is a save bug which happens when you try to load a quick save, but the loading stops permanently. Another one which is a glitch that stops you from progressing further, happens on the Leviathan command deck, you try to access the door to the bridge connected to the medical bay, but nothing happens and you're just walking through it with the bridge icon appearing and disappearing. The last bug has stopped me from continuing because I was really far into the game and I've since decided to stop until these two bugs are fixed

After using a controller designed for a computer (using an USB converter as mentioned in my last re-review), I'm able to play the game without the awkward controls. Didn't mention this last re-review, but I still noticed some lag in the game. I didn't feel the need to mention it because it's not as bad as it was when I was playing it on the Note 2 (at all actually). Still a 5 star app for now.

This is one of my favorite games of all time from xbox. But trying to load games on android is a nightmare. Lost over 7 hours of gameplay trying to back up my save files and clear the apps data because that is the only way I have found to be able to load a save without it freezing. The game sucks without being able to save and resume progress.

The poor controls ruin the experience! I'm no expert in coding, but it seems like it would be an easy fix. Have one side of the screen control movement, the other the "camera." Because it only lets you control one thing at a time, it makes it near impossible to shoot fighters between planets. Also needs buttons to toggle between targets during normal gameplay instead of swinging the camera around/walking in circles hoping it works. They need to release an update, until then it's near unplayable.

Loved this game on the PC. Started off good. Controls a bit off moving around, but you can get use to it. BUT... two stars for the space battle at the end of the first planet which is ridiculous. Scrolling to target is almost impossible, and not allowing a multi-tap so I can scroll and shoot at the same time?!?!

This would get 5 stars if not for one glaring issue. Using my brand new S9+ tablet, turning the high graphics option on makes menus like feats and the quest log super tiny. It also causes the titles of the quests to not show up. Another issue this causes is some of the dialougue appears as symbols rather than letters. I'd give 5 stars if there is a fix for this.

My experiences is similar to many other reviewers using newer devices. The game will, at some point, not open regardless of how many times you clear cache. I keep getting a message saying to wait for the developer to update the game before reattempting to launch the game. Unbelievable. I played this game so much before this & my saves are wasted. You could potentially delete and redownload the game and start over but again, you run the risk of encountering this same issue. Unplayable.

The best RPG ever made. Astounding you were able to port to Android OS. Wish you whould do a few other titles. like Star Wars: Rogue Squadron and Star Wars: Starfighter. There is only one problem; Mini games in the original Xbox version had a seperate control for stearing and throttle. For Swoop Racing and using the Turret on the Ebon Hawk. The Android version only has the screen touch, and no joystick control. This makes it impossible to win Swoop Races.

KotOR is a fantastic game and this could have been an excellent port, however it seems to have been abandoned by Aspyr. Touch controls are alright but woefully inadequate in the mini games. Worse, it claims to have controller support yet any controller plugged into the phone immediately crashes the game - either on launch if already plugged in, or mid game if you try to plug it in then. This combination means that any gaming experience you can actually get from this isn't a pleasant one.

A pretty damn good port of the classic game. My main gripe is that it is *not* offline. You NEED an Internet connection to launch the app. Yes it's single player with no online functionality, but the app requires a ping to authenticate your install. So if you don't have service, are in airplane mode, or don't have wifi you cannot launch the app and are unable to play. The 'minigames', swoop racing and space combat, kinda suck with touch control.

UPDATE: After years of not touching this game, tried again on a much newer phone. Not sure how much had been patched, but with multiple save files, I was able to play around the bugs and complete it Encountered frequent, but small bugs. Learned to work around them and what actions on my phone caused them. But then one of the glitches, where an area resets itself as if you've never been there before, actually caused me to be stuck on a planet and not be able to finish the game!!! (Galaxy S9)

When I first played this port of the game in 2015 it was absolutely rife with bugs, but I am happy to say this no longer seems to be an issue on newer devices. This time, I encountered one bug the entire time I played (one less than I did on the original xbox release). If you have an older device, I would consider avoiding this port and buying the game for PC or digging out your original xbox to play it instead. There's no use in ruining one of the best RPG experiences of all time for yourself.

Very good port overall. I experienced one bug with Canderous's mission (Jagi's Challenge), where it never left my journal or gave me my XP despite having completed the mission. Unfortunately, this prevented me from having the final conversations with Canderous. That being said, though, this bug was in the base game as well, at least per my research. Other than that though I had a perfect experience. Certainly nothing like the wide variety of bugs and campaign ending glitches described here.

Great for nostalgia, but swoop racing is nearly impossible due to touch screen controls (must lift from steering to tap to change gears - then steering sticks often). The instances of manning the gun turret on the Ebon Hawk has a similar difficulty. For the love of Bastila, fix the bug that disallows you to skip the initial dialogue EVERY time you engage with an NPC (even if you have already spoken with them).
