Edit: the newer updates have helped a lot with the bugs. I still have issues but it's better. This app is so buggy it's not even funny. I'll be riding along no problem and then it'll kick me out on suspection of cheating. I try to add ingredients to the cauldron for brewing and I can't select soul shards or chamomile. The movement joystick thing is constantly getting stuck in one direction and I have to log out and log back in to fix it. Overall, this app needs a LOT of work.

Since my last review, the app has gotten slightly better. However, there are still a few bugs. One being it won't let me feed horses, and now I have a stack of hay stuck to my hands, lol. Occasionally, the bucket and hoof pick. Sometimes, the whole screen glitches, and everything disappears, and the water looks like static. When you go to shop for either horse tack or clothes you can see what your buying because it glitches with the pervious items. Or you can't see them at all.

This app is not ready. Most of the UI buttons other than movement controls are not responsive. If it is responsive, the x to close them menu after isn't. I've tried so many times today on mobile data and a solid home WiFi connection. I did manage to buy a horse in game though at the Halloween event. I can't toggle it's magic coat though due to the issues already discussed. I'm looking forward to future better builds since I love the game on PC.

Ok, so first impressions: It's an OK port. I haven't played the PC version, fyi. The things in the mobile version that need improvement are the joystick (and glitchiness), and the quality. It's incredibly slow and I have to press on characters multiple times to get the speech boxes to show up. Efficiency and speed need to be improved. I do absolutely love the horse models and animation (something I assume is of the same quality as PC). I won't increase review stars unless these are improved.

I've been playing this game for years on PC, but it's a bit of a nightmare to play on my phone. When I open a shop, half the items don't appear or are glitched out. The water is completely glitched and looks like static. Sometimes, the screen will go static for a few seconds, which is very annoying in the middle of a race. I do like the new Hollow Woods, but this update has caused me to be unable to complete a main story quest because the checkpoint to a race is underground.

The joystick is sticky. Sometimes you run, sometimes you don't, and most of the time never when you want to. Sometimes the horse careens to the left when your pulling right and the poor thing runs into something. The acceleration buttons get confused sometimes, which can be frustrating during a race! But the thing that bothers me the most is the "jump" button. It's too small. I try to jump and my thumb misses it, so my horse runs into the jump, my time runs out, and I have to restart the race.

I've played Star Stable since around the time it released, and I'm so happy that it's finally available on mobile! However, there are quite a few bugs and some annoying things that makes playing the game a little difficult. I created a riding club but was unable to change the text in the club information and calendar from default, and it is also a struggle to look at pieces of clothing and tack because the descriptions of those items get in the way of my character. Other than that, it's great!

I love the game on PC, but this game is currently undergoing many issues and glitches that will make the game better when fixed. I had managed to buy a Halloween horse, and I turned on wild mode. When I did that, all of the controls went off to the side. I could only barely see them. Then, when I went to turn off wild mode, the "X" would not click, and I had to exit the game incorrectly.

I love this game! I have been playing for about 2 years now but I have know about this game for 8 but was unable to play! Glad I can now! The only issue I have is with one of the quest (the one about the black horse on the beach they need for I think a show, in silvergalde manor) when I get to returning the sheep to Landon I am unable to click on him, like the sparkles will appear when I'm far away but then I get close and they disappear! But overall a great and realistic game, not glitchy!

Similar to the PC version. Only complaint is the controls. Considering this is mobile, it's harder to use the controls, and sometimes my horse moves in circles without me even touching it. I also noticed that when clicking on legend in the map, it only lasts for the time you're logged in and resets when exiting the app. It would be easier to keep previously clicked buttons so I don't have to keep going back to see the locations I want

I really love it! There are some bugs whenever I'm riding, but it's still good nonetheless! But one problem I'd like to be fixed is whenever I finish watching the cutscene for the "Family Growth" quest, I can't move. I can move after I log out & log back in, but I can never complete it. Whether I'm mounted or not, it still won't let me move, even when I call for a pick up & it's very annoying. I wish for it to be fixed so that I can complete the quest, please.

I don't like the amount of quest in the beginning it is a waste of time. There should be a skip button for if you want to skip the quest and or story in the beginning. Another reason why this doesn't have a 5 star is because of the names. My first name if very popular yet I could not find it for my character! Otherwise, this app is great and pretty realistic!

So....The camera glitches out after about ten to fifteen minutes of playing. The joystick sticks to one side or the other making it impossible to move other then in circles. The joystick and the speed buttons get stuck in the very left hand side of the screen after about 30 mins. It's disappointing and angering tbh. I wish I could give more stars but I can't. I have played about a year on computer, almost no problems, then Android, heaps of problems. Will maybe play more but idk

Updated Review: Customer service got back to me about my horse's changed name and resolved the issue! They responded very quickly and fixed it! The world in which the game is set is fairly expansive and has good graphics. I have not tried on a PC yet but I mostly play on Android and it does very well on mobile. Quests can be drawn out and somewhat confusing but they integrate well with the story as a whole. There's other non quest activities as well if you are waiting for the daily update.

This is a very fun game. I have experienced a couple bugs, but hopefully those will be sorted out soon. The main problem I'm having with the game is that I'll be doing a quest or two, minding my own business, and the game will kick me saying that it suspects me of cheating. How would you even cheat on this game. And it always picks when you're just about to complete a quest to do this, and you lose all your progress on the quest. If this bug keeps up I'll have to uninstall and rate it lower.

This is a good mobile port of the computer version. It looks identical. My only issues is that it is buggy. The water graphics don't load at all and they are just colorful static. Also, when I try to feed my horse, it doesn't give me the XP for doing it but it still reduces a food. It still also says that my horse hasn't been fed. I was surprised at how well this game controls on mobile. Only problem is that you can't back up as easily with the controls. Overall, great way to play.

So i love this game on my computer and thought i would love it as an app. However i actually very much so dislike playing it on my phone, they start with a joystick for you to use and it works fine while youre a person but doesn't work when youre on horse back. So i switched the the direction buttons and they work better, the idea is great but the buttons are so tiny that its hard to hit them fully, and sometimes the horse will randomly take like a hard right or left in the middle of racing

I really love this game and would recommend as it has a good variety of western tack (I ride western so this is a huge plus for me), horses, and horse coats. However, I hate that there are some quests that are so creepy/involve elements of witchcraft that i just can't do them for my conscience sake. I still enjoy the game, but i wish there was more variety in the required quests to lvl up. Ty Star Stable team! God bless! :) Also, if you get this game definitely get the Star Stable Horses app!

still a little glitchy with my phone. the water looks like previous images I've seen in the game instead of water sometimes, making it hard to do races and sometimes I'll be riding in the hills with the sheep or out in the open with the wild horses and the screen will go white but the closer I get to a busy area it clears up.. still worth playing the game. I play every day, there's always something to do.. I know they'll fix all the glitches in time

I have been playing Star Stable for over 6 years now and have loved it! Although I do love it there have been many bugs on mobile. For example it is very hard to controll your horse as well as jumping the horse. Recently I have been trying to login on mobile and it says I need to check my connection even after I have check my Internet and it is very secure. I also uninstalled the app and have tried to login many times. ( Edit: It has been fixed :D ) Thank you<3.
