Dailies aren't refreshing every day, can't make progress. I sent customer service screenshots of everything they asked for, yet they insist the only way for them to acknowledge the issue is for me to send a video- which I don't have the technology to record with. Appalling customer service, do NOT recommend.

In the online game, I feel like it's not exactly realistic, you cant lunge your horse, and they dont gave bitless bridles, hackamoors, brestplates, martingales, bell boots, halters, or horse blankets. Other than it not being realistic graphics are great, gameplay is amazing, and I love the pretty animations some of the horses can do. the only other thing wrong is that I feel like the star Coins are WAY over priced, a girl did a vid about it and a andy costs 28$. I hope sso makes these changes :)

I wish that the star coins were not that high because I have like 921 and it cost like 930 or 929 to pay to transfer the horse. I wish it was 100 or 112 or something less expensive. I was really disappointed when I didn't have enough star coins to pay. I wish they'd let you use jorvik shillings , that would be way better. In star stable they should be lower prices to. So disappointed 😭but my experience was really fun 4 star rating!!!! I hope they change the prices$$$$!!!! $$$ that would be nice

This app is getting significantly worse. The idea is great but there are so many bugs that this game is becoming less and less enjoyable. Fr instance, horses won't appear in the paddock or the barn. I had 3 horses I was working on but only one would show up. This makes it very difficult to grow a horse when it keeps disappearing. Not to mention the bug where I bought the indoor theme pack and now it won't let me use it and keeps prompting me to buy it AGAIN.

Amazing app with amazing horses I can ride online. I wish the foals were a little more realistic, like, the hoof picking could have actually realistic hooves with frogs. The side passing training, the horses stumbles on way, but it good the other way. When they are adults, the side passing is insane. One way, they go sort of crazy, going extremely fast and glitching through the floor, the other way is normal.

Everytime I redownload it and try to play the game it just shows: Hey, welcome back, lets go back to where we started" or something like that. And EVERY time I click continue or redownload try EVERYTHING it stays on the same page. I've used this app briefly and LOVE it but I can't play anymore. STAR STABLE FIX THIS PLEASE. I wanna play again. 😭

this game was fun! It used to work!! I enjoyed it, purchased all the upgrades for the barn so I could hold max horses planned to transfer to my SSO account, but for some reason now even when I'm connected to the internet, it will say I lost connection! It pops up repeatedly every 2 seconds, making it IMPOSSIBLE to care for foals! It stopped saving the progress I made trying to care for them Edit: thanks for finally replying sso, I'll contact support and hopefully then i can finally play again :(

I need help. My game, it reset, and my progress is gone! I had two foals, and they were both at lvl 5, (accidently deleted one so I got it again). So one was at lvl 5 and the other was lvl 3. When I opened it back up this morning, it reset everything. This is very frustrating and I'd like the game to be fixed. If you can't, that's fine; just prevent this from happening again, please! Is this a glitch, and does it go back to the way it was? Also, I have a question. When you get the foals to lvl 10, does it cost the same to buy it in the game, or is there a discount? As I haven't gotten there yet.

I like the game, I haven't experienced any glitches like the others but I did recently download it. I only have two complaints. 1.I wish all the horses had different coat colors to choose from. While quite a few do, not all of them do. Usually my favorite ones lol. Second, I really would love and appreciate if the transfer cost was at least cut in half. There's kinda no point in transferring these horses to sso if you still have to pay the full price. Thanks.

It's a great game. tho I wish you could get (star stable online) on a phone, When I found out you couldn't I was quite disappointed. And also I wish regular star stable gave you more than just 2 stalls to begin with. In my opinion I wish it came with 4, but the game is still great. It's a great way to pass time also, and I would recommend. There are no adds as well witch makes it better, because a lot of games like these have adds and there very annoying.

Hey! I'm sorry to be a bother, but as I was playing, I realized the saddle-pad function wasn't working. I had tried rebooting the app several times and had come to no conclusion. It is most likely a bug or my phone, and I wish for some advice, or at least a bug fix. Otherwise, the game is great.

This game needs a LOT of improvement. I can't even get past the tutorial due to a glitch, all it says is “Hey! Welcome back! Let's continue where we left off!” and then no matter how many times I click contuine, it just stays stuck on the same annoying screen. I've tried to reset my phone, and uninstall and reinstall this app, and I also checked for updates. NOTHING works. I'd be more than happy to write an actual review once this glitch is fixed, but until then I cannot.

If you are having a loading issue in early January 2023, you aren't alone. I am rather new to this game, and when I finished the tutorial, I had no option to click other buttons. They didn't work. When I tapped one of them, it sent me to a loading screen which I waited a few minutes while making toast. Still loading.. My internet is good, reinstalled the app twice, checked for updates three times, rejoined at least 6 times, which all said "Let's go back where you left off!" And more time passed.

When I reached a certain stage in the tutorial, it got stuck on a dark loading screen. Just stuck. I've waited for many, many minutes and still nothing. This has been going on for days. I try everyday and still nothing. It's very frustrating because I restarted my phone multiple times, uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times, and still nothing. I've tried everything, and my phone is perfectly fine because it has full bars, and the latest version of the system. Please fix this!!!

Easy to use and the quests seem simple enough for children. But, there is a little exaggeration in the description. For instance, you can have 5 foals, but you have to pay real money to get three of them. Also, there are a decent number of horse breeds to choose from, but only a few let you choose a different coat color. Other than those issues, I think this is a good companion game for Star Stable Online.

Well at first everything was just fine and I was having no issues. However, now the game has become unplayable simply because there's a pop-up for one of the bundles and it shows no way to exit out of it and get back to the actual game. I've tried just pushing the button then backing up without buying the bundle, but it's still there and no X still. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, twice, and the same thing still happens. And I was liking this too...

I used to love this game, but now its changed and SUPER buggy. When I tried to delete a horse and get a new one, it locked the stall and told me I had to buy more. So I reset my phone to see if it was still locked, and it got rid of my other two foals, and said those stalls were locked too! I'm so confused and hope that you guys fix this. Also, one more thing. Maybe you'd be able to cut the price in half when moving to sso? It kinda defeats the purpose when its full price. Thanks for reading ❤🥰
