Worst option for saving. I had fd of 90k from Bajaj finance which has a locking period of 3 months. When I need money in emergency I try to withdraw my money from stable app but it could not done and after talking to customer care I got to know that this money withdrawal couldn't be happen through stable app so I did it from Bajaj finance web page where after three months of my investment I only get 89898 against my 90k fd. This is disgusting, never going to use this app again.

Not able to provide interest certificate. I was hoping Stablemoney will make my life easy but it is hell to get data without netbanking. Customer care doesn't have means to help at all! Poor app! Update: Team provided emal templates that helped me fetch my interest certificates.

This is a genuine review. I like how they've simplified things. The app is so easy to use and investing in an FD was really easy. The customer support seems to be decent for now. I've tried calling them around 11PM and there was no response but I get it that it was midnight. But then I raised a few tickets and the replies were quick and satisfactory. One area where I could see an improvement is the pre-mature withdrawal details upfront, just below the investment details. The rest of it was good

Booked a FD at 8.40 pm today. Amount was debited immediately from my bank account, but NO confirmation received so far. It more than 2 hours already. When called their 24 *7 call centre, it had recorded message that said call us after 8 am tomorrow. The app did not even allow me to raise a ticket, inspite of trying multiple times.

App looks good and is easy to use. But the only thing is that it takes more than 24hrs for withdrawal. (I have/had made FDs with Utkarsh bank which took 24hrs+, haven't tried other options) On the other hand bank takes 30 mins for withdrawal. Update : So I got a call from stable money for the problem above and they helped me out. Explained in detail all the points. Asked me to use other bank options for quick withdrawal. Great support 👍
