Like your store. Would like your Sprout's app better... if items listed that are at my store in app... were actually in your store, when I went to Sprout's to shop. From time to time I expect Sprout's to be out of 2 or 3 items on my shopping list. When you are out of items or do not carry them altogether, 6 or 7 items can be exceedingly frustrating. Please fix your app. Thank You L.L.Packwood

Don't use the delivery option! They use instacart. When I place the order it said that it should be delivered sometime Thursday evening. Starting getting notifications from The Shopper saying that certain items were not available which is understandable and asked to substitute. Then I got a notification that the store closed and they were kicking the Shoppers out. I only received 3 of the items out of the 25 that I ordered. Very disappointed!

PROMO CODES/COUPONS DO NOT WORK I always have to send a message to the Sprouts to get my digital coupons applied when I order delivery or pickup. Also, if I do not type in what I'm looking for exactly as someone entered it, I won't be able to find it. These little issues sent me to their competitor for my last grocery order. It's a pain. Get it together.

Your app sucks. I don't know whether you design it this way purposefully to keep the user on the app for longer periods of time. The main issue I have with the app are the digital coupons. Why not just upload all the coupons you're offering automatically instead of making us hunt them down (clip) to use them. I can't easily edit my account info such as my password. There's no option to keep me logged in. Log in with biometrics would be nice. I like your store but the app... do better.

No matter what I do, a pop-up comes up saying error and either option 'return to home' or 'reload' neither of which does anything. I click either one and the pop-up comes up again. Wish I could have placed and order and given you my money! But this app (and the website as well) makes it absolutely impossible to place an order. Oh well. Guess I'm forced to go to another grocery.

The first few times using the app was great but now has become just as bad as all the rest. Forced ads about other products. Searching for specific items has become cumbersome and exhausting. Images of the items I want appear in search but direct me to an unrelated product once I tap on my selection. Endless scrolling due to so many forced "sponsored" items. Items I know are in store no longer appear in the app. Now there are multiple videos playing. Horrible app. Wasting my time and energy.

HATE this app. The last 2 weeks the items in the digital ad don't match what is in the display of the paper ad. I add things to my shopping list and a day or two later either half the items are gone or my list is totally cleared. Try to search for items and it brings up nothing like what i ask. Example, search for honeycrisp apples and the search result comes back with sausage! Not enough room to explain all the issues!

Constantly logging me out, not allowing coupons to be clipped, and just randomly saying oops something went wrong. Also it's not intuitive. Needs a major change, the ad needs to be easier to access and the search needs to be accurate and not pull up random items that have no relevancy to what is being searched. Oh and the loyalty program isn't encouraging. At least make it so you can earn points, you don't even need it for any of the so called exclusive coupons as the cashiers will just give it.

It doesn't make sense to me that there isn't a a rewards program of some kind where we can win savings or groceries. also the fact that you can only access delivery options through the mobile browser is annoying. I'm happy with the fact that there is some savings but not anything significant that we couldn't get at the physical location.

Recent update blew up all my lists without warning! On the plus side, there is now a dedicated "buy again" section where you can filter by what's on sale. (Which is needed, considering Sprouts is back to its pre-pandemic high prices.) Also nice you can see coupons for products while browsing, without having to look in the coupon section. Just removed another star: it no longer shows how long an item is on sale! Boo!

Honestly I just wish there were more efficient notifications and tracking when the shopper starts the order it doesn't move from "shopper is about to begin shopping" for a while. Maybe it's due to early am ordering I'm unsure. Only exit out if the app seems to have an error then come back to see if there's progress, but it doesn't allow me to view what's shopped easily and what items remain until checkout. Chat feature works well like the other features. Hope the errors are temporary.

I love this store, love the things they have. But OH MAN THE APP IS SO BAD, I just can't subject myself to it again. Freezing, crashing constantly. Selecting replacements never works. I go to try to chat and it stalls out and white screens me. I had to shut the app and restart it abt 1-2 dozen times, because hitting the back button did nothing, totally crashed. Just thru the process of my most recent order, but all three of my orders have been riddled with these issues. Makes it.. high stress.

The sprouts app was great until they stopped showing us how long specific items would be on sale until. Now it's a guessing game, which leads me to spend more during a week when I might not want or need to, and less during a week where I otherwise would've liked to spend more. Since I'm low-income and I like to shop weekly, it was much easier when I knew how much time I had left to purchase a certain item while it was still on sale. If they fix that, I'll change my rating back to 5 stars.

I've had a Rewards account for years, and the app directs me to a Rewards section, but it shows nothing, and no rewards show on my receipts—but the receipts keep telling me to sign up for rewards. I emailed customer service through the app a week or so ago and haven't heard back, and cashiers couldn't help either, even though one told me I should sign up for rewards. 🤦 At least the app's coupons work.

sprouts is awesome but the app... I signed out of my sprouts account and when I went to sign back in, it is telling me "your password has expired" like are you serious? unreal.... then I try to fix it by attempting the "forgot password" route which has you enter your email, when I do that it sends me a code ... I go out to get into my email, get the code, come back to the tab where I would input the code and the page refreshed for me to start over ... oh ... how nice. i have no other device.

I like the app where you can still shop for things on the app while the shopper is shopping. Even though you put through your order. What I don't like is that you can't remove items from your cart. Also I don't like it the shopper they don't always respond so you don't know if they actually got the message or not.

I already loved shopping at Sprouts (63rd and May). They've got organic healthy food options, discounts and the best customer service a gal could ask for! I love that they don't overwhelm you with too many aisles and options, making it take a longer time, than needed, to shop bc of decision overwhelm and distractions. But now that I'm using their app, it has made shopping a breeze! Placing my orders is great, the pick up process is swift and I'm back at home before I know it! Thanks Sprouts!!

cons: crazy amounts of trackers in this app. poorly optimized for phones with cutout cameras. desperately needs a dark mode. rewards program is stingy with how much money you have to spend for a 2 dollar "reward". pros: everything available in the local store can be found on the app, along with the nutrition facts and availability. it would be more helpful if there were more pictures of products and if they could be expanded and zoomed in on.

Not user friendly, it's slow, glitchy, when I pickup my order it gives me an error message every single time but thankfully the shopper still gets it on his end because they do come out but on my end I never know if it went through because it just buffers the entire time, then gives me an error message When trying to select substitutions for items in the cart, if I click on "search more options" it completely freezes and kicks me out so I can only add what options are available. I could go on.

It's another app for another place. It's functional. I was told that I could upload points retroactively so I picked it up for my previous purchase and not only does the rewards system take you off the app to their website but, the "load points" button doesn't do anything. Actually it's kinda funny if you click it enough times it vanishes. So yeah. Just another customer loyalty app to another store. Meh. Edit: Taking another star off for opting out of notifications and receiving them anyway.
