Not working. The Google ads cover the arrows to exit the window. After I paid for my hints, it came down to the ads never leaving. Skip this game. To elaborate: I was on the window inside the surgical room, and I was reviewing the screen that has the safe where it's needed to decode by selecting 'X's, 'O's, Triangles, etc. I literally got stuck there and it's never happened before. The ad banner blocked the view of the downward arrow and nothing I did would clear the ad banner. I couldn't get out of that screen. The only thing I had done differently was I purchased credits toward hints. I used 3 credits to see what my next steps would be and it left on me on this view of the safe with the symbols. It was so frustrating. I don't know if this matters, but I was playing on a Samsung Galaxy 9 phone. Just to give context to the size of my screen. I uninstalled the game after that experience. I couldn't get it to move forward no matter what I tried.

It has a bad problem with clicking on objects. I'll sometimes have to press the same thing for a minute straight for it to register that I clicked it. I also don't like that I have to download all the chapters after chapter 2. It says for "better game experience", but it's still just as buggy. No difference before downloading.

After the first escape or two, progression is incredibly complicated and unrewarding. Items are hidden in locations that blend in seamlessly with their surroundings. Some solutions are needlessly complicated and require nonlogical approaches to solve. By the fifth escape room, you will have to watch multiple ads just to afford a hint that will point you in a direction that no one would ever be able to find without meticulously clicking every pixel on each map.

So far I've had a pretty good experience. But I'm only on chapter 1 level 3. When I get the bottle and try to scan it, it doesn't do anything. I've watched ads for hints, I've restarted the level multiple times, I've clicked on the bottle and the scanner multiple times and nothing is working. Please fix it and I'll change my review.

It has great potential. But majority of the puzzles after episode 3 are not even logical. A lot of the people say it has bugs, but I believe it's just bad structure and development. For example on one mission you have to find a screwdriver that opens the bottom part of a drawer.. There was NO indication of screws or anything, it's just sheer luck you'd find it. Other puzzles require multiple pieces but in the end none of them make sense in terms of logic.

This game has potential to be great. It has clever puzzles and challenges but somethings don't have a rhyme or reason to them with no clues. Most of the time you have to click every last bit of the screen to figure out if you missed anything. If you want a clue you have to pay, watch about five separate ads, or look it up on YouTube.

The developer says that only 0.8% of those who install this game play it to completion. And yes it is THAT HARD. But hey... you can still watch videos to earn hints and bypass puzzles (some of which it would take someone with a genius-level IQ to figure out). And yes it is also a bit time-consuming (thanks to both the game's legnth and level of difficulty). But I'm still enjoying the challenge of it all anyway so... 5 stars from me.

I'm playing on a Galaxy S10. I'm on Afterlight, right at the end. I got really stuck so I looked up a walkthrough. It says to grab the detonator and the bunch of keys. The keys, however, are sitting underneath the arrow button to the previous room. So unfortunately, because of that, I won't be able to finish the game. That sucks. It was pretty interesting up until then.

this is a fun and challenging game, while also easy. the hints option could be a little better as sometimes it doesn't always let you watch a video. as well as some of the items you pick up, necessarily don't need to be used? so I feel like that's a little waste of time especially if you're trying to place in whatever top 50, 150, ect. that you may be trying to place. Other than that it's actually a decent game, kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop and them to charge me to continue to play.

Running this game on a Note 9 and it freezes 2 seconds in with a faint brown line at the top. Music continues to play but nothing else. Update: At no point is my internet ever turned "off". It's always on wifi or data and works fine with browsers and other games all day long. Fix your app...don't pretend it's a problem with my device. And from reading other reviews I'm not the only one with this exact same issue.

It's an interesting game it does take some knowledge and it definitely does test you. There are some things that you may need to look up outside of the game because it doesn't give you the information in the game required to finish some puzzles. Also some of the answers are Ludacris and don't make any sense with the information given almost as if there's a programming mistake

The game doesn't respond well to touchscreen input and you have to tap several times before it registers. That's annoying for sure, but I figured I could make it work anyway. However, I only got about 5 minutes of play until I reached the wire puzzle (to fix the lamp in the office). The puzzle doesn't recognize my touch no matter how often I tap, so the game is over since I can't move on. Save your time and move on to an app that works.

I downloaded this game a few years ago and never finished it. but it's my favorite mobile escape game so I downloaded it multiple times over the years. I really like the game itself. theres no problems there. I'd give it 5 stars but the ads in the middle of the gameplay gets annoying. that didnt use to be a part of the app. however I understand the makers need to make a profit somehow and so I'm not going to complain much :)

A timed room escape game. The faster one clears it, the higher rank one receives. It was fun until the game locked up my phone for a minute in the second level, in the bedroom filled with books. Might have been my device. Ended my game there. Hopefully, your experiences will be better than mine. Edit for Developer: Lock up happened as I was exploring the room mentioned above after clicking on several books and moving between the two adjacent rooms. Game wouldn't respond; screen went black.

This is a cool game. Very challenging. I would give it 5 ✨ except... You have to buy coins for hints or 1 free per video. 8 coins for $2.99 & some hints cost 5 coins. It goes up from there. No ads + unlimited hints it's $29.99. I didn't mind paying a couple bucs for no ads buy to charge that much for hints is beyond ridiculous. U would have tons more sales if u charged $2.99 for unlimited & no ads. It's a good game but these games are a dime a dozen and I would never pay $30 for a phone game!

If you like challenging games, this is for you. Hands down! I play tons of can you escape games, and pretty good at it. But this one, beyond difficult. Within 5 levels I had to watch are to find out what I was missing, because it was that insanely difficult. If you can't ever find a seriously challenging escape game this is the game for you......

This game is Ok. It keeps your interest if you want something to do. At the same time, the puzzles are frustrating. Some of the clues make literally no sense, and if they do, they arent explained at all when you select hints. Also never had to use this many hints at once for an escape game. Its really frustrating because half the hints are things I had already tried 3 or 4 times without success but will only work once i see the hint. I got to ch. 4 or 5 but I honestly dont want to play anymore.

When playing on an android phone, I found it to be very dark, even on brightest setting. Puzzles are ok, I guess. It's difficult to figure out what to do sometimes. One time I had enough coins for a video hint, but it made me choose an app to open it, and it did not play, but still used all my coins. Also, you must tap in exactly the right spot or nothing happens. I've played " The Room" game and loved that. This one isn't as straight forward, but it's alright.

I was really enjoying this game until the 2nd chapter where I could not move forward without watching hints, only to open up another part of the game that would have helped me in the previous step. Namely the pyramid puzzle,the flags did not match with the ones in the hall and after searching for two hours on an explanation,all of them talking about some laser pointed map,I gave up, used a hint, got the answer, only to find my solution, never an explanation. Still a fun game until chapter two.

I'm in love with this game, but I'm really disappointed. I'm stuck on one because it won't let me pick up the bathroom supplies (blue package in too drawer of the bathroom). So now I am at a standstill. Is this a glitch? For that I had to lower the rating for controls. Update* I played on my computer and it was a bit better. I thought it would be easier on the phone because your finger covers more space, and harder on the computer because you have to be more specific, lol.
