Spin to win not working! Can't ever get in touch with anyone, links to casino when trying to send help email (as that's all they let you do it seems like) so auto responces come regarding sports book thats not even the issue. Games don't work....I've reported games like CATS, CLEOPATRA, ETC. for almost a month....NOTHING! Tried suggesting it was my device....BS! I tried on several devices and the games just don't work....I really think they shut them down on purpose! Games clearly rigged!

Actual Star Rating=0... I received an email saying to log in to my acct and get $5 credit. Did not happen. Sent email and received a response back saying it has been escalated to the relevant department. Waited 2 weeks sent another email stating I haven't received a response from "the relevant department". Received same response word for word. It now is going on 28 days and not a beep. Bye Bye SI...you are deleted.

I REALLY like the games on this site! I won money right away. I got the money rather quickly as well. Faster than most sites. My only complaint is that they pretty much NEVER offer any promos for anything. I check everyday. I even wrote them and asked about it. They basically said, "Sorry, we don't have any promos to offer".

The SI Casino app/site is good and easy to navigate. I guess thats what attracted me to gamble there. I deposited 60, got matched 60 and lost that. Got the 50 no deposit bonus and won big off of that. Now its been over a week and still waiting on my withdrawal. They require damn near every form of identification, and even after that its still an issue. Even signed the W2-Gs for tax purposes and still havent got paid. Hopefully i dont have to report them, smh

I was promised a welcome bonus online just to find out they discontinued them. Don't waste your money here. The machines are tight, too. If you're not good enough for a welcome bonus, then that tells you something. I recommend Draftkings or Fanduel hands down. Way better customer appreciation. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this ap.

Very shady. They used to have a daily spin but stopped that. I received an email for a deposit match and it wouldn't work and their "customer service" said it was emailed in error and wouldn't honor it. I received another a couple months later and used it. I played a bit and went to withdraw some and they erased my entire bonus. They absolutely don't spell out that they do that. My balance had both the withdrawable amount and bonus amount before I withdrew. Customer service was absolutely awful

Game needs to be regulated, blackjack is completely rigged. You will lose because you are programmed to lose dozens of games in a row, no matter which way the cards would have been played you will lose either way. Literally dozens of times in a row. I lost Literally 10 straight games where the dealer was dealt 20 everytime, those odds are almost 0. I only played with the bonus cash and will NOT recommend nor play again, it's literally rigged. You have been warned everyone. Do not make my mistake

Terrible terrible!! In the middle of a spin it stops over and over to verify my location, I didn't leave the state that fast. Also, this App freezes up then I can't do any thing with my phone for quite awhile. I only play at work on a 20 min. Break! Please fix or I'll have to uninstall. I'm sure it don't matter because I'm sure they make tons of money from all us suckers🤔🥴

This one is just as bad as the rest. Will play down half your credits then kick you out of the game. Will kick you out midspin and not credit the spin. Will kick you out while a win is occurring, keep your spin money and not give you the award. On top of that the games are either streaming or garbage. Their games are especially garbage. The pays are low. The odds of bonus lower. You're never going to win. If you do it will be 90% or less of what you've spent. Move along. It's utter trash

After two weeks, a credit check, more than 25 separate pictures sent of bank cards, identification, etc, my withdrawal was still canceled. If you don't have exceptional credit, don't play here. My advice? See if you win off the free promotion, if you do, close your account and have them send you a check. To come this late to online gaming and get withdrawal so wrong is a death sentence. This site is a 0 star site from one of the very few who have won money on it. You've been warned.

Do not install this app on your device, phone, tablet or laptops. Once it's installed it will pop up full screen and there is no closing "× " to shut it off. I had to shut down my phone and restart it. Of course, they want all your contacts and it's not free. The first thing they want is money. I uninstalled it from the Google play store but now I have to go to work on my phone apps and settings to see if it was a legit uninstall and delete any files it may have corrupted. Don't install it.

Absolutely horrible . I won money, and I tried to cash out and all 8 got was excuses. Takes over a week, and I used paypal to deposit money, which always makes transactions faster. I have used 10 other casino apps, and this was by far the shadiest one I have used when it came to settlement. Was told by customer service, "sorry, I can't do anything!" Beyond ridiculous

Free spin promo is in violation of their own terms and services: Free Spins are set at a pre-defined bet amount. If you are granted between 2-10 Free Spins, then each one will be set at $1, and if you are granted between 12 and 20 Free Spins, then each one will be set at $2. Which mean each spin should be valued at either $1 or $2 depending on the number of spins won. I contacted support and they adjusted my account for the error however they have not fixed the error.

So much to say. I'm certain I've tried every legitimate casino app. I would not play this one. I most likely will never play it again. I've tried.. got free, play pretty awesome right? $10. Not bad right .. and then spent the entire day wagering over a few hundred dollars and still was unable to come close to being able to keep any of my winnings. Promos.. bs.. If they tell you they're going to fix it, they don't. They don't respond promptly to customer service overall one of the worst.

You will win at 1st, but after a few deposits and a few times coming to the site, it is just lose, lose, lose...won't hit any bonus rounds, maybe a few line pays here and there but that's it...won a few times when I 1st started, but over the next few months just lost every time and could not get a bonus round to save my life....no matter how much I deposited or how often I came to the site...

SCAM! If you happen to be lucky enough to win, good luck getting paid. They do not answer their customer service phone. It's just infinite hold. I've sent multiple emails to any email address I could find associated with them. They do not answer any of them. Its been 4 days since I attempted to make a withdrawal. It took less than an hour to send a vague email claiming there was an issue with a deposit(which I checked and there were no issues). Never had problems with any other sites. AVOID!

There's a reason they have a two-star rating! Then to make matters worse, they took away the daily wheel they had! This business clearly isn't reputable! I've had issues several times getting my winnings processed to accounts the successfully processed them to in the past, once it took me 3 Weeks to get my winnings! They would try to lie and blame Play+, but once I called them out on it, they changed the reasoning and my withdrawal would usually get processed the next day!
