first review! long time coming this app, so far - it's perfect. Even better than one could have hoped and expected for coming from the OG site, expanding the arsenal and usefulness of the original idea exponentially! each idea a spore and each success a mushroom sprouting this app is a mushroomphiles feast.

Nice to have an app, but the map colour scheme was nicer on the web version, and the app needs a dark mode option.

Used to be amazing, now I'm being met with this problem... 🙄🤦 The Sporecast map is not letting me search in any area I've typed into the search bar... I can enter a location to search for in the 'Growing near' box and select from the available options in the drop down list of locations, then I chose the type of mushroom and can see the percentages and 10 day forecast page... Then when I click on 'view on map' it takes me to where I actually am and not the area I've typed in to search... PAID!

Love this app, Saves me so much time trying to pick and choose which day to go out. Only slight improvement I might add for the trails/bridelways etc if there is a way of adding colour coding for trails like these, Apart from that it's been excellent

Brilliant user friendly app. Not necessarily gospel but a really good tool for foraging and getting used to locations where certain species grow.

Just another one of them apps that want your hard earned money. if they've got a million people paying they've made loads of money, bottom line get an old fashioned book on mushrooms and foraging, which is all these developers have done they're just greedy pigs with too.much money and people blindly pay up. Bought a book that is a 100 times better than this app. exact places to go to and what times and when in the season. I won't say it on here or these developers get envious

Excellent app! Really easy to use, informative, great that observations can be recorded. Love that you can scan across 10 days sporecast and have found it to be very accurate so far. Cannot recommend any higher!

Good app! Almost great, my few holdbacks are the gradient bar having a border. The border blocks you from accurately colour matching to the map. Next would just be the small variety of species available on the app. I understand it's still early days and look forward to seeing it develop. Keep up the good work!

If this truly is the new version of the Magic Mushroom Map, then I'm hideously disappointed. I'm not interested in other mushrooms or I'd have downloaded a different app initially and so I don't need them here. The colour scheme is green not red, which makes it look faded out and unfinished, plus the map coverage isn't even a fraction as good as the original. The laws of thermodynamics state that everything gets destroyed eventually, this app included.

I can only speak for 'Liberty Caps' but great tool if you have zero knowledge of hunting mushrooms, gives a fairly accurate prediction of where and when and by the looks of it has incorporated the UK Soilscape Maps which is very good in itself. The previously 'found' locations I'm sceptical of as there are a couple where I know for certain they are not growing that show as being there and vice versa.
