The app might be ok. but down the line trouble awaits. Photoshopped or outdated pictures from agencies that do not answer or want you to sign exclusive agreements before even viewing, wrong locations, properties that are sold, squatted or not for sale. And often, real estate agents will post ads without the knowledge of the property owner. So welcome to the greek property market, and queue up behind Chinese golden visa applyers ..

I am in the process of moving to Greece and don't yet speak Greek, I'm unable to use this app because its only in Greek with no clear option to change the language. There should be an option to change the language when creating your account or it would be helpful to have translations next to the boxes it asks you to fill in when signing up. I have no idea if I even signed up correctly as I guessed at what I was supposed to put in the boxes.

I would like to see also filter with listed buildings. And it would be great to hook advertisement with instant direct / whatsapp/ viber access to the contact person on the listing. Because , lots of the time you hear -please leave your number and agent will call you back . Many of them do not remember to do so.

The app certainly looks good and the idea of drawing the area that interests you is very nice. However, it is not working. For example i am cyrclying huge areas, with minimal criterias and i am always getting no results. If I use the site and search there usings the same terms, i am getting the correct results.

Really intuitive and easy to navigate. Others are too tedious and are very badly programmed, making it impossible to make sense of your lists or to properly filter your searches. Spitogatos is the best. Thanks!

Constantly pushes notifications that there are houses available and when you click on it shows no results. Fake notifications to keep user engagement without showing anything, is an extremely unprofessional strategy. Every time I open the app only to be shown an empty list is very annoying and breaks my concentration from other tasks. It's a good app with potential, but this sort of treatment of the userbase is unacceptable.

The application is wonderful, but some of agencies give a wrong position of the locations compared with the real. When I report it...no any action against this..

Great to have an app that allows you to filter your results with so many options. Most of the agent websites offer very poor filtering so are not fit for use, so Spitogatos is excellent. However, sometimes the pictures are very poor or non existent. Not the fault of Spitogatos, but perhaps there should be a minimum standard set for the advertisers. Another feature not available in Greek advertisements is a floorplan which would be a great enhancement.

Great app but needs to enforce some minimum quality for the listings. The map selection feature and filters are very good. However the quality of the property listings are generally very poor. The locations of properties can be innacurate and the quality of the photographs are unbelievably bad. Spitogatos should set some minimum standards before allowing a listing.

Would love if the app also allowed for the filter of 'pets allowed,' but otherwise it's incredibly helpful!

I like the new update better. But, I wish I could filter results for number of kitchens as it can be indicative of number of apartments in a house. Also, I wish I could search multiple locations (like the web version) and multiple subtypes at once.

First, it's a GOOD app. I actually found a house AND bought it using this app. Second, this goes to developers. Change you should make is allowing MULTIPLE choices when selecting properties. For example, I can select "villa" OR "detached house" OR "Maissonette" when doing a search for rent/buy but I cannot select 2 or 3.... it would be better to have the ability to select ALL THREE OPTIONS (but NOT "apartments") as all three might suit my need. There's more, but, limited characters here.
