The app works fine but says after 30 days I have to log in with a TV provider. Wait, I watch spectrum news 1 in north Texas on a TV antenna. So how would I log in with a TV provider? I think FCC and FTC need to look into this, I think this is a scam!

I have depended on spectrum since the beginning. I watched it every morning for its news, but most of all I depended on it for the weather. Klystron 9 has been my go-to radar since it went up and it keeps me ahead of everybody. From news to whether I wouldn't change it for anything. And even on a different provider I still depend on spectrum. If only this was around when I was younger how it would have changed my nautical training and made it so much easier. 🤣

Please ad "Dark Mode". Its almost as bright as my flashllight app...also why no broadcast schedule? Love your Packer show, when I happen to trip into it. Basic stuff, please? A little effort will quickly lead to 4 stars. Live weather/news is quite good, glad to have it.

Really frustrating that spectrum is pushing this app to customers using their service alert number. There is no option to opt out of advertising while still receiving alerts if my internet is down.

This is the worst system I have experienced and u down graded my account without asking !!! I have been with Charter when it was just charter I have never had a good experience for the past 3 or more years. Get with it and stop raising the rates FOR WHAT?

I rate the new app a "0". The new app is the worst thing ever! Weather is very hard to see, the radar mad does not work half the time, and all I see is a bunch of articles that you think is "news" but it's really just any story they can fit on the page....its slow, lags and doesn't show you what we actually use the app for in the first place..you reverted your technology and somehow made a good app garbage. Gotta find a new weather app now. Thanks spectrum!

Why?! Ugh! You ruined a perfectly good app that Im sure many people depend on. In my case my husband works outside doing dangerous work and I need to quickly be able to look at a decent radar weather map. This new apps weather map doesnt save my overlay preferences and is extremely pixelated and not easy to look at. Just in time for rainy season thanks.

Lately, I haven't been able to access the news. I will receive a headIine story pop up, on my screen, but when I try to open it up, it takes me to a sign in screen for unlimited access. The bar to touch to access the sign in feature does absolutely nothing, but flicker a little when touched. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the app several times, with no success. I give up. This app is completely useless now!

The old app was so good for weather. Why change it? This new app is not weather oriented, cannot save overlays, and it also will not allow the user to take a screen shot of the radar map due to the security policy! Why is this important? My family and I have to communicate a lot about weather conditions between one of us being inland and another on the water. I could always rely on capturing and sharing those accurate images and have a record. Going to find a more user friendly app for weather.

Very well designed app. It is clean, sharp looking and organized well. I read a previous reviewers review and he mentioned not being able to log in as a spectrum subscriber. In the opening screens when you first install the app I noticed that I couldn't log in either. Once in the app tap on the outline of a person in the top left. In there you can choose to sign in, it worked for me.

The new weather map is horrible. It takes several clicks and then dragging to get to the map to open it. Once in motion, it automatically goes three hours in the future; no way to change that. Clicking to freeze motion does not freeze at current time; it requires jogging back and forth and still won't stop on current time. The worst part is there is no way to save overlays. They have to be selected again each time the map is opened. I downloaded this for the weather map...I'm deleting it.

This new version of the weather radar map is completely unusable. Why make unnecessary changes to something that wasn't broken in the first place? 1. you can't save your preferences for overlays & views and the movement is choppy. 2. the future radar prediction is worthless and confusing. 3. lightning strike data is inaccurate 4. There are many more issues but not enough room here to list them all! The only way to fix what's wrong with the radar map is to make it EXACTLY like the old one.

The "new" app is hard to navigate, locks up frequently, and usually doesn't load properly. Links are often not working properly, and the weather information, in particular, is lacking. It no long provides wind information (or if it does, it is very well hidden), and over half the time weather radar just doesn't work. When it does, it also lacks features available in the "old" app. Pleas take these issues seriously and provide a better functioning app. Until then, I just can't use the app.
