This game is amazing; it's basically 2D Halo. I would definitly recommend this game because overall it's a great game. However, there are 2 things that bug me: every time I do a red vs blue match i have about 30 kills and 5 deaths, my teamates have about 10 kills and 20 deaths, and the enemies each have about 15 kills and 15-20 deaths. The other thing is: the enemies can kill me by punching when im behind them and I can't reach them. Other than that it's a great game. Also PvP mode would be nice

This game really captures the essence of Halo in a cool little mobile game. From the frustations with suicide grunts and hunters, to a simplified version of Capture the Flag and King of the Hill. I love how easy it is to progress and customize your spartan, even after only one or two games you can afford a helmet or a weapon skin. I would suggest adding larger maps and maybe multiplayer game types if the costs of servers aren't bad. Chest armor might be cool too. Overall, this game is very good

Game is okay. Really rough around the edges. Needs free-aim, tighter controls (and better UI) and a better GUI in general. Combat is flat, yet satisfying. There needs to be more impact on shooting, hitting and blowing stuff up. Sound leaves much to be desired; the familiar sounds are there, but the details and completeness of rich fullness, isnt. Multiplayer is fun, if simple. Needs more stat-tracking. More progression. Meaningful upgrades. Choices. Potentially great.. but rough now.

It is a really fun and addicting game... but, once you get far enough in, it appears as though it just crashes at the end of the run causing you to lose out on all of your Xp and Money. Other than that (which is a pretty big deal) it's fun as hell!! EDIT: I haven't had this issue again since the update AND more content was added... I'm loving it. Changed from 2 stars to 5.

OUTSTANDING!!! I have to say, this game has just been an absolute pleasure to play! I think the only thing that could make it better is boosting the graphics just a little bit so the details on weapons and armor are a little more visible, adding in an Elite character with just as many different armors which would open up all sorts of possibilities for updates including more weapons and armor that could be interchangeable no matter what character you choose to be! This would make it perfect!!!

Actually pretty fun game, and old school platformer. If you ever played Metal Slug series you got the idea. Love the option of modifying your spartan's look. If you appreciate retro-looking games you should give Spartan Firefight a chance. Uppdate: althought there are several game modes the maps' layout doesn't change in a meaningful way, it feels repetitive. Oddball mode doesn't do anything for me, I need to use weapons in order to upgrade them. The vehicles need an endeless runner mode.

The sound has been fixed. The buttons still need to be fixed. I want to also talk about the ground pieces you can fall through when you crouch and jump. It needs to be sorted out, it has screwed me over in infected because you can't go through it quick enough, sometimes it doesn't work when I'm trying to keep moving while I do it. Also the fact that the A.I. can walk past the lifts without being launched up is really annoying, at least make it so the player can too. Use jump to make us launch up

The game is cool. Buuut the gameplay is difficult due to the lack of control you have over your character. For example, having a seperate button for melé(right above the shooting icon preferably)while also making it so your character can change directions without having to stop shooting would make it easier to play. And to avoid not being able to backstrafe away from enemies while you shoot, I'd suggest adding another button solely for strafing in a locked direction; placed above running button.

This is a super fun game and the multiple modes offer a lot of fun and variety. I am looking forward to new by guns, enemies, and modes. I would recommend designing a custom controls option to move buttons around to make the interface more comfortable. If you played Spartan runner, you should really enjoy this game too. I would like to see a multiplayer mode somehow implemented if possible, like a 1v1 mode. Anyways, good job devs. Keep up the good work!!!

Its great!! A few problems though. The game loses the fun after playing a few rounds, not only because of the limited space on each map, but you cant make your own custom firefight. This would bring new levels of excitement to the game and give a nice way to keep people playing, another thing is I want armor to be unlocked by progressing and doing certain things, not just buying it with in-game currency. But at least there arent any loot boxes!

This is a pretty good game, it has pretty simple controls, there's matchmaking now (which is very easy to spawn camp in unfortunately), music from the actual Halo games, and a pretty good amount of customization. Though of course there are ads, but you can pay like literally 5 dollars to get rid of them, then you can play the game without ads. Again, pretty simple gameplay, good customization. I would recommend the game if you need some time to kill.

It is a really fun game. It has a great customization feature with all sorts of different unlockable armor, plus weapon/vehicle skins. The only thing is that it can be tedious to get money, as well getting xp to level up once you reach higher levels. It doesn't have full on multi-player but it does have a versus mode where you and your friends can battle. This game is still being updated as its latest update was in May of 2021. Overall great game for fans of the Halo game series.

The game is great, just like Spartan Runner! It's a great game and it's amazing to play on with it's game modes, just reminds me of Halo: Reach a lot. But it could be better, different maps, ships and other vehicles, it could even be updated, or another version could be made to be online with other players, like lobbies and such. But anyways it's amazing!

This was my favorite mobile game before the recent addition of ads while playing. It blocks your view of what's below you while gaming and is extremely annoying and distracting. I'm not going to be playing until the ads while playing go away. Real shame, as it's an excellent game. Edit 1 - I totally get that you need revenue, but an the major expense of covering up content/not being able to see enemies on screen? It's awful. Maybe you could make your ads not skippable after a match?

This game is awesome and a great time killer but I feel it has the potential to be something more than that. the things that I'd like to see most are having more point A to B type missions that have objectives and sometime in the future a level creator so people keep coming back for more. Also I think instead of enemies dropping human ammo they dropped their weapons sometimes and ammo pickups would spawn on the map. Good game overall and I hope to see more good stuff from you 👍

Been following this game for a couple years, One suggestion, though, maybe you could add like 3 slots for Spartan builds? I love the customization but I would like to be able to make more than just one Spartan without losing all of that work. So having like 3 interchangeable custom Spartans you can switch between would be awesome! It would encourage more experimentation with all the options, as well as encourage people to get as many as possible instead of just their favorites.

The game is great, for a mobile game. It isn't difficult, nor easy. The buttons can be moved and resized if you find them too small, and the customizable armor options are numerous. It is a fun game to play, so long as you switch up the game mode every now and again. So far the best gamemode would be Grifball from RVB. To be fair, anyone who finds the game to be too rapid and difficult could just go play the kid game called Cookie Kingdom, where I feel they will be more comfortable.

This game is AMAZING for the size and the concept, I was obviously skeptical at first because Halo is a really awesome IP and a 2d mobile version (lets be honest) sounded goofy. Well, I was dead wrong. The gamemode selection is good, multiplayer is fun and the maps get the job done. I like customizing my spartan to look like he did in H3 back when I played on the 360. Keep it up I enjoyed this one

The lack of customization gives players more time to play rather than wasting 30 hours trying to find a cool skin. Would recommend if you are interested in actually playing the game as intended. If you don't have internet, It's fine, as the custom games option is available offline. You will have to manually grind your way to get credits as offline game modes barely give you credits. Overall, I can't argue as this one of the only two Halo style games on the App store made by Dobermann Studios!

Awesome especially for a mobile game. The maps and sandbox seamlessly represent the Halo series as a whole. I love the cosmetics, though the shop is often annoying, waiting 12 hours to get a new helmet. The overall customization is incredible. (Flowy Helldiver's cape would be cool, though!) I love this game. I would be excited to see expanded maps with co-op firefight, or a story mode, though I understand that the game isn't going for that. Overall a fantastic way to scratch that Halo itch.
