The game is set up to make you lose by pairing you with bots that will make ridiculous bids causing you to lose coins (in an attempt to get you to buy coins). For example, one of the games, Suicide, I was paired with a bot that made a bid (forcing me to choose Nil) and the highest spade they had was a 10, no face cards! Just one example of many. I don't mind playing an honest game, but for the app to force to lose in order for you to purchase coins? Absolutely a scam! I will NEVER purchase coins

This game Will CHEAT YOU!!! There are MORE BOTS POSING AS PEOPLE than there are actual players! In many cases, the outcome of the games is pre-determined by the algorithm manipulating the play of the bots!!! For example... I have had a BOT BID NIL WITH THE ACE OF SPADES IN HAND!!!.. BASICALLY AN INSTANT LOSS NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!!! This has happened more than once and that is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. For context, I was a multiple tournament winner with a 65 percent winning average and a top daily winnings earner many times! I'm tired of trying to guess the no win algorithm rather than just playing the game. It's too bad, the graphics are fantastic and the gameplay is very good, but all of this is for not when the BOTS ARE THROWING THE GAMES TO GET YOU TO MAKE AN IN APP PURCHASE!!! I over it. BEWARE!!!!!!

Overall, it's not bad, but some additional features would be nice: the option to choose your own partner, live chat, rankings, the ability to create tables and custom rules, invite, etc. I do enjoy being able to partner up or play solo. Having a partner is fun, but it's not nearly as rewarding as solo mode. One major problem with playing solo, however, is the feeling of playing 1-on-3 when all opponents are A.I. The persistent crashing, and losing coins, after playing so many games sucks.

Love the look, style, how the game plays, etc... Absolutely HATE the fact that the highest score needed for any game is 120 points. 50% of the time you lose in the 1st round because someone almost always goes for a Nil. This has basically made me stop playing the game. I'm not trying to lose all my "money" in one hand. We need to have some back and forth.

I'm thankful the advertisements aren't excessive. Yes there are ads but that's what you get with a free game. They still have to make money. My only issue is that when youre out of coins there's not a way to get more. You have to watch ads and you can only get 100 coins per add. It takes 250 coins minimum to play 1 game. So you have to watch at least 3 ads after clicking through the menu screen 4 times to have the offer. Half the time it glitches and you don't get the coins. Overall addictive.

I love spades and the graphics are cool. However, all the reviews about the game being rigged is true! I've been feeling that way for a while but wasn't sure. It is EXTREMELY hard for you to win solo games. Everytime I've played a solo game I lose. The cards they give you are horrible. Even if you lose and start over you still get a similar hand and will continue to lose. The only success you can get is with a partner. Even that isn't guaranteed. Also I think the players are AI and not real!

Engaging, fun, good graphics! However, screen way too busy, no clear understanding of the "Albums", 5 -7 ads before the game start is ridic. Need simplicity to this layout, can barely use the msgs to talk to your partner! This is one game I actually pay to play, wont anymore, def looking for something a llittle more simplified, because being penalized by losing coins for a game loss ain't it.

Appealing but unfair I like the various themes every few days that adds to dynamic of the game. However, it's hard to maintain the enjoyment. You can lose all of your coins to play after one game bc of the multipliers. Also you rarely get a winning hand, whether playing solo or with a partner. I believe this drives you to pay for coins, which I gave into a couple of times. Ultimately, it becomes pointless. I get it. Point is to make money but I really wanted to like the app. Wouldn't recommend

I really enjoy this app! However, for the last two days I have not been able to play, I click on the room I want to enter and then it just stalls. It takes my coins though . I agree with the other users about winning off one nil, that's getting very irritating. ( I do it too though... lol) Can you add an option to add/ keep friends and let us play with people we want to play with. 2 stars since I can't play 😔

doesnt give nearly enough time to bid. if i have 7 spades and two other aces, i need a second to bid. i also dont like my cards in decending order. i dont see an option to change that. i found the game to be annoying more than enjoyable. in going to delete it before i start hating dewayne wade. Also, the attemps to make you buy coins is very annoying. i would never waste my money like that.

Extreme amounts of popups and up-sells. They made spades extremely complicated with all kinds of random "rewards" and annoying side games that just clutter and get in the way. Some of the games have wild cards and some do not. For the life of me I cannot tell which is which. I have an engineering degree and I also cannot decipher how their coin system works. It seems to be completely random, delivering tiny rewards for wins and crushing punishments for losses. All a money grab.

Very well designed game, but needs a way to friend partners so you will have the ability to enjoy the game. It is quite frustrating to be forced to randomly partner with people that don't understand the game forcing it to be pay to play. It is probably the best graphically of the spades games avaliable and with minor tweaks has potential to be an amazing game.

There are several levels of game play, that's great. However, many times your partner may not be in playing in the same room. Perfect example I played the whiz level this weekend and often times my partner was playing in an emerald or ruby level. The score to win is different and the penalties are set at a different level. I feel like I've wasted a lot of coins and have partners that don't understand the level of play or room I'm playing in. Shame on the greedy developers.

I enjoy playing spades but the way it's set up in this app is either your dealt really high cards or really low cards and the target is set so low to where you can't. Really strategize and work in your skills. For example target is 60 which means you only have 1 to 2 rounds of gameplay. But like I said before either your cards are high with really good hand or you have a really bad hand. So someone gets lucky enough with a bid of 5 or more and you have 1 or 2. Only thing likable about this game is the avatars and neat sounds. That's it. I'm switching back to the other main spades app where I can work my skills put my brain to actual work and enjoy the game while I play at least 10 minutes. Each of these games on this app lasts no more than 2 to 5 min. This app makes me feel like I'm playing a game at a carnival. No way to win. It sucks! Even if you have a bad hand there should be time enough allowed to strategize and win over your opponents. (Solo). Who wants to play a game only 2 rounds. That sucks! If you gamble 250 coins target should be set at minimum 100. That's a bit more time to play about 4 to 6 rounds. Anyone who wants less than that only wants the computer to do everything.

Changing the game to cost 2x, 3x, etc for losses, glitches that cause the game to freeze and you lose coins if you leave, new glitches that freeze the game when it's your turn, and you have to leave and come back 10 times to complete a game. Stats that haven't changed for months. I'm so over this disaster. Adding to my review on 4/23/23 - my game is now permanently stuck on a frozen game, and of course I lose coins in the process. I have a screenshot of it. I have to exit the app and re-enter

tons of ads. very easy to win at first then it seems like it turns up the difficulty so much that you exhaust all your resources so quickly, they want you to pay for more or watch endless ads. I uninstalled because I was over the ads, something about a computer picking your cards, losing, then it asking for real money for more coins turned me off to this game.

Ive played spades many years I love the app game it's just no way how long I've been playing this app . I get a bid of one or 2 for at least eight hands. Then the game throws me a bone. And lets me win one or two. Seems like it's just set up so that you lose any money. Rather than really giving you hands, you deserve. Over 2 months can't be just unlucky dealings. I will not be spending more money to buy anything from this app. That's sad cause I really enjoy the set up and the live play.

It continues to keep throwing ads in your face to buy coins, but they set you up to lose. The computer bids 1 or 2 every game with no tricks or pull more so that you end up with so much bags. Love the set up but it's also set up to lose every game. I'm not buying coins when your "partner" set you up to lose every game.

When I first downloaded this game years ago, it was great. Now, it seems rigged to take all your coins and push you to spend money. How can you go from 40,000 coins loose twice at 5000 bid game then have no coins left? There is also not a good team matching system. You need to allow for you to add people you played well with so you can play together later overall became super rigged. It's not fun anymore

SIMPLY USE TO WASTE TIME! The graphics are great but the overall game it self is horrible. If you don't plan on spending REAL money don't expect good payouts. You can lose it all in 1 game. The points only go to 70 and a NIL is worth 100 so the opponent partner can get set off -3 books and they still win which in turn you lose coins. Even the betting is a scam if you don't have enough coins AFTER placing bet and winning they DON'T give you full payout.
