Not to pile on like the other reviews, but this update has definitely been a step backwards. I wasn't initally impressed, but decided to give it some time. Yes, the functionality is still there, but it's buried in non-intuitive places. You can easily tell the new version was pushed by people that don't actually use the product. Let's start by considering how and why people use the app. First, I like to be able to respond in real time to messages, and it's nice to see visitor and sales activity at a glance. Second, I use the app at shows to make sales onsite. Everything else the app can do is extra. Good to have, but not priority. Given this, why have you buried the PoS screen? It used to be right on the homescreen, now it is under the very non-intuitive "Manage" button. It took me almost 5 minutes of hunting around the first time to find it. Also, Chat is a non-intuitive place to view store orders. I'm sure there's another screen for it, but I haven't found it yet. Please, return these buttons to the homescreen, and allow me to default to my website without additional taps. Most people probably aren't managing multiple stores, and those that are can be reasonably expected to toggle between them as needed. If nothing else, for the love of all that is good and holy, please let me change away from that hot pink background and headers! It is truly awful.

I just got the app and while the layout and features are really nice, it is so infuriating to work with. While trying write a blog post there are so many glitches. I try to insert any space, character, paragraph break, etc. and the cursor jumps around and inserts or replaces something in the completely wrong place. So I typed my post in another app and copied and pasted it into this app. That made the writing easier, but trying to add/change/format anything is still a nightmare.

The app is fine overall but it's missing what I would consider some basic functionality on the media management front. It's nice that you can take a picture or upload from your device, but where is the option to connect an external service like Google Photos? I don't store every single picture I take in local storage. It's backed up to Google Photos. If it's not on my device, I guess I'm out of luck. I don't know, seems like a big thing to miss but maybe I'm just weird.

the new update is complete trash, it's way more difficult to get to my booking calendar and the calendar doesnt load properly ever - you cant see more than a day or two at a time and you have to click on each day directly to get it to load, and sometimes it just doesnt load your calendar for certain days at all. extremely frustrating to use, and unless improvements are made to the app before my year subscription is up, Ill be switching to a different website platform. absolutely unacceptable

This app has become a huge headache. It's horrible. It keeps telling me about 100 times every day to download the app...when I've had the app for a long time...ever since it was released! It keeps taking me to the app download page nonstop every day and it even says when I get to the download app page that I already have it installed!! I have so many Premium Wix accounts for lots of clients. I'm switching my clients and no more Wix. This is ridiculous. Can't get any work done like this!

Unfortunately, this app is not very blog-friendly. When I created a new post, the cursor would jump to the end of the incomplete sentence. When I tried typing again, the cursor jumped to the middle of the sentence. I would tap at the end of the sentence, but I would type and the cursor kept jumping to the middle again, forcing me to delete half of my sentence and retype it. I was hoping for the convenience of blogging on the road, but I guess I'll have to stick to blogging at home on my PC.

I run a tour business and I'm on the go often. It's so important for me to have access to our schedule to edit and add tours. This app is so handy, and it never works! The bookings schedule is so glitchy and takes so long to load, I can take a 10 minute drive home, log in online, and still beat the app. Basically nothing loads, it would be perfect if this worked even a little.

Where to start. Upload photos now is a false hope of spinning icons. Normally 3-5 attempts to upload for it to work, at the best of times. I'm on number 15 currently on wifi. Oh. And it doesn't save edits. Also over time the app has lost usability, when I thought it had already been at rock bottom. It makes me want to get rid of Wix. You have an alert that says something went wrong and the techs are on it. Well get on it. Cause right now this app is nothing but bad publicity.

It's nice to be able to edit and keep track of things without using desktop every time but it gets frustrating when the things you do don't actually work, so you end up on desktop fixing it. Changes made in app don't always sync. Email campaigns done in the app ends up with all sentences running together when you open the message. It makes you look unprofessional when really the app is messing it up.

From the whole Wix experience, this app is by far the weakest offering. I've been using it the last few months and while it did improve on the last major update, I still think there are a number of items to address. The most notable issue I've noticed is that I've stopped receiving notifications for everything despite not changing any preferences. My other frusutrations with the app revolve around the experience. It never feels perfectly tied into the website and it feels too unconnected.

Unfortunately this app is nothing but frustrating. I have spent over an hour trying to change media pictures to my own and it will only allow me to select certain ones. Certain features prompt the "download the app" To do more which I have already downloaded, opened and am using to edit. It's a great concept but more than frustrating. I am going to try the desk top version but I am just end up going elsewhere.

Old app was better! This new version looks like it has more tools and options which is nice but the only thing I need it for is the booking calendar. The old one made it so easy to see all my appointments and make changes to the calendar, the new one is over complicated and has caused me to miss an appointment because the layout is weird. There should be a separate app for just the booking calendar. This app feels like you're trying to cram too many features all into one.

I like having the ability to upload media from my phone to the online storage collectively. However, the blog posting is a disaster. I try to type and it automatically double types words almost every time. This makes it impossible to even use this feature. This is what I wanted the app for as I spend a lot of time in the hospital and wanted a way to keep up with my blog without needing a computer. Very frustrated.

This app took away features from the previous version that were so helpful. In a chat with a visitor, if they made a purchase, it showed up in the chat and you could touch it and be taken to the order. Now it's a read only notification that an order was placed. Navigation is no longer intuitive. If you want to change something, don't just make it pretty. Also, add the ability to create a discount code in the app. OR, make the site mobile friendly so a mobile Web browser can be used to do that.

With the constant updates comes new phone app issues. The biggest one is not being able to see anything on the page when you go in to the schedule manager. The content is missing. On the online app there isn't the ability to change options like start and end time or, client option, or staff member, or client information once the schedule is made. The entire event has to be deleted and re-entered with the changes. WASTE OF MY TIME!

This app is terrible... it takes an hour to add 1 product. Maybe. The amount of time I waste taking photos, retaking photos, upload failed repeatedly, close app, start over, etc. Is infuriating!!! As a small maker business, I have a ton of one of a kind items I just cannot list. Because I cannot get them listed! Most of my stuff is on etsy because I don't have any other choice. And to top it all off, I have to start my listings at the computer then try to upload the photos on my phone.

Wix is definitely a great website builder, especially for beginners. As long as you're willing to put time in to make a good website, it will turn out great. One thing I would like to see is an option to turn off the time bar/full and screen buttons on videos. I use an animated logo in place of a still banner, and it's kind of ugly to see a time bar and full screen button. Other than that, it has so many options!

The new, updated version is horrendous! I cannot access my messages and orders without dipping into a black hole of endless clicks. When I finally locate them, the app crashes. The last version was much, much more accessible for business owners, and less confusing. This version makes connecting with my customers harder, and that's what we're in business for!

Updated: Since the updates i decided to change my rating. I like the changes and can do almost everything I want on the mobile version. Older This app is very basic, there aren't reallly any functions that allow you to manage your store. You can't duplicate a listing to keep all of your standard policies, etc consistent. I don't use it much anymore. Just more time consuming and not very helpful to enter and then have to go to the internet to pretty much do everything. This needs a major update.

This is the most infuriating and buggy app I have ever used. The website is almost a completely separate platform when it comes to functions. I can view the posts I like on the wixsite, but not the spaces app. I can view the posts I save on the spaces app, but not the wixsite. I can't even save posts on the wixsite! There is really no other way of viewing the posts I want between platforms. And don't get me started with the app or site freezing as you scroll through blog feeds.
