Yesterday I had to log in again and apparently this is not possible with a password anymore. The new method is highly annoying and requires more clicks, especially when on the go.

An extremely frustrating app to use. Loads of bugs, particularly when connecting network devices to the Spaces office WiFi networks. This app needs some serious work to be fit-for-purpose, and does a disservice to all the hard working and polite office staff onsite at Spaces.

In order to open the office door, you need to update the app first. But to update it, you need to access wifi key which is in the app.. After the upgrade you will fail to open the door because of some random error.

Booking portion is glitchy and annoying. There are about 3 or 4 little bugs that always make booking super annoying. And load screens can be way too long. But works if you learn how to dance around all the issues. (E.g. when adjusting time windows, it changes things on you so you have to enter start/stop times like 5 times before it's correct... Like it's 12:30pm and I change it to 1:30pm and it's automatically like "okay I'll switch the PM to AM and I'll change your stop time" Repeat. UGH!

I cannot use the app anymore, it stops with the error message 'this device is an emulator..', which is not true. my phone is Sony Xperia and I need this app to sign in the WiFi of the Spaces. Please help me with this.

Booking a co-working desk is not super intuitive, and after getting error messages, it turned out the system booked me twice for the same day. I tried to cancel, but the function didn't work. I tried to contact Spaces via the app, but that function either worked. This app needs serious bugfixing and user experience improvements.

Same as other users. Spaces app opens all firefox links all the time. The following works as a work around: in Firefox settings under Advanced turn off "open links in apps". (Although this is obviously a fault with the Spaces app), .

Somehow updates make the app worse! Basic logic issues, clunky. Please just make it simple to log in and rebook a room, without having to select the god damn time multiple times because you reset the drop down. Email first verification is annoying. Slow. PLEASE JUST LOGIN WITH USERNAME AND PASSWORD FFS

The app is completely broken. Here's an approximate transcript of my attempt to get it fixed. me: "The app returns an error when I attempt to get my ID card. This has made it difficult to access co-working space while travelling." Spaces, two weeks later (after my trip): "Your account is expired." Me, "No, it's not - here's the info from your web app. Can you please help me fix the android app?" Spaces, one week later, but *still* prior "to expiration of membership, "Here are instructions on how to pay us money." The app and the support for it are literally the worst experience I've ever encountered when we're actually paying a lot of money. Weird. I'd recommend a different co-working organization if one is convenient to you! Note that Regus and Spaces apps are basically the same, but you should use the app that has the same name as the co-working office you visit. They don't understand if you have a global membership.

The Spaces offices are generally good, but the entire back-office is shockingly bad. We have had constant issues with billing, customer services etc. for years. Even the simplest requests are dealt with so badly, i am simply amazed... Can you please overhaul your entire back-office processes and proposition?

Like many others I have found that the app is repeatedly highjacking hyperlinks and automatically setting itself as the default app. Fortunately I am able to reverse this in the app settings but it really shouldn't be doing it in the first place, let alone repeatedly.

This app is so full of bugs. I used to be able to book weeks at a time and now the 'add recurrence' option doesn't work – it times out. I used to be able to use the app to open the locked door between the co-working space and toilet area ‐ that stopped working months ago.

When I first opened the app it was in English. However when it saw my registration was in the Netherlands it changed to Dutch. I believe a question on, if I want the app to switch to a language I do not speak, would be way better. especially since the app has English. I would like to know how to switch languages.

I signed up for a monthly membership, entitling me to five visits per month. I use the app to book each visit when I am commuting in to the city. However, the app defaults the booking date to the following calendar day, even when booking at 8am in the morning, which means I sometimes book for the wrong day. This resulted in me being charged $94 for a day that should have been free, and customer support refuses to issue a refund.

Totally confusing UI. Opening the door only gives a random error message. Adding a network device is very weird logically, first you need mac address or collect code from different location.

When initially installed out of curiosity few months ago was hit and miss. Then update came and worked 90% of times. Weeks pass, not needing it as I use my card. The one time I forget my card and want to use it doesn't work. I get erorr message and nothing else. not even red blink. My co-worker's works. I come to the office 1 hour earlier than others. The one damn time I need it to get into the office (it lets me through the common floor) it doesn't work. -.- Bluetooth and location inf. was on.
