I am a free to play user and love the challenge on beating paid players. Honestly very grinding but satisfying when getting some nice team combos once getting a vast group of heroes. Great amazing game. Strategist playstyle if you like a challenge once you've collected different heroes. Updates regularly with events all the time. Customer support is awesome. Usually respondes within 24hours. Love this game

1-Network issue is still occuring although the network is very good, you have to close the game 2-3 and enter again in order to access to the game. 2-When you open the Oracle page it opens and then it doesn't respond at all !! you can't choose a hero or do anything!! you can't go back !! You can only close the game and then login again !!

I think that it is a very good game, it's very addictive and fun. But the champions especially the older ones have a lot of problems. Like Musashi he is a free to play hero and he's doing quite good damage and he got an awakening but he is lacking physical hit bonus so that my enemies keep dodging his attacks and he can't life steal or do damage, so that he just simply dies a frustrating death. And some heroes have a lot of bugs instead like Wraxius because he is a magic hero and sometimes uses physical abilities he is just simply not allowed to crit and with that he lacks damage while he was meant to be a damage dealer. Please update the older heroes I will be very thankful.

After the last update the game became really bugged to the point where there's no sense of me listing all the things that don't work properly. Most notably Crucible and Normal story mode. (update: 1 star up for interaction with your users and fixing the issue, but it reoccurred with the latest update again. It makes the game unplayable and we lose daily rewards which pile up after a few days)

Hello, dear team. After yesterday's update, I can no longer access the game. When I tap on "Play", it says I don't have stable Internet connection. There is sometimes bad connection, but in those cases I can't even open the main menu, now I can. When I don't have Internet connection, I use mobile data, but since yesterday, it doesn't allow me to and still gives the same message. I've tried restarting the phone, but it keeps giving me this message each time I press "Play". Please, help.

Overall it's a good game but unfortunately, the majority of content is attached to an overpriced monetary system to be worth it. For example; they expect you to spend $50 dollars on a max starred hero. The same price as an entire Triple-A *GAME*. That's just crazy. Also, while you can earn 💎's for free, there's no way of purchasing those heroes with 💎's. Maintenance also costs me collectables; you should grant the daily gift whenever you take the game down for maintenance.

Pros: Smooth progress through the campaign so far. There is a lot to do. Heroes and animation are good. Cons: Abilities auto leveling without me holding the button down. Please fix this it is annoying. Need a way to reset heroes. Chats are also dead so merging servers might fix this though.

I've been playing for 4 years and getting to be more glitches. Last one one of my guildmates was told to change language to Chinese to fix it and I got a different message. Today it's telling me needs update and I need to go to Google play. And nothing here. So I can't get into game to play. I've had a lot of guildmates lose accounts. I love playing but just trying at times.

Had a lot of fun with this game but it takes way to much internal storage. I had 2gbs worth in this game so I had to unistall it and I tried to move it to my sd card but it wont allow me, but I can do it with my other games which makes no sense. I ask lilith for help and they told me pretty much to figure it out on your own since they don't know how to fix it or recomend programs that can help me. So I pretty much wasted money on a game which dosen't allow simple storage movement. Don't buy it.

Even after 5 years of this game's release, it remains one of my favorite games on the app store. My only issue after so long is when I try to level up one of my hero's abilities, the game will act as if I am holding the upgrade button when I only tap it a few times. Other than that, its an amazing game!

I've been playing this game for sometime and I enjoy the game play and characters. I like how the dev's are adding more things to do with the characters, like the Tarot cards. I actually don't mind paying to play, especially if I can get a new character. When there is maintenance to be done, the dev's more than compensate for the downtime. Great game!

I started playing a few years ago when dr zeno was a new character, but I stopped shortly after. I just came back a few days ago and still impressed with this game. There are so many new characters and so much to do. Progress doesn't feel hampered compared to other free to play games and while there is a fair amount of advertising for in game content it's not distracting and there's no pressure to buy anything. I would definitely recommend trying this game out as its so much fun

Over all an absolute fantastic game. There is nothing wrong with it. It checks all the boxes in my opinion. My favorite game in all of the app store. Keep up the good work Lillith. Personally my favorite character is Goram. The one little problem is the Heroic Academy, I think it should grant a little more life steal for my favorite character. But of course this little issue won't hold me back from giving an amazing game a 5 star. Although I lost me account after 4 months of inactivity.

Been playing for a long time, four years. Support used to be fairly helpful. Now it's a waste of time and they border on just rude. Doesn't help with constant freezing or lack of full display of items or contents of crates. As the only thing support seems to say on repeat is restart the game.

Such a great game. It's sad theres no others like it. With all the stupid "idle" games or "offline" rpgs, this is definitely better. This game is unique in the way you fight and upgrade and is so much better than other games. Hey Lillith, I've encountered a bug where Rayman does not show the correct skills in the skills tab. Please fix and thank you. Also, since you guys have made 2 collaborations already, why don't you do Marvel heroes next? Also, why is Drago so ugly now. He used to look cool.

I've spent a lot of money on this game and have been playing it for years. my progress seems to have just disappeared. I tried to download it to a new device.. progress didn't load. tried to go back to the old device, progress still didn't load. so my progress just seems to be gone. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with lilith games at the moment.

There are multiple glitches in the game where you don't receive your earned or purchased items. The free daily upgrades, upgrading all forms of skills, doing battles of any kind, you can easily accidentally purchase a item and you guys won't just take it back and refund us and that's free. You make us not want to give you our money. I have to log out and back in before I do or buy anything important. I've told you guys just go look in my customer service chat. They've been there a long time.
