The app is good , have good potential features, but it is normal for need to pay premium version, but not okey to pay to use the rest of 98% of the app and it's wayy too expensive. Rm199/month in malaysia what is wrong with you guys. good app will attract more user, but you guys make all your customer run with 3month worth price for a MONTH. All people complain mean it really expensv,Put a decent price and more people will come, your apps could defeat tinder but you guys kill your own baby!

Bad app useless you can't message anyone you can't even message anyone after matching. And they want to charge 50 dollars per month imagine 50 per month? You say some features require payment? All features require payment. 50 dollars is not a big money? Per month? I can't even adjust my info. Can't send msg cant chat just watch pics of other users? It's useless ask reasonable monthly like 20 or 15 per month don't be greedy

Very Expensive £45/month!!!!!!! I payed for one month subscription and then I had a error message saying "sorry your payment has not gone through" When I installed the app in the beginning, I received tons of likes and messages and when I payed, I got the above message. This app has so many bugs. These developers are either sitting on their backside all day smoking shisha or its a scam. I think this is a fake app, I will speak to the police and my bank tomorrow insha'Allah

Deleting the app. Too expensive and no free features even after getting matched no free chats as many other apps are offering. Would never recommend it and would tell my friends in UK to stop using it. Will tell them to rate it low.

I need to cancel subscription and it keeps taking me to the same point where I can't cancel or even get to the Soudfa app. It isn't even on the lost of the apps to cancel the subscription. Are we playing game of going in circles

The application is tooo slow first of all. Secondly l subscribed for 50$ and what l found is mostly fake accounts (around 70%). I wrote a description and went 3 days under review (why?) It is only 3 sentences. I can tell it is not worth at all and l wish l can return the money. I subscribed for 3 different months and each time same problems and same fake accounts. And you tell us you are working on that which l doubt.

Very bad...they approved my picture and then for no apparent reason they removed the pictures and asked me to reload a high resolution one!!! You didnt specify any technichal details of the pictures you demand and now suddenly you want a better picture???? Absurd!

As for me, you dun deserve any star .. yes this app is one of the worst apps, 2 matches cannot msg eaxh other for free ?? They still need to pay ?? Wats the reason of matching then, plus its true they take a life time to review ur photos and they even refused photos are accepted by all other apps,i will never pay a cent on you, if u dont provide the standard .. Muzz is always the best, go learn from them

The app is good but for only arabic speaking people.Most of the girls don't know to speak English which is hard to match perfectly. And if you will get match by chance with someone she might will ask mostly to pay for everything on wedding even from her side also. There is no doubt that this platform has a lot of girls but mostly not serious or not trusting you easily and the language barrier also for non arabic speakers.

It's very bad apps. When both person are mutual i saw most of the highest ratting apps you can talk each other.. But here in this apps couldn’t do this...And if you want to upgrade it is very Costly..why? Why this apps is Extra ordinary? It was very bad.. That's why i deleted this.. If this apps solve this problem i hope this is become one of the best apps... So now thinking are you solve this or not?

Way to expensive, even though it looks like a well made app, it's just not in most people's prices range as being affordable or comparable to any similar app (Arab/muslim specific or not). With ad revenue and realizing that the user base would jump with proper marketing and a reasonable price that would lead to more people willing to pay and thus more money. But hey what do I know?

You can't message without paying 60$CAD, The price is not fixed it changes country to country, it's £53GBP etc. It's basically a huge cash scam packaged as an app. The developers need to make money, but be reasonable, there is a fine line between theft and business, and this is purely theft! Shame on you and especially the accounting manager you have, a total idiot!

First , it wouldn't allow me to upload my photo even thu I have permission from my phone. Second, the app needs improvement ,it shows u have likes or chats but when u open the app it is not there and keeps freezing . Third, money value is not worth it. Don't waste your money here . Max should be 10$ that's it for the service you get.

You have to pay for every single step, the worst experience ever, and their reason is they are dedicated people for the apps.... Guys you can't compare yourself to tinder platform or any other apps with the same feature if you can't at least have something similar ... And be aware, many girls will like you and sent you messages. Just to make subscribe.

Literally the worst app I have ever been on. I did not do anything yet. My photos were 'under review' and I found out I was banned for absolutely no reason. I bet they will reply to this review with a generic 'please send an e-mail to info@....' or 'please check our terms and conditions' answer. Your loss...I was willing to make a payment if I liked it. If your team needs some feedback on its flawed vetting system, I will be more than happy to provide it.

if i could give your less than 1 star i'd worst dating app, when i wrote a discription you set it under review than restricted my account 😡 and why sending messages are not for free if what you searching for is helping poeple to find their soulmate what it's important for you is just money and even when i subscribed you told me Subscribtion Succesfull setup failed contact us. you could give us free credits by watching ads or downloading apps be more Attractive and helpful

Scamming app , I've purchased a one month subscription , The third day subscription got cancelled without my permission. Contacted customer support they refused to reactivate the membership. They asked me to resubscribe again ! very bad experience. I hope I can faind a way to get my money back ! Update: It's been 24 hours and no response yet :)

It's the worst app for dating.. Too many fake profiles. Too many ads.. It crashes every time I open it. It's a waste of time. So don't install it.. It's USELESS EDITE : as a reply to ur msg.. Your app is useless worthless and you know that just look at the many bad views you already got.. Thank you for non-existent efforts 🤣🖤

Worst app to ever consider. All other dating apps allow matching people to be able to communicate, but this one NO. Basically you have to pay for every click on a button and fees are just ridiculously high. Extremely limited operations. You can't do basically anything. I strongly recommend against it.

You have to be a billionaire to use it because they ask you for money in every step. I even paid money but I think girls profiles there is fake and made by the developers who talk to you and pretend to be a lady. ***Save your money and stop using this app. **Those profiles here are fake
