Game is riddled with bugs. While the occasional update comes out, it's also clear the game is being left behind in favor of the main dash game (and forces), as there is never any new content added, and the events are always the same ones on repeat. Once you have the short list of playable characters unlocked, the game is effectively over. Aside from that, it is pretty fun up to that point. Which is too bad, since I like the way this game plays compared to the main dash game.

The game's mechanics is good, but it can be repetitive if you are NOT trying to make an in app purchase. It Takes A LOT of playing and suffering through ads to get an extra revive, but in many ways the sprites make up for some of that. The upgrading system needs A LOT of work in my opinion. It's definitely overpriced which forces the players to think about spending their money. Can't forget this app is designed to keep the players playing in spending money. Overall it is a good game.

I have this issue where the map seemingly starts to disappear at ~2,600,000 points Edit: New phone, now it breaks down at ~5,600,000, loud ring and bubble sounds occur, and the game becomes a little unresponsive / too responsive, sometimes making me swipe over twice when I swipe once, and the floating rails fail too generate rings and score bubbles correctly. Also, when you die there's this "FREE REVIVE, WATCH AD" button, but if I press X to not revive..I have to watch an ad to see my results?

Incredible fun comes with Incredible glitches apparently. I'm attempting to complete the mine blasting event. however, when I fail and press watch ad to revive, it makes a glitch where it goes to the pause screen. After i select resume, it freezes then goes back to the revive screen. It says it's waiting for an ad to load, yet after waiting a minute, i hit x, wasting a ticket, then IMMEDIATELY seeing an ad. A little fishy, not having an ad for a revive and making me watch one anyway?

I enjoy this game, but Sonic Dash is better in four ways: 1. Bosses, I'm really missing it in this game 2. More Characters, I know there are way more characters in Sonic Boom than available . 3. Changes in road, where are the loopde loops, going underwater, etc? 4. More tracks, only three tracks? Really??? I also had a problem with the controls. I would swipe somewhere, then when I swipe to jump it changes my lane. Besides that, Sonic Boom is an enjoyable game, which I say... Download It!!!!!!!!

The game is definitely funner than somic dash, with more variation during the runs, but there's not enough. We get a repeating list of events and a small pool of characters to choose from--most of whom are pricey as heck, and you also need the red star rings to upgrade characters. If they could fix a few issues and add more content, the game would be golden.

Very addictive! Love the offline play! I enjoy the game way better than the first sonic but there are a couple dislikes. First is that the sensitivity is wayyyy to high, one slight touch and hes all over the place. Second is that you cannot buy your way out of a event like you can in the previous Sonic. Plus you can get stuck on an event and theres nothing you can do about it. That can cause customers to lose interest. Thanks.

While the game is very enjoyable, a couple of changes could make the game better. First, the Free Revives from certain characters and Wisps could be made optional to activate. Second, the boost mechanic could be upgraded, such as by allowing players to extend the boost by picking up orbs while boosting. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement.

The game lets you watch ads to gain benefits such as a single free revive per run, double Rings at the end of a run, or an increased score multiplier for 1 hour. However, the ads sometimes fail to load properly, wasting my time and denying me the benefits I want. This is worst when I crash during a run, as it can block me from continuing and make me lose my progress. Also, why don't we get options on where off-ramps lead, like in Sonic Dash 1's springs? I want boss fights outside events, too!

The overall game is good and all, but I do have an issue... the issue is that when I play an event and collect whatever I need in order to win a skin or somethin' it restarts for no reason and I don't get the prizes, plus it doesn't save my progress; it just restarts me, but in the leader board it does have my progress... So please fix this!!!

I love this game, but hate it at the same time. In part because some of the challenges and missions are too difficult, especially the missions involving enerbeams. Also, the high price of characters is too high. I wish they could be lowered to a better price. And I wish some of the challenges could be a little easier. Also, the dash effect doesn't fit at all; Sonic and friends run way slower than they should.

The game is pretty fun and addictive, certainly an improvement over the first Sonic Dash. There are a few optimization problems and moments of serious hang, but those are few and far in between, so it isn't too big of a problem (plus it might just be my phone itself, so this may not even be a problem for others). I wouldn't really change up any core mechanics, and getting useful items like red rings or sprites through event and mission grinding doesn't feel grueling. Recommended for sure.

Something a little better than the first! Still, it's amazingly cool! Edit(5/17/20): Now that I look back on this game, I can now see why some people could dislike it. Pointing out the obvious, some challenged and payments for certain characters seem to high, and it seems you'd have to take a lot of time and effort into just receiving one character. However, I still can enjoy this, though despite the fact it has its ups and downs. There is quite a bit of some issues, examples being lag, but that could be certain devices you use or just have trouble with and/or how much saved space there is. Though, I now have all the characters I really wanted and I'm at a decent level, but red rings are one of the biggest issues in the Sonic Dash game series, as you most likely have to spend money in order to continue a point. Frankly, not many people have that luxury of having other things to do but play games to pas the time. It only drives away the costumers. Hope this useful of the sorts.

This games pretty fun to play, especially when I'm super bored, there is quite a few adds but it's still really fun to play. But if you wanted to buy a character with your red rings ME personaly. I think that it's too expensive and that they could lower down the price when you buy a character with your red ring thingys. But that's all, it is a very fun game.

This game is great and all, but we need more characters in the game. We also need more stages, enemies, boss rounds with heath gauges, and possibly lesser ways to unlock characters without making it so expensive to the point that we have pay to win. I would also like if this game adds some of the concept art of other characters from different Sonic games having Boom designs and their abilities

Overall I think it's a great game but it has issues. It needs more variety. Like they have the same events all the time and alot of them are hard.I don't like the adds, sometimes they don't work. Then now I've watched this annoying Roblox lunchable Add and my character is still down. But overall it's fun. I feel like it would be better if they had more characters. But I would love it if they fixed this stuff.

It's upsetting to see that even if you have an account linked to save all progress for this game, you have to start from scratch when getting a new phone. I had all characters unlocked on my previous phone, along with over 1600 red stars & over 650K gold coins. Now I've lost it all and have to start over with a new phone. This Is entirely unacceptable. This earned an uninstall for me.
