I've been playing Songpop for years, probably close to a decade, and I have always loved the game, but the recent updates forcing people to sync to Songpop 3 is a mistake. I've tried SP3 multiple times, and I hate everything about it. I have never been able to get my info to sync, and you don't even recognize that I had a Songpop 3 account. If these changes continue, I will be canceling my subscription and deleting the app.

So I like the game and play daily. But it's got some problematic bugs, like the ad music will play over a round. Which, in a game where you're identifying music by sound, you can see how this would be an issue. Hopefully they'll patch that out. (Another person in my house plays and experiences the same thing.) Otherwise, a fun and intuitive app game.

I haven't been a fan of the upgrade. I have more trouble loading playlists than before. Also, with the new rewards, very rarely is there a video to double it. I play less often now due to the way gold rush is done. Since it all has to be used right away, rather than playing any time I have a few minutes, i always wait until I have at least 30 minutes, just in case I get a gold rush with a video. If you made it so that you had the 15 (or 30) minutes all day until you used them, I'd play more.

Game is great with very good quality sound clips. My one issue is that the screen size gets out of whack on occasion. When I receive a text all the options and choices get compressed to the top of the screen and shrunken down. Lately I have a huge spacing issue right until the players names and it pushes the "remove 2 songs" button to the bottom of my screen when I can't press it very well

I love this game. Issues: The amount and length of ads is horrendous. The price of no ads feature is worse. They keep offering me a free week trial of VIP or something, and it's not there to redeem each time I click that option. I really wish the they had a more affordable rate and better situation with the ads, also because it uses up data, which hurts more when you have limited data and can't do upgrades.

I used to love this game but it's not the same anymore after coming back to it. There's way too many ads, like one after every match and it puts me off. And it says I have "too many games" and I love have 28. I used to be able to have as many as I want. Also it prompts you for a free vip trial but then if you click on it, it actually charges you right away so it's a good thing I caught that quickly. Not to mention, the app is clunky, laggy, freezes often and causes my s22 to overheat. Ugh..

I really love this app, but there's so many problems. If you like music, you like this app. It's a great idea. But the app is very slow and does not feel smooth at all. It lacks proper android back button support, however it's usually alright. The UI is cluttered and confusing, and browsing playlists is atrocious, especially when you factor lag into the equation. The amount of ads is atrocious. I got one month premium on trial, and the experience improved. Currency IS OVERPRICED. Even for PREM.

please explain how it's possible to get 4/5, the other person gets 3/5 and still wins. The point system is broken. I've had games where I beat the other person in number of songs guessed, individual track time, and total time, and yet somehow still lost. Wish I could post ss's here of the ridiculous scoring in some of the closer rounds. would be 5/5 if fixed

I love this game but when clicking on the daily missions the app freezes and I have restart. This has been going on all day, I can't scroll down or check rewards. Way too many ads and even when the ad ends (after 30 seconds) the music continues to play and your round comes up and it overlaps. Sometimes the app goes dark and comes back again. Way too many recurring glitches and shouls get fixed asap. Thanks.

Update: Given the canned response I just received, I've cancelled my subscription. I don't want to have to work and jump through hoops in order to access parties. This used to be my favorite game, no, the only game I played. They've ruined it by forcing another app, SP3, in order to be able to play party mode and beat monthly missions. I've been a paying subscriber for years and I'll be cancelling by the end of this month if it's not immediately changed back. It sucks now.

This game is fun and you don't have to pay for many features though there are quite a few adds for the free play. Edited: The improvement suggested has now been implemented (or maybe I just found it in the settings and it was there along)! Edit: Big changes to the format and options available with ads v free have made this much less fun. Left the game after years of playing with the same people.

WAY BETTER than the recently updated Song Pop (which I gave a low rating for). You also get a better idea of how you're advancing on play lists. This is an example that if something works great, why mess with it? That's what the creator(s) did when they rolled out the upgraded version. At least they kept this and called it the "Classic" version when they saw that so many users disliked the new one! lol

Love this game, but this new update kinda sucks... mainly one aspect. There is a daily award that I get occasionally where my scores for victory and losses double, so I get 2 points for losses, 6 points for victories. It's a 15 minute time period unless you watch a short video, then it's 30 minutes. The problem is, sometimes you get that award and then the scoring doesn't reflect the award scoring, so it's worthless. There were 2 options for listening to the sound clips: space between each clip and a faster running together of the songs. Since the last update there is no choice. I'm disappointed to lose the chance to choose how I listen to clips. Thanks for fixing the issue! Since you updated to the fall opening screen, i can't get past the opening screen to play the game. Please fix!

I haven't played this in 3 years & something just reminded me of it,so I redownloaded it and reactivated my old account. WOW, there are so many stupid Temu and Tiktok ads. Literally 1 or more between every single game, and the ads last longer than each game, usually multiple screens to click through. I see people are still cheating and somehow have 30,000+ scores mere minutes into a party starting-- good to know some things don't change. But yeah, the constant ads make this unplayable now.

I keep getting a warning pop up that says the server the app is trying to connect to is not verified. This just started happening yesterday but I'm not taking any chances and having something weird happen to my phone. UPDATE: After a week of waiting no one from customer service has gotten back to me, no surprise there. CS has always sucked with this game, that's why I quit playing before. My original issue has gotten worse and it's apparent you guys are just here for the money and not to help.

It works ok. But the app could be a lot smoother. Like if you are playing and someone calls you have to finish the level otherwise the caller hears the music. Just one example of a thing that could be improved. Annoying that you can pay for VIP and still get spammed to spend more. Don't have outside ads but still have the games ads.
