The guaranteed minimum never really came through. Made $2 once in a month of use. I did have some credits leftover because I paid for a month of pro. Now my subscription is up and leftover credits are locked and I feel like I got robbed $18. Some of its features are nice for insights about gig work. Leader boards and such. But someone is clearly just siphoning money out of the gig work community with this one. Unions are great and all for certain things, but this ain't that.

Not accurate app. In my market place it's over populated with drivers don't get very many trips. I was online just driving around not getting anything. When I did get trips, somehow that qualifies for working part of the time? Save your money people. In theory good idea, in reality not accurate.

Unfortunately I live in PA not Seattle so this app was a waste of space. Although it couldn't fulfill the main purpose I downloaded it for, I thought could still use the milage tracker and keeps tabs on the amount of money I made for the week/month. After less than a month it's telling me I need to pay for the basic subscription to use the other main functions. Hence the 1 ⭐.

Two stars because it connected to doordash and pulled in earnings info but that's all this app was good for. After dashing non stop for a week or more it didn't auto track not one time on my phone or my in car tablet. If I have to manually click track each trip I don't see why i would purchase. Everlance was also running and tracked every trip without me touching a thing, I'll be subscribing to them. Also guaranteed earnings not available in my state so... Useless app for me.

I would like to give it more, but it seems quite pointless. You need to subscribe to the app and pay them a monthly fee to get guarantees on your earnings, which might be worth it if the guarantees weren't so bare minimum and it wasn't so expensive to buy the credits to guarantee them. I bought credits that I wasn't even able to use, because I was locked out immediately after buying them, which is very shady and almost seems like a scam.

Why is the text so small? I tried out the free version for a couple weeks and thought I liked it but then took a break to see if I really needed it. I didn't need it but thought it was handy to have everything logged in one app. Bought a 3 month subscription to the pro Plus plan and realize that I can't even read the tiny text. I don't remember it being this small when I tried out the free version. Edit: added 2 stars for support's communication and effort for another issue.

Please fix the bug in the app when trying to add trips and add the start and end time the time keeps resetting back to 12 pm every 5 seconds making it nearly impossible to fill in when you have to scroll both the hour and minutes. Idk we can't put in our own amount earned on a trip instead of it doing a random estimate on the miles.

I was excited about this app. They had lofty promises about a pay guarantee. I used this for an entire week and set my schedule in app. But at the end of last week...they disconnected my account from my Uber. Did not pay the guarantee. All of my data was reset. I connected my PayPal for the payout but nothing showed. This was all too good to be true. Uninstall and just manage your business for yourself.

I like using this app overall, however for the past 3 days, I'm unable to manually track my mileage despite enabling it. When I stop the tracking, my mileage and hours simply disappear and never get added to my trip log! All it shows is "Trips processing". Then when trying to add a trip manually, since the app failed to track the whole time I was working - it does the same thing - it goes into the ether! Incredibly frustrating. Ive resorted to making notes on Google keep until you guys fix this.

I love the way it tracks my earnings and shows what I am making per hour avg. Also like the leader board. But wish it was by area rather the the whole country. The more I use the app the more I like it. I would like it and use it even with out the pay guarantee feature although that was what brought it to my attention. I had the opportunely to meet and talk with one of the developers and he opened my eyes to several futures that I had failed to find on my own, so if your using the app, explore, explore as there is a lot more to it then meets the eye at first

Don't have much experience with the app, but there is one thing I can say. Like another review mentions, when you try to add a trip manually, the time clock resets before I even get the chance to enter it, like some sort of glitch. Please fix it, it's very irritating. Edit: They fixed it in the following patch like they said.

Edit: Upgraded from 4☆ to 5☆, because the mentioned receipt feature was added.-- -- I love the app so far for all features it has, and especially the expense tracking it offers. It would be better if you could snap a picture of a receipt along with the expenses. Even if it had to be linked to Google drive or something for the storage, it would be very useful to have a digital copy of all receipts should a tax audit occur and you didn't save your paper receipts.

This app is made so poorly I can only bitterly smile that people like me still use it. I hope it'll do it's job come tax season without any bugs. The biggest gripe for me right now is the automatic tracking. It works very weird, and then if you have to review the trips it didn't pick up, you better remember your whole days route because you can't click on an entry and see details or make changes.

I paid for a 3 month subscription and was very happy with the tracking aspect of the app. What i wasnt happy about was the run around and how much effort and time it required for me to get information i had already paid for after my subscription had ended. I hope in the future solo will discover how to allow easier access to those who have paid a subscription and are no longer in need of the tracking app.

Like the app mostly... Doesn't seem to get all my trips. I really like the integration but put in every trip it missed is a headache. And what I put in doesn't show after I entered it. I'm sure I messed up a time but I can't see the new entries. After my trial I'm definitely moving on to another app.

The manual trip tracking toggle switch won't stay on manual when the app is closed, and the location service is draining the battery faster, and I don't believe every user would want to be tracked 24/7 outside of work. I also find it concerning that if a user decides to revert to the free version of the app, they loose all their data that they have paid for during membership. None of the other apps I have used had problems with any of it, and hopefully, it will get fixed.

I have tried the free premium of the app. The milage didn't always track. It did sink well with Doordash, but when you do a manual gig (not on their list) you have to figure out what you made and enter it. They give you 5 free credits for the guarantee, but if you are active in the gig, don't drop any orders, but don't get one from the gig they will not guarantee that hour so it becomes waisted. This is the main reason for three stars. Having to figure out pay for manual entries is minor.
