I loved this game. But they changed from a rechargeable (you go offline or wait a certain amount of time) energy system to having to pay COINS to play. Yes, you get a small amount of coins when beating it, but powerups and other boosters cost coins as well. I am depressed because I was looking forward to the Halloween event, but now I am just uninstalling. This is clearly a way to get people to buy your coins to keep playing. Unless this is changed back to the old way, I won't play.

This game is very carefully constructed to extract money. I'm an average to slightly above average solitaire player, and even after spending about $10 to give the game a fair chance, I was quickly hit with game challenges that could only be solved by spending more money. Slow loading, lots of pop-ups, extremely slow storyline progression taking numerous games just to make characters walk outside of a door, etc. There are far better storyline puzzle games out there. Keep looking.

Fun for 3 seconds. Love the idea. The gameplay is rigged to force you to use boosters the second you get them and the only thing it has in common with "solitare-esque" games is that it uses cards. It's not solitare when you get 7 jacks in a row and never see half of a real deck. The story line progresses way too slow. Uninstalling, unfortunately.

Liked the game at first, but it gets frustrating quickly since everything seems to be behind a paywall. For exsample; the piggy bank fills up with coins you earn in the levels. After the first one it costs $4.99 to get those coins. To the developers my suggestion is this. Have it set at a certain amount of coins, 3000 or so, that you can smash for free when full, but have an option to smash it early for a like $2 or an option to double it for a maybe $4 or $5. Maybe both options.

Second time downloading the game. Still have to wait almost a month in between chapter's to play for the story. The tournament of trophies says for 7 days, then when time is up its another 7 days. Been going on for almost a month now. If they can't do the next chapter then whats the point of playing? Going to Uninstaller this game again. Very disappointing. Love the story line and graphics, but hate waiting over a month to move forward.

Cons - Way to much going on with being forced to watch all the pop ups after every card game, auto force to remodel screen, can't play continuously; to many repeats in the deck, get a series of matches & the deck flips 3-4 of the same cards back to back; to much chit chat in the story. Pros- cute effects and the so far the star cost to remodel hasn't gotten outrageous, but I've only made it to the first room. I just prefer to play the cards then remodel at will. Don't want all the in-between.

Solitaire meets story meets renovation. The events keep giving you more tools with which to complete levels. Also, every 30 min. you get a certain amount of coins, which you need for starting levels and buying tools within the level. The music does loop, but it's long enough and with enough variation that it isn't too repetitive. And *almost all* of the characters' speech is voiced! It's nice to hear it, not just read it. Definitely a fun game!

This is a fun game and I really enjoy playing. However, I can not get the game to actually stay open. It continually crashes on me every 3-5 minutes. It freezes while I am playing and then goes out. I just want to play. Please fix these issues 😅 ** Decided to uninstall it. The amount of crashes just aren't worth it. I waste too much time**

If you make a cash purchase in the app, they auto remove your free reward options. Moving forward, you have to pay cash if you want anything more than a low tier basic reward like extra coins. IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE; SCREENSHOT BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER. 3xs they have shorted me purchase rewards and the 2xs i didnt have screenshots they refused to do anything. Purchase prices go up with each purchase as well. (I.e. 2.99 first time, 4.99 next and so on)

I've never played a solitaire game that makes it so hard to win, and I've tried many. It doesn't matter if it's a regular, hard, or super hard level, I almost always have to drain any power ups I've earned. I haven't even been playing that long and have bought a couple packages which are way overpriced. I've used an entire package worth of power ups AND drained my coins on a hard level, and still lost...

The game is fun and the story line is fun to read. Here's my issue: Problem is the game keeps crashing midway through a level so you lose progress and have to pay more coins to replay the same level. I can't progress if the game is crashing, and it's not my phone since I had to recently replace it and went for one with more storage.

Crashes and freezes constantly on my new Samsung phone. I REALLY hope they find a fix soon. I've been playing for over a year and a half and love it but have had to play on my tablet for the past few months, which is inconvenient. It's a lot of fun with a great story and characters. It can get really expensive if, like me, you want to be able to move ahead at a steady pace.

This game is glitching out every single game. It freezes after tapping the card I am playing. Then it shuts down. None of my other games are doing this. It's Uken Games that needs to fix the issue. Plus, every time it freezes, you lose, and you lose all your earned tickets for free plays.So far there have been 3 updates for th software and guess what ????STILL GLITCHING .NOT WORTH IT PEOPLE.

This game is fun and addictive but it has a huge flaw, which is terrible it freezes up on certain areas of the game board you get very few free plays and if it freezes up it's a big deal because you've lost a play and at minimum you have to wait an hour to try again unless you pay and buying coins in this game isn't cheap . It is a fun game, but the freezing up and losing money on plays,I can only give it 3 stars it's a shame because ,o me i,'s delicious emily quality and if fixed could be great

I love the concept of the game because the story line is great, but it sucks that when trying to get stars to complete the task the coins run out real quickly. Most of the levels are unwinnable to the point you have to buy additional things to be able to complete the level. It would help players more if you would give more coins,because at this point i'm barely playing the game due to lack of coins and i'm about to uninstall.

Crashes constantly. Have lost thousands in coins and lots of boosters because it keeps crashing. Can't get through a single round before it forces closed. If it gets fixed and players affected get compensated for their loss, it could be a 5 star game. It has a beautiful aesthetic, and interesting story line, but the crashes make it impossible to enjoy

I used to LOVE this game. Now the game is rigged so any time I get a power up it makes the level even the "easy" levels impossible to beat until I use the power up which will lead me to lose AGAIN but if I play the level after I used the power up suddenly is easy like is supposed to be. It wants me to waste my power ups and I'm so sick of it being rigged that way.

Very upset!! I played thus game with no problems for over a year. Lost my game when I had to change my phone. Lots of money lost!! But I loved the game so downloaded it again. All it does is freeze up and take the credits i have! after reading reviews I am not the only one with the issue! I finally have decided to uninstall it and I won't be back!

Love this game!! Solitaire games are great, love the plot & building. My 2 complaints that drop it from 5 stars to 4 is sometimes you go through many stars with just a little text and not getting to fix or build something. I understand there's only so much you can build but it's frustrating when you spend so many stars and just get a couple lines of text. 2nd the flame booster needs a confirmation before you use it! It's easy to accidentally use it & that's frustrating cause it's so expensive!

Update, June 27/24: The crashing issue is completely fixed for all newer Samsung phones. Thank you developers! The only complaint is one that has remained constant, which is the increased algorithm difficulty. It used to be that on a normal level, you might have a couple cards left over, but now it could be 5, 6, 7 or more. Though sometimes, it is 0, 1 or 2. On hard or super hard levels it is bad, but sometimes way too much. There is no issue with wanting to make money, but tone it down a bit:)
