UPDATE: sooo disappointed that they added ads with this new updates. Have to change my previous review to 1 star. I have played and tried various solitaire aps and ALL have been full of ads or deceiving to be ad free to only find out there's a catch for that option. After reading all the reviews, i decided to give it a try. I was very impressed! Not only was it ad free, but the reward system gets you hooked!

Edit: The game works again! || The app won't even load anymore. I get the initial load screen and the app will not move past it. I have uninstalled ans reinstalled the game and it just won't load. This WAS my go-to solitaire game. Also - note to the developers - ad free should be a PURCHASE not a subscription. If I'm going to subscribe to remove ads, I'll use an ad blocker, which works across all apps. You wanna charge me $5 for ad free, I'll do it, but I'm not gonna be nickle-and-dimed by apps.

I loved playing this game. Emphasis on the past tense of that word. All of the ads now are such a drag. And it is all of a sudden. As though the dev just flipped a switch and is like 'Yup, this is how you'll live now' I really enjoyed the art and all the animations at the end of the rounds. Time for me to find a new mindless card game to play.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review of this app. Originally this was one of my favorite apps on my phone. A staple that always provided a few minutes of entertainment. And founded (per the creator) on the core ideas of simple/intuitive gameplay and an ad-free experience. Unfortunately, the developers completely changed this app by forcing users to pay a subscription to remove ads. RIP one of my favorite games :(

Unfortunately, like many apps before it, this one has introduced intrusive ads with sound on by default, displaying after every hand. Used to be my favorite game app, but it's become increasingly frustrating to play now. There is no pay option to remove ads either. This AD update has been proposed as necessary to continue content development. Edit: can remove ads now by paying. Too late. Not going to pay for something I had before the 'need' was there for development. Bait and switch.

I initially gave this 5 stars. Dropped it for a while then came back recently. The gameplay is smooth and the decks and animation are great. There's in game currency, used to open boxes, that you earn when you beat your first 5 games of the day or tap a random card. However, now there's ads after you finishing a game. Ad when you start a new game, ad when you restart your current game. Unfortunately that's just the times. If you don't mind the ad, this is a great time wasting solitaire game.

Used to be great, but the amount of long, unskippable ads makes it not worth it. I would have happily made a one-time purchase to remove ads, but unfortunately the only option to remove ads is through a subscription service. Finally making the choice to uninstall due to this ad structure.

Unfortunately, not as good as it once was. Ads after EVERY game, even if u just restart, isn't fun at all. Im just force closing every 3 minutes :''') ETA 8/24 : still bad ads idk what ppl r on about "noninvasive". It takes up the whole screen. I love the themes tho. but I'm sorry id rather deal w banner ads.

Now down to 1-star as all my progress has been reset. I have no way of recovering it since the app says there's no internet connection despite being on a 5G WiFi network I honestly love this app, the decks they have and the animations that go with them are well designed, as well as having a good variety of decks. The only issue is the subscription for thebad-free version but it's worth it imo

I really like this game! I love the interactive themes and the way you can win things to add to them. It's rewarding, relaxing, and fun! The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because my husband and I have been trying for days to get the Alone In Space Deck, and no matter what we do the code says it is invalid. If this is fixed it will change to 5!

I've played this game for years and I paid for the year long subscription to have no ads only for the app to crash and now I have ads again, and "restore purchases" does nothing. Update 4/21/23: The recent update fixed nothing, and removed the "restore purchases" button entirely 6/25/24: Still keep trying to play this game, but the ad free option doesn't work at all still. Devsisters 100% has enough manpower and money to fix this issue but is too selfish to do so.

They never update with any new decks. It's been years since the last one came out. Also, there is an ad after every single game, unless you pay every month to remove them, instead of a one-time payment like other solitaire apps. With the dev making so much money with ads and subscriptions, you would think that they would release a new deck every now and again, but they don't.

This solitaire game kind of reminds me of a PC solitaire game I played when I was a kid, called Solitaire Antics. I really love the various decks and the animations. They're very well done. I'd love to see a deck that is similar to Solitaire Antics (similar animations), and, we need more cat-themed decks, please!!!! Removed two stars because when I went to look for a way to remove the ads, I saw that there's a subscription?! No way am I going to pay a sub just for no ads! Ridiculous!!!

I love this game, I've had it for years! I left it for a while and came back, and now there are quite long ads between games. I wish they were less intrusive, like an option to watch an ad in return for some coins. Right now, while I still love the game, I end up just closing the app because the long ads annoy me. Otherwise, truly the best solitaire app, and I love the expansions they've made with new decks.

I've had this for awhile and unlocked a lot of the little extras available through play, and have generally enjoyed it. Recently though, it's been acting strange. First it started claiming I was using it on multiple devices or something, and would ask which I wanted to load, but I only have the one device and it appeared to be the same data either way. More recently, within a minute of having it open, the app keeps closing itself, so I can't play.

2024 Update: Ads have been added after every single game, and the only way to remove them is with a subscription. Not even a one-time payment as is standard with most apps. Really sours the experience, especially since the animations and artwork are so well done. Review from 2018: The best version of Solitaire on the app store.

Nice, stylish solitaire. Simple; just classic solitaire. Lots of cute themes, including some that are almost like swapping between light mode and dark mode (darker tones and such that make playing at night in the dark easier). Ads are only inbetween games not during, but I wish I could turn off ads for a one time fee. I'd toss in a tenner to remove them but then I'd want it to stay that way. Very aesthetically pleasing overall.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE💕 this game! I enjoy playing solitaire but I was kind of bored with other games. The animation😻 is so adorable and I enjoy the fact that you can collect other decks compared to the typical one. The only thing I don't completely LOVE💕 is that it takes a lot of time to collect enough coins for the treasure chest, also I tried to get the new alien deck but it would not take my friends code nor my code so I am not able to get that deck. Would definitely recommend.👍😺

This used to be SUCH a cute game, and the fact that they were ad-free was huge at the time. It's heartbreaking to see what it's become; the developers have completely given up. The game isn't even optimized for the ZFlip 6 screen size (while opened lol), so information is cut off. And a SUBSCRIPTION to get rid of ads, on a game that hasn't been meaningfully updated in ages? Overall, just not worth it. Even Microsoft Solitaire is better than this hooey. I hope to find a good replacement someday!

Update: Originally ad free, now with a forced subscription to remove intrusive full-screen ads... Only to abandon the app months later. If you're fast, you'll be seeing tons. Can't support a subscription especially when it was originally ad free for a significant period of time and isn't getting more updates. Add more features instead of destroying the user experience. Sad because this was one of the better solitaire apps. Guess I'll keep using the old version without ads...
