Such a hassle to have this app installed for Samsungpay! Other cards don't need to do so. Need improving.

The best application. I don't understand Korean fully but I still enjoy this App. Shinhan is my favorite bank in Korea.

It doesn't recognize 2nd SIM number. I couldn't sign-up even this phone is registered as my name on SK Telecom.

Please tell me why my app is not opening. It is not opening so I cannot put it on my SOP app to pay for things online. It has been going on for over 24 hours...

When I try to Sign up, it doesn't let me change the phone number so there is no way for me to sign up and get to use the app. fix it please

I can't sign in. No matter how many times I did it. I already had the confirmation then it will be back to the start again. The older app is much better.

Cannot register at all. It requires you to disconnect WiFi and checks your SIM card but there are bugs in the app.

I think QA needs to be taken out. In fact, I suggest everyone involved in making this steaming piece of to find a different career path ASAP. Seriously considering cutting all ties to shinhan after this update.

Foreigners with longer names can't sign up with whatever method they try even if they have a Hana bank account or hana card. This app replaced the previous hanacard app and made my experience very ugly! If you don't want foreigners use your services why bother giving us your card or opening a bank account??!

Using to manage my credit and debit cards. provides too many options with this app, so not simple to use. But no errors and delays occurred while using. It's a good point.

Shinhan Paypan worked well for me, but when I went to pay for something today, clicking on the button to pay lead me to the Google Play Store for the app, but clicking "open" only opened the Play app, but didn't allow me to pay. So can we no longer use this app to pay for online and app purchases??

The app works well and lets me scan QR codes and select which of my Shinhan cards to use to pay. It also lets me pay the account balance so when I am nearing my limit I pay it through the app to free up my credit. I just wish there was an English language setting for it.

The app worked fine in the beginning, but then I tried to purchase something today, and it won't work! It keeps saying that the 'initializing phase has failed'. I waited and re-tried several times, but it still won't work! What's wrong with the app?

Please use UX Designers when designing your app. Like others said, simplify, simplify, simplify. Its overly complicated and way too much stuff crammed that it's difficult to find what users are looking for and impossible for the elderly. Way too many unnecessary push notifications and ads. Why is a banking app sending me 5 ads per day?? 젊은 UX designer인 저도 복잡해서 해매면서 잘 못쓰겠으먼 정말 심각한겁니다.... Usability랑 UX에 신경써서 앱을 만들고 광고좀 들 보내세요.

It doesn't let me set up the account. I always get the notification "if you're a foreigner you need to have a Shinhan Bank account". I do but, I can't select anything and just get stucked on the same position. The man at the information at the Bank also can't help me. Also there are so many options and it feels impossible to find any English information.

The app seems to be designed by computer programmers. The layout and functions should be design around users' convince, not just checking off boxes for providing functions. I have used banking and credit cards apps from different counties and banks. Usability this app has to be one at the bottom of my list. Simplify simplify and simplify

Can't verify my identity because my name doesn't match my passport, can't change my name through this app because I can't verify my identity to install it. Wouldn't be able to anyway since there is a character limit on English names. Tried going to a branch as well as using the English hotline but neither could do anything. All around just completely useless.
