This app after the last update is bad. - Very heavy, large downloadable size even compare to many famous multi-task softwares. - Takes a very long time to start (it acts as if frozen), I frankly don't know what requires all this time. - Keeping transfer/payment receipts is not as easy as the older version. - When searching for SNB on Google Playstore, search results include many versions of almost similar apps; same icon, same name. Is it meant this way? Return to the old version please

The previous sn was fine. I updated the app some months back & can't login. I keep being told my password is wrong when I know it's not. I follow instructions, add all my details correctly, change the password correctly, then get to the Authentication but I get no call. I've retried several times. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Waited a few mins, days & hours. I called the number for enquiries, the staff on the phone try to help but I fear its a technical issue with the app. HELP!

App is better than dealing with SNB bad customers service. However, the complaints function is not working on purpose and that is no good and indicates how bad SNB is.

230511: The stupid update doesn't allow more than 8 characters for password. HOW CAN I LOG IN ?!! 240318: New update and new look. With the same issue of 8 characters limit on password! Fascinating!!

Useless The worst among all banks, costumer service, mobile app and even phone banking Everytime i open it, it ask for app update even there is no update Must have intesive employee and managers training or Better to close the bank and the app Winner of the worst costumer service by far They are only good at applying charges on cards even if the cards are not working or deactivated

The most disappointing complaint about this application is that you cannot increase the international limit on the application and if you phone the call center the simply tell you to go into the branch and cannot even be assisted telephonically. my advice is to update the app and include this feature as some of us reside more than 50km from an snb branch and do not have the time to look for an open one which is always open within my working hours and closed when I'm done with work.

not exactly app's fault, but it keeps unregistering my device. So I have to go through the hassle of adding it back. then i can't do transactions for one day because of new device. they over-secured the system to the point that it's frustrating now

OMG this app is ridiculous... It's full of bugs I cannot even do a smooth transaction. glitches everytime l. Kinda feels like they purposefully doing it.. I don't know

It was working great until the latest update and now they want location access, why? And why does it keep popping up in front and removing the keyboard?

The app is broken. Does not allow me to scroll or select anything. The keyboard pops in and out when trying to type. Unusable.

App interface is user-friendly and efficient. Although for several services or authentication must go through automated phone call, where there's no option to select English language which make very difficult for non Arabic. Kindly take a note to enhance the journey.

Entire banking experience is very average compared to International standards. Jun-July 2024 - Couldn't setup International transfer as an error pops up saying "beneficiary name & address too long - please visit branch" Its no better at the branch where they tell you most expats are facing this problem ONLY with SNB, not with other banks! So they are aware of the problem but cannot fix it. Only the manager comes and fixes this issue. Next beneficiary setup same problem & go to the bank again!!

Terrible customer service. Today I spent 9 riyals worth of calls but no agent picked-up my. I live in a remote area, and visited the branch 4x in 1 week but only giving you solution one at a time, and then you have to visit again for another problem. I just found out that I can't use the card physically for making purchases or even withdraw money, though PIN is correct. Are managers make unannounced calls just to test how good or bad the service is? Or they just simply don't care at all?

This is the worst bank in all of Saudi Arabia. I had a prepaid card with money on it. The card was not used a long time so blocked it. I tried to activate it again by visiting a branch but they told me to call their customer service on phone. When I called the number they gave me from the branch, they also directed me to another number, I called and they also directed me to another number. I called that one too and they also directed back to the first number.I had to just forfeit the money🥲

Fast login is not working. When i enter 4 digits system is taking 5 digits automatically. Even the push notification is trigger. When user is not logged in. Making user to panic with push notification. Fast login has been logged in. I didn't even logged in. App is misbehaving

There is bug that constantly engages and disengages the keyboard everytime I want to use it and it has been present for the last year, other reviewers have mentioned this issue but so far nothing from the bank, my advice is take your money somewhere else, this bank's online experience is the worst.

Too many updates and so little difference. What I have most is when it forces you to update when you need an immediate transaction. Don't force us to update unless it is absolutely necessary, OK? Sheesh. Edit: latest update made the app unusable. Slow and heavy and laggy beyond use. Why tf do you make many updates when it is in a stable state even?

Worst app I've ever used. Keyboard never works. Illogical amount of OTP after security already passed. Does no one else have this issue on Android with this app? I cannot enter numbers as the keyboard keeps flickering and disappearing. Is anyone working to fix this bug?

I was trying to open snb normal account and i got quick pay account instead, and the pain start from there, I had gone to different branches more than 3 times and to this time, I am not able to activate the normal snb account, the user experience wasn't good, I am not able to follow the process, it needs to be fixed, it lack simplicity and clarity, in contrast to rajihi and inma apps, the process was smooth and easy.
