I have been using Snapfish since the beginning! They are by far the best photo storage and picture product app on the market! I've been using them since when they still processed 35mm film! I wish they still did! I'd get the envelopes in the mail and send in my film and 2-3 days later I would have my prints. Excellent prints! Please don't change! I've tried other services but y'all are the best!

This is a great idea to make printing photos each, and not have a zillion pics stuck in device. I gave it 3 stars bc last time I tried to use the "100 free prints/month for a year" promo, it only worked the 1st mth, that was it. Also, not the most user friendly when it comes to editing pics & saving projects. Leave room around edges for cut off, crop feat. Isnt accurate to actual pics. Great concept, but very time consuming when making changes and edits. Needs tweeking.

Unpredictable...lost hours of work! I selected photos for a project and added them to my cart, and I spent a few hours doing it and cropping g them all. Before finishing checkout i wanted to add just a few more from my dropbox, not my camera roll, so I went in my Dropbox app and from there selected to export those images to snapfish. They didn't export, and when I went back to Snapfish, my whole cart was emptied! Not even a project in process or any way to recover my work! What a waste of life!!

The app doesn't connect with the desktop version!?? I just spent an hour creating a photobook and then wanted to make final edits on the desktop version (since the app is too small to see details.) Logged in and the project wasn't there. Asked customer service and the response was simply...they don't connect. Who thought that was a good idea?? Waste of an hour, and I won't be buying a photobook.

Substandard app. I should be able to pinch2reduce the photo to fit the project. App will only pinch2enlarge. With that said, at least give me the project's required photo dimension so I can resize the photo b4 uploading. It's a guessing game I don't have time for. Also, I had a time finding photos on my device. The option for accessing Albums is not in a convenient place(right margin). With those fixes I'd vote at least 4⭐.

Via the app I had 100 free mobile prints. I selected them and hit "Place Order." The app stated that some of my photos could not be uploaded, but it did not indicate which ones. I went through all of my photos and saw no indication on any of them of an issue. I then go to the Snapfish website on my computer and ordered the same group of prints without an issue. Of course I didn't get the 100-free-app discount! So the app has some bugs or it was a bait-and-switch.

Almost always, the prints are fine. However, the idea that the cost of postage for 100 prints is $8.99 is ludicrous. A worse problem is that the app is promoted by saying you can get 100 free prints each month; that appears to be untrue. There is no apparent way to indicate how to make an order for those monthly free 100 prints. A scam? Seems so.

Uploading pix is fine but you must learn what all the arrows, etc mean or you will end up in a frustrating loop. Easy to lose your project when searching for discounts. Glossy prints are poor in quality. Too much advertising in my email. Offers have restrictions and cannot be combined w free 100 print orders. Be sure to read fine print. Expect to drop a $20.00 even though it states its free! We all know better... overall..okay app. Heavy marketing in email and texts.

Mediocre experience. Picture quality was okay, wouldn't say it was great though... I had ordered three canvases, two of which were misaligned on the frames and these same two had been placed on the frame upside down (meaning my photos, if displayed, would be upside down). Had these two not come both misaligned and upside down, I would have given at least 3 star rating. Maybe a 4.

Fairly easy to use and edit pictures. Uploading pictures is quite easy & fast. Pictures look great. Products are shipped and arrive quickly. You can make" projects", save them & go back & work on them some more. Editing can be done in the "cart" too. Can be somewhat challenging to use on a phone using the app, as opposed to using a computer or laptop. I have ordered MANY Canvas prints & they turned out SO beautiful! Note: You can only use 1 Coupon Code per order when checking out.

Android app is buggy. I used the app with success once, but upon second try I experienced the following. Some uploaded photos disappeared for no reason. But most importantly, the payment screen kept producing error message even though all info was correct and I tried more than one card. I couldn't complete my order and contacted customer support but they couldn't provide any insight as to why I had experienced this issue.

I downloaded the app today and created an account because I wanted to take advantage of a promotion which I received through my phone company, T-Mobile. Only none of the pictures that I wanted to order would upload. It would repeatedly tell me that the upload failed. I was having difficulty uploading the pictures that I actually wanted, but when I continued testing out the app, by attempting to upload several other random photos that I didn't really care to order, they uploaded and went through just fine. This doesn't make any sense, but that is what was occurring. Now it doesn't seem like I will even have the opportunity to use my promo code after all, since T-Mobile only gave a short amount of time for this offer. I didn't expect to have this much trouble with the app. I've never had any problems like this, when using Shutterfly. Their app is pretty simple to use and I've always loved ordering prints from them, as well as creating personalized photo products. As for Snapfish, I will definitely be uninstalling!!!!

I like this app and the product they print is good. A bit overpriced especially when you have to pay $16 for shipping only 200 photos. I also do not like that the website and the app are not very compatible if I create something on the website I cannot put it in my cart on the app so I have to buy each things separately. I also can only see some of my Google photos and not all that is disappointing as well.

Update: Site is improving! Getting easier to upload photos and do something. Plan on selecting your photos numerous times because if you get kicked out or use the back button you loose everything. If you want to connect to facebook to grab photos off there, good luck, might work for you, but I couldn't get it to connect. I have stored photos here for years & couldn't find half of them, most of my albums were empty. Disappointing day.

Frustrating! I've spent well over 5 hours tonight trying to create a photoblanket. Finally gave up making it look exactly as I wanted and added to the cart, then threw together a second. Go to check out. It says 2 items in cart but only shows the second one. My projects don't seem to save as it should to use either on app or computer. Not as easy as it should be to swap or crop photos on projects.

Snapfish worked okay for me for a short time. They charge $16 to $20 to ship one enelvelope of about 120 photos. The actual cost to ship these is closer to $6. The uploading process will lock up and you will have to start over. This was frustrating as well. Their system also reverts to old shipping address, then they expect you to repay the already overpriced shipping to get your order to you. I'm finding a company that cares about customer service and doesn't make $10 profit to ship product.

I was excited to use one of the specials until I found out how much shipping was! So beware! It's very unreasonable! I would go with another company like Free prints or shutterfly. They never charge that much for shipping! I also spent a lot of time loading 182 pictures and then the bar at the bottom froze. I ended up having to go back and spend another hour or 2 reloading them in sets of no more than 50 at a time.

I do like the quality and selection of gifts. I think the shipping is outrageous. The shipping was the same amount as my order, selecting the least expensive option. The coupons do not always work. Today, I attempted to order picture tiles with the 60 percent off code. I kept getting an error saying I wasn't ordering the correct item. I triple checked, but it was the correct item.

Bad company. Worse app. My photos with very high resolution (DLSR camera) were used for two projects. When I received the first-the pics were incredibly blurry. They told me it was because I used a black and white filter on them from their site. Then the next part of my order was delivered the next day with the same pictures in color with the same blurry/grainy, problem. Even the wording was unreadable. When I pointed out that the words added from their own site, they only said to order again.

I hadn't had a issue until this last order. So the offer was .1¢ per picture. I was thrilled because they are quality fotos. So I order about 250. I got the discount but they put my shipping cost so high. The discount I received was the same they put in my shipping. I understand that they need to make their money but don't lie to people on the cost of something just to put the shipping at the same price you discounted. Made every picture.10¢. It's still a good deal but no need to lie.
