Really!!! I have faced literally thousands of bugs, glitches, and other problems. When I open the homework given by my teachers 2-3 days ago, there is just a blank page. Sometimes the app doesn't open and sometimes it crashes. Worst experience ever. I think even the servers of this app are weak or low quality. I don't know whether the problem is in coding of this application or in server, but there is one thing which is really important, THIS APP DEFINITELY NEEDS AN IMPROVEMENT, IMMEDIATELY.

It is a good app. But there are three issues : 1• When I try to find by word then it shows 😦 something went wrong. 2• It takes too much time for respond and when I click on something the screen freezes. 3• It is good that the new notification shown first but its very bad that if we have to see some old activities we have to click view more activities many many times 🙏 please change this. Please resolve these issues. 😣

I didn't even want to give it one star, it was fine before, but after updates it's like it's getting a lot worse, the documents do not load, it's slow the updates are too frequent and take up too much data without any actual change, if it was not for my school I wouldn't have downloaded it. I requests the schools to not make use of this application, as it is an inconvenience to face this many problems.

Very nice and convenient app. But there are some problems in computer... One of the problem is that the 'search by tag' doesn't work. And the worst problem is that when you're joining a class, it would firstly join from zoom but now, it always joins from something 'ZoomWebDesk'. When it joins from 'ZoomWebDesk', I can't see anybody's video and the voice always keeps cracking. Please remove this feature and let the classes be joined from zoom as early as possible.

the app doesn't work well. No notification displays for any new class update by teacher. i've to open the app again and again to see if any new information has come. and that too if there is something new, it is not shown in bold. it seems that i've already read it. i have turned on 'email daily homework' option but no attachment gets opened in email.. All in one,i'm experiencing very difficulty in using this app.

Hi I have few queries First, why so many permission is required by software, like my calendar, camera, mike etc. As parents does not have access to give such input. Second, why software is not backward version compatible, its really very annoying for all of us, every time update is coming it forces us to upgrade otherwise it become unaccessable. Hope, these issues will be taken care in future.

It's a very disgusting app even I have no words to describe it that how bad it is.At first I want to say that why the files are not opening after 2-3 days and why it is not working properly and whenever I open it then it all the files starts disabling. So I want that these issues must be solved. Because i'am using this app as my assignments app. And if it will not open then how will I do my works.

Unable to create Virtual Class (integrated with Zoom and not even Snapslate). It keeps saying "Upgrade to premium program to access this feature". However, no such information is available. It's very annoying. Several problems like being unable to update students' data, add class are non functional. It was initially a very good, robust app; but now is an annoying app. Hoping that Snapworks TM fixes all the issues! Elsewise, it means that SW-TM has dropped the ball of support! EDIT: Useless app

Hello Snap homework Team!!! I have changed my Rating from 5 stars to 1 star. As a regular user of the app,I am experiencing a lot of problems from the last few days. The images are not downloading,when images are clicked the screen turns black. I have tried a no.of solutions like clearing the cache of the app,force stopping it but they didn't prove helpful. These days final exams are going on. So please fix this problem asap. I would change my rating to five when the problem will be fixed.

One of the worst App I have seen, Teachers dont know how use it, you should have given proper and formal training before launching this App. There no timing to upload homework and whenever the class teacher wants to upload the homework, she does it. Sometimes there are project and crafts work and for that we need to collect different different artistry or picture charts to collect from the market and when its evening time it's hard to find it. Because they upload the homework at unusual timing. Ideally it should be uploaded just after thr school finishes or during the school timing and in one go. I will l never want my kids to study in such a mismanaged school whetr these kind of pathetic apps are veing used.

Just a purely one sided communication tool, does nothing more than sharing simple text or images...Whatsapp is much better.. App is slow.. despite of 6GB ram and 4g net... while everything else is working fine... this app takes long just to open... Parents just have to forcefully use it. I am sure teachers will love it, as there is no chance of any response, query, question or complaint from parents. It does not have any other features like attendance records etc.

It's not very good as whenever there's an update it forces you to update it, you cannot open it with the previous version, even if the new update is nothing more than some bug fixes and Parents cannot make any conversation with the teachers. P.S. IT ISN'T SYSTEMATIC AT ALL! You'll have to scroll down for an hour to find the latest posts!

it is too good.....and the best thing is it doesn't contain any ad.....i can read all the messages send by my class teacher but the problem is that I can't ask any questions if i have any........ but overall it is the best communicating app between the teachers and students.... just go on my rating.........and i hope you all will also like it.....

I it very bad app I have ever use in my life. Assignment, videos, images are not clear. There is no sound in videos, photos are opens.It takes so much time in loading. Videos are downloaded for 1or 2 days. I think that it is very worst app....! If you think this click on yes button and those who doesn't think this they click on No button....!😤😡🤢💀☠️!

The app is nice and is very convenient but only problem, there's a lot of issues and really don't know why the developers keep on updating without fixing these rubbish issues. Still after the update also the pictures are not opening. Really very bad very very bad😤😤. Please fix these i am unable to do my homework. If there was an option I'd have given ratings in negative.. Please, please fix the issues please

It is an awesome app. It ensures that if any new activity is uploaded by the school site, the person is immediately notified about it. Also it has many free courses for development in maths, science, english ( including vocabulary ), etc. I just love this app and highly recommend it. It is one aspect of development. Download it as it is very helpful.

Worst app ever i've seen. Keeps asking for update after just 1 month, but no difference after update. It takes a huge time to open after i update it. It always needs high network connection, how can i have high internet speed everytime i open this app? The worst thing is, it keeps stoping regularly, i have to reinstall it several times. Just now i reinstalled it for the same reason. Need a better version of this app. Seriously.😡😠

I want to inform this to the developer, that before the latest update, the app was doing fine. But after the recent update , the new feature called "view more activities" is really irritating. Kindly fix this and also the app does not start sometimes. It only buffers and suddenly stops. Also, the previous activities are not shown. IT'S REALLY NECESSARY THAT YOU FIX THESE PROBLEMS URGENTLY... As this app is getting worse day by day.

Like really! It doesn't onpen only even if our Internet Connection is all fine and fast. It'll keep on loading. Work which was sent by teachers 4-5 days ago appears black. Videos attached don't play. The PDFs when clicked, don't have a preview it's always written No preview Available. There is option where we can complaint. Even after complaint it doesn't fix. I even tried doing the same thing again and again. But i dont know. It takes updates but doesn't seem to improve. Please work on this app

The app is helpful for tracking homework and updates from school, but I faced a major issue — I was not receiving any notifications. Because of this, I missed several important updates and assignments. This issue caused a lot of inconvenience. I hope the developers work on making notifications more reliable so that both I and other users don't face the same problem. Otherwise, the app is good once it works properly then I will provide 5 ⭐ Rating.
