โ Having trouble with Screenshot Importing?
1) Completely zoom out before taking a screenshot. This way, the whole board is visible and Snap Assist can properly scan every tile.
2) Make sure all of your playable tiles are on the tile rack, not on the game board. This ensures the results you get are valid.
3) Make sure nothing is obscuring the game. Facebook Chat Heads, app trays, and notification pop-ups can all interfere with Snap Assist.

It only tells you what words you can use from the title rack. Not what you can put on the board. Don't waste your time downloading this pos.

Always says error in reading screenshot or it doesn't recognise the tile, complete waste of time!!!

It doesn't work with colored tiles. Also, it doesn't see the last word your opponent played. Don't waste your money on this app.

Absolutely useless doesn't read the letters properly and can't find any decent scoring words, don't bother downloading it

UPDATE: Works now --- Used to be ok but WW made some changes about a week ago. Now it doesn't work at all. The color of the tiles changed and SnapAssist doesn't recognize them now.

The app is uslees and you're even telling me to go vip ๐ what a joke ๐๐๐๐ please fix the app because whenever I want to use it it's keeps telling me unknown tiles detected when there's none and it doesn't give the highest scoring word so fix it by the way the main game app is okay

Works well, it doesn't always find the highest scoring word and only gives you a few top scoring words each day plus other lower scoring words, you have the option to pay or wait until the next day.

All attempts to use the app has been fruitless. It's refuses to recognize the screenshots I take with Redmi Note 12. I even downloaded your OCR tool and still does not recognise the screenshot. Absolutely useless app!

I've been using this for a long time now and it's been good but recently, the app crashes, and there are new colors of tiles that are not recognized which is very annoying

I don't like the new update and the word finder for the game doesn't work anymore, ๐ ๐ ๐ค.... Word war needs to be fixed, tho. My phone was updated today and the cheat won't work anymore

It's great. Only problem I have is that I can't get help with quick challenges and daily showdown ....the smaller screen games. Fix that and I will give five stars.
